The refugee contractors want more refugees and more MONEY for FY2017 (Part I)

They have their eyes on the ball well before the DC Rally for Refugees kicks off on Sunday in Washington. In fact they are in the final stretch of Obama’s plan to change America by changing the people.

Obama and Paul Ryan
The ultimate question: Will Speaker Paul Ryan help Barack Obama resettle 100,000 (or more!) refugees to your towns starting October first?

Their campaign is a many months’ long effort that seeks to dramatically increase the money they want from you to bring in an even larger contingent of third worlders mostly from the Middle East, Africa and Asia beginning in October.
If you are in a community that has agreed to ‘welcome’ refugees for the first time, or one that is fighting hard not to be a new resettlement site, it is because the contractors and their friends in the Open Borders Left are pushing for 100,000 or more refugees to be seeded throughout America and they need new sites (existing ones are overloaded).
They are never ever satisfied with the numbers or the amount of money they receive.

I’m repeating myself I know, but I want everyone (including new readers who arrive here today) to understand that the way to save your town right now is to STOP THE FUNDING for FY2017 and there is only one place to do that—Congress!

2016_annual_calendar
There is little time left in the Congressional calendar as they all scurry home in October to campaign.

I know it’s often boring and complicated, but you all must wrap your minds around the budget and appropriations process starting now!
The contractors know the process well (heck they are up on the Hill every year looking for more money!) and have their sites set on the Appropriations deliberations that will be in full swing as soon as Congress returns on September 6th!  That is when the battle for your money begins in earnest.

We want robust funds!

Here is what the Refugee Council USA (the lobbying arm of the refugee resettlement industry) is telling its people in RCUSA’s Activist Tool Kit (hat tip: Richard at Blue Ridge Forum):
RCUSA:

Increased Funds Are Needed to Protect Refugees Internationally and Resettle Refugees in the U.S.

President Obama announced that the United States will resettle 85,000 refugees from around the world in Fiscal Year 2016 and plans to resettle 100,000 refugees in Fiscal Year 2017. While an improvement from the 70,000 refugees resettled in Fiscal Year 2015, it is critical that even this relatively small increase in refugee admissions is accompanied by both increased international assistance and robust funds to ensure local communities in the U.S. have the resources they need to help refugees rebuild their lives. [What a joke, $ for local communities or money for their own salaries and offices?—ed] The Office of Refugee Resettlement has been chronically underfunded for years, and an infusion of resources is needed to meet both the increase in refugee admissions and the need for all refugees to have the opportunity to succeed in their new communities.

Window of Opportunity: Now until September 2016

From now until September, Congress is considering two sets of funding bills for Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17 which covers October 1, 2016 – September 30, 2017): a short term “continuing resolution” that will fund the government at Fiscal Year 2016 levels for a few months into FY17, and a new set of bills that would flat line funding for refugee assistance overseas and refugee resettlement in the United States for the rest of FY17. Under both sets of bills, the Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration (PRM) and the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) would remain at FY16 levels, despite the fact that the FY16 budget was calculated to resettle 75,000 refugees and in FY17 we anticipate serving 100,000 refugees. We seek increases for these accounts in both the short-term continuing resolution and the FY17 appropriations bills. Now is a perfect time to share information about the refugee crisis and let your Senators and Representatives know that you care about displaced people overseas and refugees resettled in the United States.

As we prepare for 100,000 refugees to be resettled in the United States in FY 2017, it is critical that refugee related accounts are increased in order to assist and resettle refugees. It is time to act with historic leadership and compassion and stand with those seeking safety and the opportunity to build a new life.

Anti-Refugee Sentiment

Utilizing anti-immigrant and anti-Muslim rhetoric, individuals who oppose refugee resettlement are making their voices heard the loudest and most frequently to policy makers. Groups like Refugee Resettlement Watch*** are calling for an end to resettlement altogether, and are fostering hostile atmospheres for newcomers. Some governors have opposed resettlement to their states and various state legislatures have proposed legislation that would enact harmful policies. It is critical that policy makers learn about the importance of resettlement from refugees themselves and supportive community members. We want policy makers to support positive legislation and oppose proposals that would turn our backs on refugees and violate our values of welcome and hospitality.

More on Sunday rally in DC: goal is to increase refugee numbers for FY2017

And, here Mark Krikorian of the Center for Immigration Studies reminds us of the huge cost of resettling each refugee to your town or city.  It is far less expensive to find safe places in the Middle East for the Syrians, says Krikorian.

