Illuminating Skullduggery Podcast on Biden Refugee Admissions Flip-Flop

Here I go again, another post on the incredibly amusing muddle the Biden Administration has gotten itself into in regards to the flip-flop-flipping on his decision to aim to admit a certain number of refugees into the US this fiscal year.

Since I last wrote here on Wednesday, I posted a piece at Frauds and Crooks on the topic, because I am so fascinated by how the Biden White House has made such an enormous political blunder and that the corporate media has reported on the blowback Biden has received from the liberal wing of his party.

The Frauds and Crooks post focused on how quickly the refugee lobby went into action to slap Biden around on his unforgiveable waffling and announcement that he would leave the refugee ceiling/cap at the Trump level for the remainder of the fiscal year sending HIAS and other refugee pushers ballistic as heads exploded throughout the refugee industry.

See it here:

America First Has No Effective Opposition to Recreating the Third World on American Soil

There are so many things I could have written about today, but instead, I just spent part of an hour listening to a podcast at something called Skullduggery where HIAS (formerly Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) CEO Mark Hetfield gives Michael Isikoff some inside skinny on what went down last week in the White House implosion over the refugee cap for the year.

Additionally Hetfield reveals a few other nuggets of information that you may find illuminating.  I did.

Hey, and if you think that somehow I pick on Mark Hetfield and HIAS, I don’t.

Mark Hetfield protesting President Donald Trump’s refugee policy decisions.

It just happens that Hetfield appears to be the most political of the refugee contractor CEOs and is out and about talking to the media and organizing protests. (See all contractors*** below.)

He also was the leader of the pack suing the Trump administration every time Trump attempted to reform the Refugee Admissions Program.

Calling all refugee policy wonks! This podcast is worth listening to as Hetfield describes the situation with the White House as “bizarre.”

Here are a few takeaways (some nuggets we already know, but confirmed by Hetfield):

~ The refugee admissions controversy was the first blowback Biden received from the liberal wing of the party.  By May 15th a new refugee ceiling will be announced by the capitulating  White House.

~ We learn that Secretary of State Blinken wants the increase, but some unknown players in the White House are politically “spooked on immigration.”  That tells us that we must, for all its worth, keep talking about immigration and the southern border as a “crisis.”

~ With the refugee program it is the Muslim refugees that most scare the public. There was a few minutes of discussion about the 2015 governors’ revolt when 31 governors told Obama they refused to admit Syrian refugees to their states. Even presidential candidates such as moderates on immigration, Bush and Rubio, became “xenophobic” in their rhetoric.  That really freaked-out Hetfield.

~Hetfield claims the public is mostly positive about bringing in more refugees, but apparently some unnamed advisors in the White House are looking at polling that does not confirm Hetfield’s optimistic view.

~Hetfield is “infuriated” by all of the focus on vetting refugees that delays their arrival in America.  He says that no refugee has committed a lethal terror attack on US soil, but doesn’t mention that many have been stopped and apprehended before they could carry out a planned attack!  And, he doesn’t mention the killers and rapists who have gotten past the screening.

~Isikoff finds Tucker Carlson’s great “replacement” theory “vile.”  And then asks if Hetfield watches Carlson. This is the funny part: Hetfield says he “made the mistake” of going on Tucker’s show a few years ago.

By the way, that did not go well for Hetfield.  If you missed it, here it is:

~ Hetfield called the replacement concept “beyond offensive.” He and the podcasters are concerned about whether this “strain of thinking” by the likes of Carlson, Donald Trump and Stephen Miller is “ascendant.”  Hint to you:  Keep it going.

~Hetfield called the administration’s border crisis a “lose-lose” situation for the President.

~As for the ceiling/cap, he wonders how the Biden team got so muddled over it as he said “set the damn cap” and set it higher than Trump’s cap.  It doesn’t matter exactly what it is because it is a cap, a ceiling.  He just wants to get the program moving and then Biden should fulfil his promise for FY2022 which begins on October 1, 2021 to admit 125,000 refugees from the Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia.

For those of you new to the Refugee program there was some useful basic information about how the program works.

Listen to the whole interview entitled ‘Biden’s Refugee Problem.’

***If you are new to RRW, here are all of the federal refugee resettlement contractors.

The border crisis is damaging refugee resettlement!

The contractors worked to ‘elect’ Biden/Harris and they lobby for open borders.

