Italy: Salvini tells UN ‘Human Rights’ honcho to bug off!

michelle UN biddy
UN Human Rights Commissioner and former Socialist President of Chile Michelle Bachelet wants to investigate Italy!

So here we have news from Breitbart where the new Socialist head of the UN Commission on Human Rights says she is sending a team to Italy to ferret out racism by the government there in the wake of recent efforts (by the elected government) to protect its borders and halt the invasion of their country by Africans.

How dare she!

Well that is what Matteo Salvini said too!

Salvini Hits Back at UN as New Human Rights Chief Orders Probe into Italy ‘Racism’

Matteo Salvini has said he is considering cutting United Nations (UN) funding after its new human rights chief announced she is sending teams to Italy and Austria to investigate “racism against migrants”.

Salvini grim
Salvini: why should we fund UN waste, embezzlement and theft? Why indeed!

Michelle Bachelet said in a statement Monday that the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is set to “send personnel to Italy to evaluate reports of a sharp increase in acts of violence and racism against migrants, people of African descent and Roma”.

Italy’s interior minister and deputy prime minister said the country would refuse to “take lessons from anyone, least of all the UN”, which he described as having “again proved itself to be biased, pointlessly costly and badly informed”, noting that police have denied allegations there is a “racism emergency”.

“The UN is an organization that costs billions of euros, to which Italy gives over 100 million every year in contributions and we will weigh with our allies on the usefulness of continuing to give these 100 million euros to fund waste, embezzlement, and theft for a body that wants to give lessons to Italians and that also has countries that engage in torture and [still have] the death penalty,” Salvini continued.

“If I were the UN, I would have half a world to send inspectors to before Italy. Go look for racism elsewhere, not in Italy,” he added.

“Before doing checks on Italy, the UN should investigate its member States who ignore basic rights like freedom and equality between men and women,” Salvini added.

Bachelet then also took a whack at our President:

The former leader of Chile and lifelong socialist, who opted to live in communist East Germany for some of her youth, used her speech to denounce U.S. President Donald Trump’s tougher border control policies….

Cut her off Donald, let the UN socialists find their funding elsewhere!

Swedish election results: Nationalists gain seats on immigration restriction platform

But they aren’t quite there yet as the two major parties are neck and neck with about 40% of the vote each.

The Sweden Democrats (you might call them the Sweden First party!) will however, have an increasing impact on the direction of the country going forward.

The BBC has this news early this morning, but the most useful bit is their graphic showing the percentage of voters each of the Nationalist parties have in many European countries.

Swedish election: Main blocs neck and neck as nationalists gain

The Swedish general election has left the two main political blocs almost tied, with the anti-immigration party making gains on its previous results.

With nearly all ballots counted, the governing centre-left coalition is marginally ahead of its centre-right Alliance rivals, with around 40% each.

The nationalist Sweden Democrats (SD) have won about 18% of the vote, up from 12.9% in the previous election.

A protracted battle to form a working coalition now looks certain.

You might want to save this for future reference!

Australia’s rejected asylum seekers arriving as refugees in the US don’t show up in State Department’s data, or do they?

Manus Island refugees
330 of these mostly single Muslim men held in detention by Australia have been placed in American towns and cities during Donald Trump’s presidency.  Trump said we would take up to 1,250 (processing is continuing) that Australia will not allow on its mainland.

Every few months I have a look at the “Processing Country Map” provided by Wrapsnet (The US State Department’s Refugee Processing Center).

The new map is posted usually on the fifth of the month for the previous months of the present fiscal year (in this case FY18).

The processing country is the location where the ‘refugee’ goes through his or her paperwork processing and security screening.  We are not told what nationality they are.

One is left guessing about who exactly is coming in from that country.

The latest map is below.  You can find it here yourself (click on this: Map Arrivals by Processing Country and Nationality as of August 31, 2018) and you might want to look at it because it is accompanied by a table which gives exact numbers for each processing country.

For example, it lists Malaysia (a Muslim country) as having processed 1,443 ‘refugees’ in to the US this year.  Those aren’t Malaysians, but likely a large number are Rohingya Muslims from Burma who have been illegally entering Malaysia over the last few years.  They should be Malaysia’s problem, not ours.