Safe zones!

In fact, Donald  Trump has remarked in the past that he would like to see “safe zones” established where refugees could be protected until the conflict is over in Syria.  I’m thinking one such safe zone could be in Saudi Arabia!
Maybe Trump could make a deal with the Saudis who at present do not take care of their fellow Muslim refugees (a fact that we have chronicled over the years) to establish a safe zone in the kingdom.
From the Daily Signal about Sunday’s Rally for Refugees (see our earlier post here).  Emphasis below is mine:

Are you concerned about the plight of international refugees? Would you like to see the U.S. government take decisive, constructive action on behalf of displaced persons across the globe who have been forced to flee their homes?

Mark-Krikorian
Krikorian points out that there are much more fiscally responsible ways to care for Syrian refugees than to scatter them through hundreds of American towns.

If so, you’re invited to “stand up against the voices of intolerance” this Sunday in Washington, D.C., where you can join forces with other concerned Americans.  [If you are concerned about the costs and social upheaval for both refugees and for Americans when refugees are secretly placed in your towns, you are intolerant! Get used to it!—ed]

But if you do participate, policy analysts who have examined the refugee crisis want you to know they have good reason to believe the rally is a highly politicized event organized for the purpose of lobbying the Obama administration and Congress to allow more refugees into the U.S.—including those from war-torn Syria and Iraq who may have ties to terrorism.

A major contributor to causes on the left, the Tides Foundation, is collecting contributions for the rally.

High Costs of Resettling Refugees

A report by the Washington-based Center for Immigration Studies found that it costs 12 times as much to resettle a refugee in America than it does to provide for services and relief to the same refugee in the Middle East.

The nonprofit, nonpartisan research outfit included State Department expenditures, welfare use rates, and other figures and benefits from the departments of Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and other U.S. agencies. Its report says:

Based on that information, this analysis finds that the costs of resettling refugees in the United States are quite high, even without considering all of the costs refugees create. We conservatively estimate that the costs total $64,370 in the first five years for each Middle Eastern refugee. This is 61 times what it costs to care for one Syrian refugee in a neighboring country for a single year or about 12 times the cost of providing for a refugee for five years.

“The organizers, funders, and the supporting groups are putting this rally together to exert pressure to ensure that the Obama administration increases the admission of Syrians into the U.S.,” Mark Krikorian, executive director of the Center for Immigration Studies, told The Daily Signal.

[….]

Krikorian, of the Center for Immigration Studies, said he sees more than mere happenstance at work in the timing of the rally: Obama is set to play host to a refugee summit at the U.N. on Sept. 20. The president also is expected to release his fiscal year 2017 plan for refugees by the end of September.

The rally is not only “to exert pressure to ensure that the Obama administration increases the admission of Syrians,” Krikorian said, but “timed to influence the number of refugees the State Department is trying to settle.”

And, it is my view that it is also to exert pressure on Congress to loosen the purse strings on funding for the program as Congress addresses the budget this fall. The nine federal contractors*** who resettle refugees in your towns and cities want to expand their operations to even more towns and they need your money to do that!
We have talked about this before, but I’m going to be a broken record on it!  Your focus for the next couple of months should be on pressuring your Member of Congress to grow a spine and oppose the expenditure of your money on resettling ever larger numbers of refugees.

Don’t focus your anger at Obama and the Progressives, they are doing what they always do—focus on someone you can change—your member of Congress and US Senators up for re-election in a little over two months.

***The nine federal resettlement contractors (participating in the rally Sunday) which are almost completely funded with your tax dollars:

Syrian refugee numbers expanding, but hard to pin down why

It is easy enough to follow the US State Department data reported at the Refugee Processing Center that keeps the numbers on resettled refugees and tells us where they have gone. (It doesn’t archive successful asylum seekers or any other legal program.)
So, people are looking around and saying there sure are more than 10,000 Syrians here already.  One immigration researcher thinks Obama is using ‘Humanitarian parole’ on the sly, others disagree.  But, they all agree that other methods are being used to bring Syrians to our shores (or letting them stay) in ever larger numbers.
Here is some useful information at LifeZette:

A discrepancy in statistics provided by the Department of Homeland Security has led an attorney for a Washington-based legal group to question whether administration officials are waiving Syrians into the United States by other means.

ferrise_portrait_400x400
Beth Ferris a Georgetown professor has said they will use additional methods to get Syrians planted in your towns. No surprise, see her bio. She once worked for one of the nine major federal resettlement contractors. https://www.brookings.edu/experts/elizabeth-ferris/

Ian Smith, of the Immigration Reform Law Institute, obtained the data through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. It shows that U.S. officials as of Jan. 25 had interviewed 9,800 refugee applicants since fiscal year 2014. That is nearly twice as many people as the combined number of approvals (4,774) and denials (417) during that time.

