Our postthe other day on Poland’s “breed like rabbits” campaign generated lots of interest.
Here Leo Hohmann at World Net Daily tells us that even we (the US, not just Europe) are in trouble for not producing enough American babies.

Women are expected to go to college, become professionals in the work force, and “contribute” to the national economy.
But, as many of these countries are now discovering, the female contributions come with a cost.
With women having fewer babies, there comes a point when there are not enough worker bees to support the growing number of elderly who retire every year in countries like Germany, Italy, Greece and Spain.
All of these countries have dismal fertility rates of between 1.3 and 1.5 children per woman of child-bearing age. Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S. are not much better at 1.8 children per woman.
Economists agree that any nation with a fertility rate of less than 2.1 children per woman will not replace its aging population and ultimately fall into decline. Unless, they say, the nation uses immigration to make up for its birth dearth.

The United Nations acknowledged the demographic crisis with 2000 documenttitled “Replacement Migration: Is it a Solution to Declining and Aging Populations?” In that screed, the U.N. suggested a controversial solution to the low-birth-rate woes of 10 major nations – mass migration. Among the 10 listed as facing demographic decline if they don’t import younger migrants are the U.S., Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Russia, South Korea and Japan.
Moral of the story! You American youngsters better get busy and do your patriotic duty! Or, the UN will overwhelm us with third world replacements! At the heart of it, this is what it is all about—replacing you!
It is over the issue of abortions for illegal alien teens in the care of the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement that Lloyd oversees. Apparently Lloyd is not approving those abortions and the leftwingers want the young girls to have a Constitutional right to kill their babies here in America (they could go back to where they came from and kill their babies at home!).

I don’t know enough about Lloyd to get into this fight***, but I just want you to know what is going on.
Frankly, I don’t know how it came to be that the Office of Refugee Resettlement got so deeply involved with the care of tens of thousands of so-called ‘Unaccompanied Alien Children’ in the first place. They are NOT refugees! They are here illegally!
It might be because at least two ‘religious’ refugee contractors working for ORR get paid to take care of some of the ‘children’ —-US Conference of Catholic Bishops and the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. Note the big jump in the latter’s federal funding—was it more contracts for the kids?
You can see what I said aboutLloyd trying to defend himself here at the House hearing that was supposed to be on the refugee program, but turned into an attack on Lloyd (then they didn’t have to talk about the malfunctioning US Refugee Program!).
You can read it yourself. Lloyd will have to be one tough hombre to take what the Left has aimed at him.
I’m guessing when it comes to anchor babies (as these teens’ children would be) versus abortion rights, the Left comes down on the side of the “right” to kill the babies (with your money!).
***As Director of ORR, Lloyd would normally have the refugee contractors backing him, including the Catholic ones, but on this I don’t see where even the Bishops are going to help him. I could be wrong, but they will be more worried about angering their groupies on the Left and possibly jeopardizing their federal payola. We will see.
And, if Trump wants to succeed, he needs to be putting some mean (and loyal to him) SOBs in these top jobs. Nice guys finish last as the saying goes….
We’ve reported on the case of Mohammod Rafique here and here, but we are learning more details about the case and a controversial vote that shows the mayor of Nashua and some of his aldermen swallowed the propaganda from Welcoming America and designated Nashua as a welcoming city just one year ago. Once again we have a story where the mayor and (some) local elected officials supported the seeding of third worlders into a small American cities that resulted in refugees like Rafique being allowed to roam free (I assure you he was not allowed to roam free in Thailand before he was brought to NH.).
The Open Borders Left has been working for years to get mayors elected who will carry their water.
LOL! Maybe we should make a list of a dirty dozen mayors who have to go! Donchess will surely make the cut! (send me suggestions!)
A Muslim refugee from Burma, also called Myanmar, is facing multiple sexual assault charges after he allegedly tried to kiss and fondled four girls between the ages of 7 and 12 in a New Hampshire town that just over a year ago became one of President Obama’s “Welcoming Cities.”
Police said the incidents allegedly occurred at some kind of gathering but were not more specific.
Mohammod Rafique, 27, a member of the Rohingya Muslim minority that is fleeing Burma, has been living in Nashua, New Hampshire, for almost two years but speaks no English.
Police cracked the case open after a 10-year-old Nashua girl told her family, then police, and then child-welfare advocates that a man “drank too much, (became) ‘touchy-touchy,’ rubbed her upper thigh and touched her buttocks,” according to the Telegraph, Nashua’s local newspaper.
Rafique also grabbed, fondled and tried to forcibly kiss the girls, according to reports. [So much for that “robust” screening that allowed someone like this to be admitted to America!—ed]
On this business about Rafique not being able to communicate with lawyers etc. As one of my readers asked, then how the heck did he communicate with his resettlement contracting agency***?
Lubell is an Obama “champion of change!”
Rafique has been unable to communicate with his attorneys or corrections staff, his lawyer told the Telegraph, and she tried to get his bail lowered earlier this week but was unsuccessful.
Just last fall, in September 2016, the Nashua City Board of Alderman narrowly voted 8-7 to become a “Welcoming City” under the umbrella of Welcoming America.
Welcoming America was founded by Obama friend and open-borders promoter David Lubell, whose agenda is to “water the soil,” softening up residents of U.S. cities to accept the seeding of Third World refugees and illegal immigrants.
The Obama White House honored Welcoming America as a White House Champion of Change for innovations in immigrant integration. The organization has also been honored by the United Nations.