Here is the map…

Processing country map Aug 18
When you look at this map and see the countries where we are processing refugees consider how much fraud could be being perpetrated on America.

Let’s talk about some of the questionable processing countries.

But, first, I had been wondering for months why the rejects from Australia (the “dumb” Obama deal that Trump is honoring) weren’t showing up as being processed by Australia. Ah ha! Here they are!  234 were processed by Nauru and 96 in Papua New Guinea.

A total of 330 failed asylum seekers to Australia are now living in Yourtown, USA!

These were Australia’s problems not ours! (See my Australia deal file here.)

Other questionable processing locations are these:

Israel (133):  Why are we taking any refugees from the prosperous country of Israel?  If asylum seekers from Africa arrived there they should be given a thumbs up or down from Israel, not shuffled off to Yourtown, USA as a ‘refugee.’

El Salvador (624):  What the heck! I thought the Trump Administration ended the illegal pick up of migrants from El Salvador that Obama had initiated.

Costa Rica (56):  Who are these people (what nationality) and again why are Costa Rica’s migrant issues our concern.

Pakistan (409):   There are a few Christians coming out of Pakistan, but no where near 409. So who are these Muslims we feel compelled to resettle from a Muslim country?

Aquarious cargo
When you see images of Mediterranean ‘rescue’ ships, remember that some of these migrants who get to Malta are coming to the US as your new neighbors!

Malta (128):  I have dozens of posts on Malta going back ten years.  When I first heard of the resettlement Bush began from Malta, I was infuriated.

Malta is a safe European country but unfortunately its location in the Mediterranean made it a primary target for migrant ‘rescue’ boats which were bringing Africans and Middle Easterners to Europe by the hundreds of thousands.

So guess what! We kindly allowed some of those African illegal aliens to be passed along by Malta to Yourtown, USA.

Europe’s illegals are not our problem, but even Trump is continuing this questionable practice.

South Africa (128):  So who the heck are they?

SA is the Rainbow Nation, right?  Why does the State Department data base not tell us which nationalities are not being ‘welcomed’ in SA?  Why are we taking migrants who got in to SA from elsewhere in Africa and bringing them to America?  We know from past reporting that many are Somalis (if you didn’t know, black South Africans are xenophobic)!  Why is that our problem?

Although, as I said, there may be a way to find out which nationalities are being processed in these countries, I can’t find it.

But, I did a check to see how many South African citizens we have resettled in the last 11 months and the answer is 1 (one Christian).

Donald Trump could do more!

The choice of which countries we work through to process refugees is a choice that is made through the US State Department and the UN.  As I have said repeatedly the US Refugee Admissions Program must be completely overhauled by Congress.

Meanwhile, however, the President can do a lot administratively and one thing he could do is to reassess where we pick up ‘refugees’ around the world!

Italy: 50 of the latest batch of migrants allowed in have vanished, Catholic Church let them go!

Invasion of Europe news…..

It was less than two weeks ago that we told you about the stand-off between Interior Minister Salvini and the forces arrayed against him demanding he allow the latest migrant transport ship to unload its cargo.

Father Francesco Soddu
Father Francesco Soddu of Caritas: After all they weren’t in detention! They “voluntarily” departed!

He relented once a commitment was made for most of the 144 to be placed in the care of other countries.

Additionally dozens were to be taken in by the Catholic Church (we cheered that agreement where the migrants would not be a cost to the taxpayers of Italy).

Guess what?

It is those the church took in who have disappeared in to Europe!

From The Local:

Around 50 of the 144 migrants recently allowed into Italy after being stranded for days on a coastguard vessel have disappeared from reception centres, the country’s hardline Interior Minister Matteo Salvini said on Wednesday.

Salvini grim
Matteo Salvini

These migrants “were so in need of protection, a roof and a blanket that they decided to leave and disappear,” Salvini said on Facebook.

“This is the umpteenth confirmation that those who arrive in Italy are not skeletons fleeing war and famine,” he claimed.