“The discrepancy is very, very large, and they go back quite a ways.”

Smith speculated that the Obama administration is using “humanitarian parole” to admit Syrians who do not meet the eligibility requirements for refugees. That is the same method by which the Obama administration has allowed entry to the unaccompanied minors who have arrived en masse at the U.S.-Mexican border over the past few years.

“I really think that’s the case, because that’s what we’ve been seeing with the Central American Minors programs,” Smith said.

Some think that they don’t need parole as they are finding other creative ways to bring in thousands and thousands more.

[Nayla] Rush [Center for Immigration Studies] said she believes some Syrians will end up coming through other ways, however. She pointed to a conference in February in which Beth Ferris, a Georgetown University professor and humanitarian refugee policy adviser to the United Nations secretary-general, said there are “alternative safe pathways” that could inflate the number of fleeing Syrians entering America to 200,000. Possibilities include giving scholarships and extending the ability of Syrian-Americans to sponsor relatives beyond their immediate family members to include aunts, uncles, and grandparents.

In addition, some 8,000 non-refugees from Syria who are already in the United States — both legally and illegally — have been allowed to remain under a program called Temporary Protected Status. The Department of Homeland Security recently renewed that status for another year.

More here.
Temporary Protected Status is a one (of several!) legal immigration programs that need to go! There is nothing temporary about it.  Click here for our archive on TPS.
I haven’t said this in awhile, but the next time you hear someone (a politician maybe) say that LEGAL immigration is good but illegal isn’t. Tell them they don’t know what they are talking about because we have some egregious LEGAL programs that need to be scrapped!
BTW, I have just added a new tag that I think will come in handy from now on: ‘where is Congress.’

Reception and Placement Abstracts: get them and use them!

Knowledge is power!

We’ve been talking about those pesky R & P Abstracts for more than a year now and some of you are starting to get-it and get them!
By ‘get-it’ I mean that these documents, prepared at the level of your local resettlement contractor with the help and guidance of one of the major nine federal contractors, are the blueprints for what is being planned for your town for the upcoming fiscal year.
Update: I’ve been talking about all of this for so long I forget that new people don’t know how to find a contractor near them.  Go here and find an office near you (any of the agencies within a hundred miles of you could be bringing refugees to your town).  Call or write to the office and ask for a copy of the FY2017 R & P Abstract.
Fiscal year 2017 begins October 1, 2016.

paul-ryan-catholic-pic-601x320
Speaker Paul Ryan and other Catholics of Wisconsin must have run out of poor Americans to take care of as they pour the third world into Milwaukee. His hometown of Janesville doesn’t get any refugees yet, maybe it’s time some are sent there?

It is my contention that the public is entitled to this document in advance because you have a right to know what Washington has planned for your town (especially because you are paying for this!)

You should be told about this plan before it even goes to Washington where it becomes the basis for the President’s ‘determination’ in September when he sends his wishlist for how many refugees Congress must fund for the upcoming year.   For eight of the last nine years that I’ve been following the program, Congress says NOT a word and just takes the Presidential determination with a ‘yes master, anything you say, master’ attitude.
Last year there was a little push-back, but ultimately Congress (Speaker Paul Ryan!) agreed to pay for the increased number of new refugees (from the average of about 70,000 to 85,000 for FY16) to accommodate the Syrian influx.
So here we go again. Obama has one more shot at changing America by changing the people. The minimum number we can expect Obama to propose is 100,000.
Before I get to what an Abstract looks like and what you should do with it when you get it, I want to say that not only should communities have this document and see it published in a local newspaper, but it should be discussed in the community before it is finalized.  I recommend that every ‘welcoming’ community hold a public hearing at the mayor/council level to discuss the numbers being proposed and the amenities the town is offering the refugees.
[Note to long time readers, we have done this exercise before, see especially here when I obtained the R & P Abstract for a new resettlement site—Reno, NV. Perhaps re-read that post now. And, I encourage your local research teams to read through the ‘Proposed Refugee Admissions for Fiscal Year 2016, report to Congress’ by clicking here as part of their investigative work.]
Why do I know that the R & P Abstracts are important for you to obtain?  Because the contractors do not want you to see them! In fact one of the nine contractors (maybe all of them!) sent a message to their subcontractors this past year specifically instructing their offices to NOT give them out to anyone who calls.  So what are they hiding?
Despite attempts to keep them from public view, some of you are successfully obtaining your local Abstracts and a few are actually receiving the plan for FY2017 and not the older ones.  Of course in many of these cases it has taken a Freedom of Information Act request, but at least you have them.  A few of the ones I have seen are not complete based on the 16 pages of the document for Reno, NV which includes VERY useful and informative letters of support from various entities and agencies including the local Islamic Center.

