Somali alleged war criminal working Dulles Airport security

I have a friend who says that something is fishy at Dulles and here is some proof that she might be on to something.
From CNN (hat tip: Mark):

CNN has found an alleged war criminal from Somalia now working in the United States as an airport security guard.

Dulles
What is up with this security concern at Washington’s Dulles Airport (located in Virginia)?

Yusuf Abdi Ali was a commander during the Somali Civil War during the 1980s and has been accused of ordering the torture and executions of civilians in what has been called a genocide.

When CNN found out that he was living and working in the United States, they sent a crew to his workplace, Dulles International Airport in Northern Virginia, just minutes from Washington, D.C. The film crew found a man matching Ali’s description working security and began asking him questions.

Continue here.
Why so many Somalis working at airports?
Somali refugees are often placed in various jobs at airports, from ground transportation, to baggage handlers, and to food service with the help of refugee resettlement contractors.
One more thing, over the years we have had several stories here about war criminals (mostly from Africa, but also from the Balkans) who got into the US through the refugee program.  See one of the most egregious cases we reported.  So the next time you hear about what great security screening we have of refugees entering the US, know that it is BS.

US to deport illegal alien Somalis

I don’t know how good this source is—Mogadishu Center for Research and Studies—but they are reporting this morning that our government is preparing to deport Somalis presently in US detention back to Somalia.
Here is what they are saying confirming something that we knew, but is rarely mentioned, and that is that hundreds of Somalis come across US borders every year.

Somali ambassador to US
The source for the story is Somalia’s ambassador to the US, Ahmed Isse Awad (right!). Photo: https://twitter.com/harunmaruf/status/644684326114852864

Mogadishu (MCRS) 01 June 2016 – The United States government is planning to send back several Somali immigrants, who entered the country illegally, back to their home country, a Somali official said Monday.

The move is seen as an attempt to deter the influx of illegal immigrants arriving in the United States, which rarely expels illegal immigrants from war-torn countries back to their countries.

Ahmed Isse Awad, Somalia’s Ambassador to Washington told Media that the new deportation operation by the immigration enforcement agency would affect Somali immigrants, mostly young men in US jails:“I don’t know their official number, but I have asked the US government to give me the chance to meet them.”

The development comes amid concerns by European countries that are struggling to cope with immigrants fleeing conflict and poverty in Middle East and Africa.

EU countries have received the highest numbers of illegal migrants in recent years. According to immigration authorities, hundreds of illegal Somali immigrants are smuggled across the US-Mexico border every year, with many of them getting arrested at border checkpoints.

If I can read between the lines, it seems that the Somali government may not want them back.
By the way, if Somalis are re-building Somalia (heck they even have an ambassador in Washington) why are we still taking into the US 700-800 Somalis a month?  Maybe they should be helping to re-build Somalia!
And, by the way, since we have this huge legal pathway open for Somalis to come here anyway, you know that the ones sneaking across our border have got to be some bad apples….with a lot of money to hire smugglers!

Great mystery in Sweden: how do we suddenly have more men than women?

And, what will that mean for the social structure of the country?

More Invasion of Europe news…..
You can’t make this up!
I’ll bet there isn’t one of you reading this who doesn’t know the answer right now before you even read the story!

Nuur at Bare Naked Islam
One of those young men is asylum seeker Youssaf Khaliif Nuur, from Ethiopia, who has been charged in the murder of a white aid worker. http://www.barenakedislam.com/2016/05/23/sweden-horrific-photos-from-inside-the-asylum-center-where-a-somali-born-ethiopian-muslim-savagely-murdered-a-beautiful-young-swedish-worker-for-no-reason/

Sweden has opened its doors wide to the Middle East and Africa and who rushed in? Surprise!—young men! Mostly young Muslim men!
Here is how the story at the Daily Mail begins (it is an AP story so maybe that explains its ditzy-sounding opening paragraphs):

STOCKHOLM (AP) — Famous for its efforts to put women on an equal footing with men, Sweden is experiencing a gender balance shift that has caught the country by surprise: For the first time since record-keeping began in 1749, it now has more men than women.