The migrants were picked up by the Diciotti coastguard ship on the night of August 15th and were left stranded at sea for ten days as Salvini refused to allow the vessel to dock in an Italian port. The interior minister, who heads the anti-immigration League party, finally relented after Ireland, Albania and the Italian Catholic church agreed to lake most of them in.

The head of Catholic charity Caritas, which was hosting the migrants at its Rocca di Papa reception centre south of Rome, said it was a “voluntary departure”.

The group was not in detention, Father Francesco Soddu told Ansa news agency, and suggested that they may be trying to reach other countries in Europe.

More here.

Guess those 50 are no longer Italy’s problem—Germany? France? The Netherlands? Here they come!

Desperate to separate men from boys, Germany now pushing forward with new age test for asylum seekers

The news is in the science magazine Nature (thanks to reader James for sending it).

And, why are they getting desperate?  Being registered as an asylum seeker under the age of 18 is a ticket to the good times in Europe and in the US!  The great flood of “unaccompanied minors” across the world, many of whom are grown men claiming to be teens, is one of the greatest scams being perpetrated on ‘welcoming’ countries such as Germany.

But horrible murder cases, where the victim is a German woman (young or old!), has caused the heretofore complacent Germans to get out of their comfort zones and into the streets.

abdul D
Just this week Abdul D was sentenced to only 8 and 1/2 years in prison for the brutal murder of his German girlfriend Mia. When he entered Germany in 2016 he claimed asylum as a 14-year-old!  Vlad Tepes blog has the whole sad story here:        https://vladtepesblog.com/2018/02/21/germant-mias-killer-is-20-years-old/

Here is a bit of what Nature says:

European scientists seek ‘epigenetic clock’ to determine age of refugees

When local authorities in Hildesheim, Germany, didn’t believe an asylum seeker who claimed to be under 18 years old — and thus eligible for privileged treatment — police turned to a blood-based age test sold by a California company.

The test, offered by Zymo Research in Irvine, uses chemical modifications to DNA that accrue over a lifetime, called an ‘epigenetic clock’, to determine a person’s age. Forensic scientists — aware of its potential benefits but also of its current lack of precision — sounded an alarm.

In a paper published online1 in May, a team led by forensic-medicine specialist Stefanie Ritz-Timme of the University of Dusseldorf in Germany said that these tests were not ready for use in sensitive forensic evaluations.

But now, in the charged political atmosphere that has accompanied the arrival of millions of refugees to Europe, forensic scientists across the continent are joining forces to improve epigenetic-clock-based tests — with a focus on whether they might be used to help determine the age of refugees whose claims to be under 18 are disputed.

They hope that, with time, such tests could replace existing methods, which assess the maturity of bones or teeth to determine an individual’s age but are imprecise, and can be controversial.

“The race is now on to develop a more accurate clock that would be more predictive than the anatomical tests — and also more practical for use in forensic science,” says cell biologist Wolfgang Wagner at the University of Aachen, Germany. He has teamed up with other German forensic scientists to overcome these challenges, not only for the test’s use on refugees, but also for other forensic uses.

A call for sensitivity (really!)

Mia is dead
Mia is dead and they are calling for sensitivity toward suspected liars?

The development of scientific methods that could feed into decisions about who is granted asylum and how refugees are treated are likely to elicit criticism, says Denise Syndercombe-Court, a forensic geneticist at King’s College London. She says that some scientists, herself included, are wary of these efforts.

But Niels Morling, a forensic geneticist at the University of Copenhagen who is running a national epigenetic-clock programme, defends the development of tests that are more accurate. Given that the law treats those under 18 very differently from adults, he says, then “you have a duty to make sure that it can be implemented fairly”.

[….]

Since 2014, Europe has received around 4 million refugees, many of whom arrived without identity documents. More than 1.5 million refugees have sought asylum in Germany, around one-third of whom are registered as minors. In Europe, minor status usually leads to better care and an increased chance of being granted asylum. Minors also have a higher chance than adults of gaining permission for family members to join them. And, if convicted of a crime, people under 18 usually receive shorter sentences — served in special prisons for juveniles.

Much more here.

I sure do hope we are using this test in America!