Let’s have a look at the troubled city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin!

Clearly the African-American community there is troubled!  That is a given (you would have to be living under a rock to not know that!).
CC Wisconsin
So what is the US State Department planning for Fiscal year 2017 with the paid help (you pay them!) of three resettlement contractors?  They will be dropping off a total of 925 more impoverished people from Burma, Somalia, Iraq, DR Congo, Sudan, Afghanistan, Bhutan (Nepal really), Eritrea and Ethiopia in FY 2017 alone to compete with the local African American community for work and for ‘services.’
There are three federal contractors (bidding for bodies) with offices set up in Milwaukee (three! why is there a need to have three agencies doing the same work?).  They include the US Conference of Catholic Bishops (Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Inc.), USCRI (International Institute of Wisconsin), and the Ethiopian Community Development Council (Pan-African Community Association).
The Catholics say they want 500 refugees (included in their wish list are devout Rohingya Muslims from Burma).  USCRI wants 300 and ECDC wants 125.
In light of the trouble Milwaukee has right now, if there was a public hearing in advance of these documents going to Washington, isn’t it likely that members of the public would say—well hold on here, we have a lot of problems we need to solve right here at home before we invite the world’s poverty to Wisconsin!
We will look at the R & P Abstract for the Archdiocese of Milwaukee (which also serves Sheboygan). (I confess I don’t know what every line of the document means!)

Screenshot (3)

Of course you can see the location and the agency name.  And, you can see that they expect to resettle 450 refugees by September 30th (for FY 2016).
Then the most important section follows where they fill in the numbers from each area of the world they want to place in Milwaukee beginning in October for FY17.  “Tie capacity” means that there are some relatives or some others related in some way to those already there.
Abbreviations:

AF = Africa.  African ethnic groups we resettle are from: DR Congo, Somalia, Burundi, Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and a few other lesser groups.

EA = East Asia. This group includes the large number of Burmese we have been admitting for years (and now including the Rohingya Muslims). Also, smaller numbers of Vietnamese, Chinese, Laotians and North Koreans are admitted from this region.

ECA = Europe and Central Asia.  Ukrainians and those living in the former Soviet Union like Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan fall in this group. Earlier we took tens of thousands from the Balkans.

LAC = Latin America and the Caribbean. One major country in this category is Colombia (don’t ask me why we favor Colombia!), and of course Cuba.  Think about it, we still take tens of thousands of Cubans!

NE/SA= Near East and South Asia.  This is the big category right now and includes: Afghanistan, Bhutan/Nepal, Iran, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Syria.

In our sample Abstract, Catholic Charities of Milwaukee*** wants more of the following ethnic groups to add diversity to a struggling city.  Burmese, Chin, Karen and Rohingya are all religious minorities from Burma (Myanmar) where the Buddhist government wants to keep Burma for Buddhists only, so we see it as our job (America’s job) to take care of all their displaced people (even though the Karen and Rohingya are enemies of each other!).  But, of course the naive do-gooders think all of their differences will melt away when placed together in slums in Milwaukee.
Somalis, Iraqis, Sudanese, Congolese and Cuban round out their wish list.
And, wow, see they have 50 languages available locally from which to select expensive interpreters!
See that PRM (that stands for the State Department branch called ‘Population Refugees and Migration’) has monitored the agency and found them not completely compliant with their contract in one recent year.
Now, let’s have a look at another page:
Screenshot (4)