Swedes don’t quite know what to make of this sudden male surplus, which is highly unusual in the West, where women historically have been in the majority in almost every country. But it may be a sign of things to come in Europe as changes in life expectancy and migration transform demographics.

“This is a novel phenomenon for Europe,” said Francesco Billari, a University of Oxford demographer who is president of the European Association for Population Studies. “We as researchers have not been on top of this.”

Ten paragraphs into the story we get the first hint of what has happened to Sweden.

Statistics officials say Sweden’s demographic shift is mainly due to men catching up with women in terms of life expectancy [Oh, really?—ed]. But the arrival in recent years of tens of thousands of unaccompanied teenage boys from Afghanistan, Syria and North Africa is also having a significant impact.

Sweden’s biggest male surplus is in the 15-19 age group, where there are 108 boys for every 100 girls. That imbalance could grow to 115-to-100 this year when the impact of last year’s record number of asylum-seekers — including more than 35,000 unaccompanied minors — is reflected in the population statistics.

You know this will not end well for the white women of Sweden (thousands upon thousands of young men with raging hormones and no women for them).  After citing a warning from an American university researcher, the reporter goes on to quote other ‘experts’ who say everything will be hunky-dory.
A warning from an American:

Valerie Hudson, director of a program on women, peace and security at Texas A&M University, said this should make Swedes concerned, because her research has linked skewed sex ratios in China and India to more violence against women and higher crime levels.

What’s happening in Sweden, Hudson said, “is one of the most dramatic alterations of demography over such a short period of time that I’ve ever seen.” She called it ironic that a country considered a beacon of women’s rights isn’t paying more attention to the issue.

Continue reading here because other women’s advocates downplay the news (naively in my opinion).
Our ‘Invasion of Europe’ archive is here.  And, we have written many posts over the years about Sweden, my pick for the European country that falls to the Islamists first.

Congolese refugees are going to Ogden, UT, volunteers needed, but whites should not apply

Catholic Charities in Utah is recruiting volunteers who look like the Congolese!
Many people believe that Utah is resettling refugees through the Mormon church.  Although the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints encourages the resettlement of refugees, including Muslim refugees, it is actually the Catholic Church in charge here.
An aside: every time I see something from Utah I wonder who had the bright idea to place a Burmese Muslim refugee in an apartment complex filled with Burmese Christians.  The end result was the brutal murder of a little Christian girl and now the taxpayers of Utah get to pay for Esar Met’s life in prison.

We have been writing about new resettlement sites lately (Rutland, VT, Reno, NV, Ithaca, NY) as the federal government and its refugee contractors are scrambling for new places in which to seed third world diversity.  Now it is Ogden Utah’s turn.
From the Standard Examiner:

OGDEN — Diverse populations of Ogden: You are wanted.

The community is invited to a meeting for future volunteers to gear up to welcome refugees from the Congo beginning sometime this summer.

A refugee resettlement conversation is planned for 6 p.m to 7:30 p.m. Monday, May 23, at the Marshall White Center, 222 28th Street in Ogden.

“We want to involve Ogden’s diverse communities with this initiative,” said Jenny Gnagey, community awareness building specialist for Catholic Community Services and also an assistant professor of economics at Weber State University. “We want to be able to connect these refugees with people that look like them.”

[….]

“Each year, Catholic Community Services resettles 600 refugees from all around the world in the state of Utah,” Gnagey said. “This summer we are expanding our resettlement efforts to the Ogden community. In the coming year, we expect that Ogden will receive approximately 20 primarily Congolese refugee families.”

They must have problems in Utah with landlords fearful of renting to refugees or they wouldn’t be saying this:

Catholic Community Services also is looking for landlords who will rent to these families.

The rental agreement comes with supervision of Catholic Community Services to assure that the families fulfill their obligations.

“If you rent to a refugee and they have any issue, we will be there to support them,” Batar said. “We want to assure landlords that they don’t have to worry.”

