'Germany loves refugees' say demonstrators…..

……but the Dutch and the Finns are not so thrilled.  My suggestion: send them all to Germany where we are told 60% of Germans welcome the migrants.

Thousands of people took to the streets of the German city of Dresden on Saturday to send a message of welcome to refugees after a string of violent anti-migrant protests in the region.

Led by protesters holding a huge banner that read “Prevent the pogroms of tomorrow today”, the crowds marched peacefully through the eastern city under the watch of police in riot gear.

“Say it loud, say it clear, refugees are welcome here,” they chanted.

Police said 1,000 people took part in the protest, which was called by the Anti-Nazi Alliance, while organisers put the numbers at 5,000.

Public opinion is largely behind her [Chancellor Angela Merkel–ed] with 60% of Germans polled by public broadcaster ZDF saying that Europe’s biggest economy is capable of hosting the asylum seekers.

Maybe Merkel isn’t mad, maybe a majority of Germans are!
Now see what is happening in the Netherlands, here and in Finland here.  Load up the buses and send them to Germany!

Eastern European leaders say "NO" to Muslim mass migration/colonization

Merkel might be going mad, but European leaders in Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic see clearly that Europe is now, right now!, on the edge of being colonized and turned forever into a Muslim-dominated continent.

In rejecting the E.U. plan apportioning refugees to member countries under a quota system, Hungarian Prime Minister Victor Orban described such a move as “mad and unfair.” According to Irish Times, he recently delivered the following warning to his E.U. counterparts.

“A modern mass migration could take place of millions, even tens of millions, and even hundreds of millions. There is no way back from a multicultural Europe. Neither to a Christian Europe, nor to a world of national cultures. If we make a mistake now, it will be forever.”

Hungary’s E.U. neighbor Slovakia has also been hard-pressed to stem the tide of asylum seekers. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, in addressing the problem earlier this year, was more specific about the Islamic component to the problem. Irish Times quoted him as follows.

“Since Slovakia is a Christian country, we cannot tolerate an influx of three hundred thousand to four hundred thousand Muslim immigrants who would like to start building mosques all over our land and trying to change the nature, culture and values of the state.”

The Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Poland have likewise been resistant to the idea of accepting more Islamic refugees from the Middle East.

Fox News recently described the U.N. solicitation of host countries to admit refugees from war-torn Middle East and Africa over the next five years as providing a shield for jihadists riding the waves of migrants to Europe. Once absorbed and assimilated by their host country, the Islamic State followers embedded among the refugees would be free to obtain a visa, travel, and carry out their mission of terror.

The article wraps up by reporting that Dutch Parliamentarian Geert Wilders says Europe must turn back the boats as Australia has done.  If only European leaders had followed Tony Abbott’s advice back in April, if only…..

Many thousands who have arrived in Greece from North Africa and the Middle East are not staying but moving northward on their own!

GEVGELIJA, Macedonia (Reuters) – Thousands of migrants stormed across Macedonia’s border on Saturday, overwhelming security forces who threw stun grenades and lashed out with batons before apparently abandoning a bid to stem their flow through the Balkans to western Europe.

Some had spent days in the open with little or no food or water after Macedonia on Thursday declared a state of emergency and sealed its borders to migrants, many of them refugees from war in Syria and other conflicts in the Middle East.

But by nightfall on Saturday, thousands had crossed the frontier, milling around the border town of Gevgelija where busses had converged from all over the country and trains left in quick succession to take them north to the next leg of their journey through Serbia.

There was no official word from the government, but the level of organization suggested authorities had opted to move the migrants on as quickly as possibly, having tried and failed to keep them out with razor wire, teargas and stun grenades.

Thirty-two-year-old Saeed from Syria said of the blocked border: “We know this was not Macedonia and the Macedonian police. This was the European Union. Please tell Brussels we are coming, no matter what.”

So where will they be moved to?  Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, where?

Feds won't say exactly what the invasion by Unaccompanied Alien Children cost US last year

Julia Hahn at Breitbart has another excellent story with details about the impact on America of refugees, asylees, and this time those Unaccompanied Alien Children who are given over to the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Here is her story from this week (trying to post a few things from afar when I catch a few free minutes):

Illegal aliens who show up at the border have been resettled all across United States of America instead of being detained and deported, as Donald Trump recently called for in his new immigration plan.

According to data from the Justice Department obtained by Breitbart News, 96 percent of Central Americans caught illegally crossing into the country last summer are still in the United States. Now Breitbart News has learned exclusively that a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from a pro-security group about the cost of this operation is being stonewalled.

In January of 2015, the Immigration Reform Law Institute, on behalf of the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), filed a FOIA request to discover the cost of accommodating the tens of thousands of illegal unaccompanied minors who came across the border encouraged by President Obama’s 2012 executive amnesty for illegal youths.

The FOIA letter made five requests of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency: that the federal agency detail (1) the costs of building of family detention centers; (2) the costs of apprehending, processing and detaining unaccompanied minors; (3) the costs transporting, transferring, removing and repatriating unaccompanied minors; (4) the costs related to ICE’s representation of government in removal procedures involving unaccompanied minors; and (5) the number of instances where objections to the return of unaccompanied minors were raised by the governments of Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.

The federal agency, however, refused to answer many of these questions– instead only partially answering two of the five requests.

All of our coverage of the ‘unaccompanied minors’ catastrophe is here.   ‘Unaccompanied minor’ was the earlier terminology used for the ‘children’ and we have followed the issue for years so everything we’ve written is archived using that term.  The US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service are two of the nine major refugee resettlement contractors who are paid to help care for the ‘children.’

El Dorado
Syrians see Europe as El Dorado!

Yikes!  Look at this opinion piece posted at a “progressive” website of all places. This worldly Syrian woman, born in America and apparently now living in Syria, says many Syrian so-called ‘refugees’ arriving in Europe are not from unsafe parts of Syria, but are just looking for “El Dorado” (a mythical city of gold)—for Europe to give them free everything!
Here is some of what Deena Stryker says of her fellow Syrians (emphasis is mine):

“My husband is one of 10 children. Of that large extended family, many have taken the boats to Europe now. Some are in Sweden, Denmark, Italy and Germany. Several are in Turkey. None of these people needed to leave Syria. They were all living in safe, violence free zones (Latakia on the coast). None of them had been attacked or threatened or were in any danger from Syrian government, or police, etc.

Why did they leave? They left homes and cars and possessions here in order to take up the offer of FREE money and housing in Europe. They had been sure that once in Europe they will be given free medical, education, housing, food and provided for in every way forever. They think of Europe as “El Dorado”. There is also a large dose of jealousy involved, as they saw their neighbors going and they didn’t want to be left behind. Syrian hate to see someone else get a good deal, and not get a piece of the pie themselves.

My point is this: there are real Syrian refugees. These are people who are against the government for political reasons: they want an Islamic State, and the government refuses to give up their secular form of gov’t, which is 40 years old. There are refugees who have lost homes, cars, farms, possessions, etc. There are Syrian refugees who really would be better off in Europe. However, if you examine the Syrian refugees abroad, you will find a large number are not there because of political or economic hardships. Many are there for reasons other than the typical refugee criteria. Many are opportunists who saw a chance to get a free lunch and grabbed it with both hands.

If this author is correct then when those Syrians wake up in Europe and realize there is no city covered in gold, what then? Civil unrest?