See the industries they will be placing their refugees with—Meatpacking is one! And, check out the wages. A family is not going to live on $8.75 an hour so of course the refugees will remain on welfare.
And notice that Catholic Charities is bragging that the government has great medical care available for refugees in Milwaukee.  Oh boy, that means you get to pay for their Obamacare!
Here is the third page of this abstract.  And, by the way, I feel sure this abstract is not complete.  If Reno was 16 pages this one has been shortened for some reason. What are they hiding?
Screenshot (5)

Have a look at this chart.  Here is what this is about.  The contractor/subcontractor is supposed to be putting up its share of money for this supposed PUBLIC/PRIVATE partnership.  So here they have to prove they have some skin in the game, that this isn’t being run completely out of the US taxpayers’ pockets (which it is, but here they try to pretend it isn’t).
What do you think the odds are that Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, which ponied-up a whopping $3,000 in cash from individuals in 2015, is actually going to find $100,000 from individuals in 2017?  Don’t make me laugh!
Then see the line ‘Volunteer hours/miles!’ They need to find volunteers because the volunteers time and miles are turned into cash (on paper) for the purpose of showing the feds in this phony system that they are doing their share to contribute to the resettlement of hundreds of poor people to Milwaukee.
And, don’t miss the line with the amount of money local and state government is handing out (and they keep telling us this is completely funded from the federal level).  Ha! Ha!
Then see the last line.  CC says it will contribute $540 per refugee in cash in FY2017, but only managed $242 in 2015. Optimistic aren’t they!
And, that doesn’t mean the cash necessarily goes to the refugee, but likely goes toward the agency’s overhead!
If you want a really good laugh, you should see the Abstract for the US Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) for FY17 for Milwaukee.  They are going to contribute a grand total of $53 in cash per refugee they resettle while in 2015 they shelled out a whole $24 per refugee (whoop-de-do).
Are you still with me????

So what do you do with your local R & P Abstract once you get it?

You must make the document public!
You are going to have to figure out how to do that where you live.  Go before your local government (when the media is there) and ask if your elected officials had any role in its preparation. Tell them to hold a public meeting to discuss it.
Make sure all those in your local group with similar concerns are given a copy.
If you are doing a power point presentation in your state, be sure to put the pages on the power point.
Take it to your Member of Congress and US Senators and tell them you disapprove of the numbers and that you don’t want them to vote to fund it.
Demand to know exactly which ethnic groups are coming to your town.  And, are they screened for communicable diseases?
I feel like I am beating a dead horse with this next one…..
If you can’t get to the media (those local papers have been captured!), you will have to write a blog or website so all of the information you gather is made public by your own alternative media.  Facebook pages are not as good because I don’t think you can catalog information for future reference.
It is pretty late in the cycle to make a huge impact this year with the Abstracts except to pressure Congress in to not funding Obama’s planned expansion of the program.
Next year? What do we do? Who knows…..It all depends on November!
*** Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee received almost $7 MILLION FROM US TAXPAYERS in the last 3 years.  See USASpending.gov here.

Refugee resettlement becomes major issue in Election 2016; death blow to Hillary?

Putting a proposal for the resettlement of hundreds of thousands of third worlders, including large numbers who come from countries that hate us, squarely in front of the voters in the weeks before the November election could make or break a 2016 presidential candidate.
Obama’s September UN gambit comes as a huge political risk for the Hillary camp and her friends at the Refugee Council USA *** because by placing the hot topic so clearly before the public it could be like waving a red cape before a bull.  Hillary has already said she wants 65,000 Syrians admitted in one year and the public is overwhelmingly against ‘welcoming’ any more!
Early polling already indicates that the vast majority of Americans do not want more Syrian refugees brought to their towns. Will the Obama UN propaganda stunt serve to wake up even more Americans to the nature of this program? We think so.

Nezer
Melanie Nezer (left) of the Hebrew Aid Society is the present chairman of the Refugee Council USA which is a consortium of open border groups including the nine major federal resettlement contractors. RCUSA lobbies Congress and the Administration for more money for their goal of changing America by changing the people. RCUSA will be busy on the Hill reaching out to Republicans who hold the purse strings.

Politico (a progressive leaning news outlet aimed at putting news in Congressional office waiting rooms) has published a story that is worth mentioning here, not so much for what it says, but for what it implies.
Reporter Nahal Toosi tells us much we already know, but what interested me most is the mention (a hint really) of the fact that by pushing for more than a doubling of refugees to be admitted to the US in 2017, the resettlement industry will be front and center in Election 2016.
By advocating so strongly with a rally next weekend and then the Obama UN shindig in September, will the industry become fully exposed to an attack from Trump as Americans increasingly begin to understand how secretive this program has been and how much they are shelling out to bring poverty and possible insecurity to their hometowns, not to mention the maddening fact that most refugees immediately receive all welfare available to Americans including SSI for the elderly and disabled?