We can play the same game! As I’ve said often: for every refugee you can show me who goes to Harvard, I can show you a refugee like Rafique! (In fact, maybe 5 or 10 Rafiques for every Harvard-bound refugee!)
***Based on information available in recently acquired FY18 R & P Abstractsit looks like the New England Lutheran contractor, now called Ascentria, may have been his resettlement facilitator. They have an office in Concord, but they discuss in that Abstract placing refugees in Nashua.
Apparently the judicial system in NH can’t find an interpreter to communicate with him. (By the way, taxpayers must pay for the interpreters thanks to a Bill Clinton Executive order still followed by Trump.)

But, my first thought, on reading this latest news from New Hampshire (our first post on the case ishere), is how did someone like this get through the super duper screening process we are told takes 18-24 months?
And, who made the decision that allowed the refugee application for Mohammod Rafique to move forward?
He clearly has problems. Did someone really think he would benefit America by being given refugee status? And, what about his resettlement agency? Didn’t they teach him anything about our culture and how we expect women and little girls to be treated? (He surely hasn’t heard about Harvey!)
NASHUA, N.H. (AP) — A refugee from Myanmar [aka Burma—ed] jailed in New Hampshire on sexual assault charges doesn’t speak English and hasn’t been able to communicate with lawyers or corrections staff, his attorney said.
Mohammod Rafique and his family fled persecution in their native country, and his experiences have left him extremely fearful of law enforcement, attorney Amanda Henderson said, according to the Telegraph of Nashua . A hearing last week had to be continued after the 27-year-old Rafique collapsed in the courtroom.
Rafique has been jailed in Nashua since Sept. 19 on three counts of felonious sexual assault and three counts of attempted felonious sexual assault. Authorities say he grabbed, tried to kiss and improperly touched four girls, ages 7 to 12.

Come to think of it, my Rohingya Reports category is full of stories about Burmese refugees who are violent. There is Esar Met the child killer in Utah. There is the Burmese biter in North Carolina as well as the Burmese man who slaughtered three little children in his NC neighborhood, and Rafique here. Why so many clearly mentally ill Burmese are being selected for us?
This is yet another reason that Congress should review the entire US Refugee Program with an eye to trashing it or at least reforming it.
How is it that the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement is in the business of housing illegal alien minors (so-called unaccompanied children) in the first place, let alone be in the position of facilitating abortions when the kids get pregnant?
They are not refugees!

The gist of it is that the present ORR Director is saying the feds are not going to facilitate abortions for ‘minors’ in their care while the previous Obama Director (Bob Carey) did.
Of course all those interviewed for the story are lined up against Trump’s appointee.
AUSTIN, Texas — The Trump administration is preventing an undocumented, pregnant teenager detained in a Brownsville refugee shelter from getting an abortion in a policy shift with big implications for hundreds of other pregnant, unaccompanied minors held in such shelters.
She is not the first to be stopped, according to advocates who work with undocumented teenagers.
For the last seven months, the Health and Human Services Department has intervened to prevent abortions sought by girls at federally funded shelters,even in cases of rape and incest and when the teen had a way to pay for the procedure. The agency has instead forced minors to visit crisis pregnancy centers, religiously affiliated groups that counsel women against having abortions, according to documents obtained by POLITICO, interviews with sources involved in the Brownsville case and those familiar with the agency’s policy.
In some cases, a senior HHS official has personally visited or called pregnant teens to try to talk them out of ending their pregnancies.
“There is a pattern of unconstitutional overreach of power in a minor’s abortion decision,” said the teen’s lawyer, Brigitte Amiri of the ACLU.
The ACLU brought suit on Friday on behalf of the 17-year-old in the Brownsville shelter….

“What’s especially disturbing for us about this case, is that the child is in the custody of ORR [the Office of Refugee Resettlement], so she has no other choice, and she is stuck in a form of custody or detention,” said Michelle Brane of the Women’s Refugee Commission.
The “child” in question arrived illegally across our border, we expect her (all of them!) to be held in custody! But, that custody needs to be under a different federal agency—not one whose mission is supposed to be to care for refugees, not to care for illegal aliens!
By the way, you need to know that at least two federal contractors—the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service—receive money from you to take care of some of the ‘children.’ The UACs cost the US taxpayer at least $1 billion a year.