Batar wants future landlords to know that the refugees coming to Ogden are legally documented new American citizens.  [To be accurate, they aren’t US citizens until they go through the citizenship process—ed]

Most of the Congolese refugees entering the US right now are from the DR Congo. We committed to taking 50,000 of them, here in 2013.
Below is a map (source: US State Department Refugee Processing Center) of where 20,967 of them have been placed in the last 4 years.  (Over 29,000 yet to be placed by the State Dept. target date of 2019!)
Please note that only a small number (846) are Muslims, but many Christian faiths are represented.  I wanted to mention that here because there are some misunderstandings flying around that all of our refugees are Muslims, they aren’t!
However, remember as we learned here, many from the DR Congo are women with (costly) mental health needs, and they likely won’t be supporting their families anytime soon.

Is Tuberculosis a ticking time bomb in refugee/migrant flow to America?

While we fixate on a terrorism threat coming from not thoroughly vetted refugees, could there be a more likely security and safety risk with the myriad diseases permitted entry into the US in the refugee population (and in the stream of Unaccompanied Alien Children)?
In fact, when I first began writing RRW, it was a shock to learn that the Allen County (Indiana) health department was being overwhelmed by the number of TB cases among the newly resettled Burmese refugees.  Treating them was breaking the health department’s budget.
New “welcoming” communities (Reno***, Rutland, Missoula, Ithaca?) have you considered the cost and the health risks to your citizens?

TBgrainsackpg3_000
Part of a PR campaign in Africa to try to educate people about TB. Your tax dollars go to programs like this in foreign countries. But, how about America? http://numat.jsi.com/ProgramAreas/tuberculosis.htm

Be sure to see the Minneapolis Star Tribune of only a week ago where we learn that after 20 years of decline, the US TB rate is moving upward. Reporters begin their story with a Spanish teacher in Vermont who learns she has TB!
So, what has changed in 20 years?  Could it be the massive flow of migrants from TB hotspots around the world into America?
Reporter Michael Patrick Leahy has been reporting at Breitbart about Tuberculosis over the last week.  Here is his story from yesterday.  And, don’t miss the earlier one about the high levels of latent TB in the Somali population in Minnesota, here.
Leahy yesterday:

Dr. Jane Orient, executive director of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, is criticizing the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for allowing refugees to enter the United States without screening and treatment for latent tuberculosis.

Seven of the agency’s own public health experts said such screening and treatment “would potentially save millions of dollars and contribute to United States TB elimination goals” in a research article published in December.

“Admitting people who might cause an epidemic makes no sense whatsoever from a public health standpoint,” Orient tells Breitbart News.

“It suggests that those who favor it do not care about the cost in suffering, death, and expense to Americans,” Orient says, adding she agrees with the public health experts currently or formerly employed at the CDC who concluded that screening of refugees for latent tuberculosis and successful treatment of those who test positive for the disease prior to their entry into the country is the proper public health policy for the United States.

But the political leadership at CDC does not appear to be following the screening and treatment recommendations of the study done by its own experts, and has not yet responded to inquiries from Breitbart News whether it plans to change course.

“If for humanitarian reasons we wish to help people fleeing persecution, there is still no need to release them into the general population of susceptible individuals. Officials who place politics above the health of Americans need to be held accountable and removed from positions of authority,” Orient says.

Be sure to watch the video linked in this next paragraph and consider the FACT that you, the US taxpayers, are paying for this expensive treatment for Drug Resistant TB, so that these people can move to your towns!

Even those refugees treated for active Multi Drug Resistant (MDR) tuberculosis, as shown in this video of Burmese refugees who have the disease being treated in a refugee camp in Thailand, are allowed to enter the United States despite recent studies that indicate that between 4 percent and 5 percent of those deemed successfully treated experience a recurrence of tuberculosis within 2 years.

*** In that Abstract we discussed a week ago for the new resettlement site in Reno, the Abstract indicates that the wait time for health screening of refugees arriving there will be 15-30 days.  I doubt that refugees are quarantined during the wait time!