It is remarkable to me that the more than 3-decades-old refugee program could make or break an American presidential candidate—and it could if Trump makes the most of  Obama’s UN stunt and Hillary’s on-the-record support for 65,000 Syrians to be admitted to the US in one year!

Here (below) are some snips from Politico that interested me.  The refugee industry wants to nearly triple the number of refugees admitted to the US to 200,000. They are urging Obama to make that determination in September, the month when presidents by law send their refugee wish list to Congress.
The average number of refugees admitted throughout most of Obama’s presidency has been 70,000 per year.
[Editor note: there is a  lot of confusion about numbers.  We are discussing only those refugees admitted through this one program and not considering the tens of thousands of successful asylum seekers and another 100,000 or so unaccompanied alien children the administration refers to as “humanitarian arrivals.”  This 200,000 also does not include the hundreds of thousands entering through myriad visa programs.]
Politico (emphasis is mine):

Some are calling on Obama to admit at least 200,000 refugees from around the world, including tens of thousands of Syrians, through the U.S. refugee resettlement program and other routes. That’s effectively twice as many total refugees as the Obama administration has planned to accept in the fiscal year that starts Oct. 1.

[….]

Obama also is preparing to host a Sept. 20 international summit on the world’s migration crisis, a meeting in which he is expected to urge other countries to double their intake of refugees. The gathering will be held on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly in New York City, just weeks before the end of a U.S. presidential campaign in which Republican nominee Donald Trump has made refugees an incendiary topic.

[….]

Shannon Scribner, a top official with Oxfam America, said her sense is that, despite pressure from activists, Obama is unlikely to go beyond 100,000 total refugees. One reason is that Congress controls the funding for the refugee resettlement program, and Republicans could kill any request for more money, she noted.

[….]

Trump has embraced the backlash against refugees in Europe, too — openly rooting for the British exit from the EU and comparing Clinton to Angela Merkel, the German chancellor who has emerged as the symbol of the continent’s initially welcoming stance toward the Syrian influx.

[….]

Obama likely will use the daylong summit in September, which will come on the heels of a similar U.N. summit, to push for more out-of-the-box efforts to help the world’s refugees.

[….]

“This could be one of the great Trojan horses,” Trump said of the refugee program. He has also accused Clinton of wanting to spend “hundreds of billions of dollars to settle Middle Eastern refugees in the United States” — a claim that independent fact checkers have debunked — and dinged her repeatedly for calling last September for the U.S. to admit 65,000 properly screened Syrian refugees, a 550 percent increase over Obama’s figure. [The only error in Trump’s comment is the word ‘hundreds,’ leave that out and Trump is correct—this will cost US taxpayer BILLIONS!—ed]

[….]

The September summit gives refugee advocates another chance to boost momentum for their cause. Some groups are hoping in particular to rebuild trust in the refugee program among Republicans, with outreach efforts on Capitol Hill.

At the same time, the summit could re-ignite the partisan debate, especially on the presidential campaign trail.

Help re-ignite the partisan debate!

Here is what you need to remember:  in the next 10 weeks, you have to make as much political noise as you can about the UN/US State Department Refugee Admissions Program where you live!
You must work hard to get your concerns and the controversy out to the media in whatever way you can!  That means all media!  If you can’t get to your local Leftwing controlled newspaper, find other avenues to reach your fellow citizens even if you have to hand out fliers at the county fair!
And, then this is key! Get your ‘noise’ to your Senators and Members of Congress.  Your House members are all up for election and THEY CONTROL THE PURSE STRINGS.  I know you are saying to me that your Member is a chicken or worse.  That doesn’t matter, make their lives miserable!  They are home now until right after Labor Day.  Find them! Go to their offices, picket the office if necessary, meet them at the local county fair, attend any townhall they hold and hammer them on this one issue!

Afterall, Politico is telling us that the Open Borders Refugee Industry is going to be hitting Republican offices on Capitol Hill because they know that the only way they can win is to get Congress (Speaker Paul Ryan!) to fund 200,000 or more refugee arrivals!

You must out maneuver them!  Remember:

They need your money to change America!