From the earliest days of writing this blog it has perplexed me because if they truly cared about the refugees they legally help, they would not encourage leniency toward lawbreakers at our borders because the general public makes no distinctions.

To the average American it is all the same—too many people having too many needs for Americans to pay for.

Americans Last! is their motto!

Tucker Carlson Nails It! All You Need to Know About GOP Governors Who Turned on Trump!

In just a little over 5 minutes last night Tucker Carlson in a segment on the US Refugee Admissions Program and the President’s efforts to reform it, explains exactly what we have been saying for weeks in dozens of posts.

Especially interesting is the focus on phony Christian charity as Carlson’s millions of viewers learn that it is federal contractors masquerading as charitable religious groups that have successfully lobbied Republican governors—18 so far—to thumb their noses at Trump and ask for more refugees for their states!

It is vitally important that you send this far and wide. Hat tip: Brenda.

The segment begins here:

Don’t miss my post yesterday about CAIR sending wet kisses to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan when he became the 18th governor to say his state welcomes more poverty from the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Dear Tucker, What the Heck Happened to the Daily Caller? Sucking up to Refugee Contractors!

Did you see the news that Democrat candidate for President Beto O’Rourke told an audience recently that he wanted to pull the tax exempt status of any religious organization that refused to perform gay marriages?

Yes Beto! Get rid of tax exempt status for some ‘religious charities’ but not for the reasons you suggest!

Well after having followed the fake non-profits hired by the feds to place refugees into unsuspecting towns and cities for over a decade, I have been thinking that we ought to pull the tax exempt status of any ‘religious’ group that operates in secrecy, gobbles up millions of tax payer dollars and then goes out and protests against the President (who is funding them!)….

….You know groups like the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, Church World Service, and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service.

But holy cow! I never expected to see the Daily Caller  carrying the water for those federal refugee CONTRACTORS in order to take a swipe at Beto.

The Daily Caller, called by wikipedia a right wing media outfit started by Tucker Carlson in 2010, must be trying to suck up to the Left with this distorted piece about how much religious groups do to help the poor and struggling refugees coming into the US from the third world.

Go for it, help the poor refugees (ignoring vulnerable Americans!), but do it with your own private charitable resources—NOT WITH TAXPAYER DOLLARS AND TAX EXEMPT STATUS!

[I just had a look at dozens of posts about the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and the millions it receives from the federal government and came across this 2017 post where Tucker Carlson eviscerates the Bishop’s Washington, DC lobbyist! Clearly Carlson is ‘Tucker who?’ at the Daily Caller!]

So what got me fired up this morning?

It is this headline at the Daily Caller:

Religious Institutions Support Refugees, But Beto Wants To Take Away Their Tax-Exempt Status

What do you mean by “but?” I agree with Beto—take away their tax-exempt status!  Of course, however, the young Catholic-educated reporter is referring to his statement about gay marriage.

Here are the opening two paragraphs in a report by Mary Margaret Olohan:

2020 presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke wants to take away religious institution’s tax-exempt status if they will not perform same-sex marriages, but religious institutions make major contributions in helping refugees.

O’Rourke sparked backlash at CNN’s LGBTQ forum on Oct. 10 when he said that religious institutions that would not perform same-sex marriages should lose their tax-exempt status. He reiterated his statements Sunday, adding that this would apply to mosques and minority churches.

And, then she uses the supposed good works of two of nine refugee contractors to make her gushing points about how they help refugees and thus it’s an outrage for Beto (who loves refugees!) to suggest these benevolent politically Leftwing groups should lose tax exempt status.

Let me say it more clearly, it isn’t just that these ‘religious charities’ help refugees with taxpayer dollars, they promote illegal immigration and they actively protest on the streets against this President while living almost entirely on OUR US Treasury!

See Ms. Olohan’s credentials! https://dailycaller.com/author/Mary+Margaret+Olohan

You can read more from Ms. Mary Margaret Olohan, the Daily Caller‘s Social Issues reporter, yourself, but since she extols the virtues of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (LIRS) as an example of a ‘religious charity’ making a major contribution to helping refugees (not American poor people!), I thought I would have a look at their most recent IRS Form 990.

[I mentioned the latest finances of the US Catholic Bishops here at ‘Frauds and Crooks.’]

First take a trip down memory lane and see this post about LIRS I wrote on Valentine’s day 2018:

Lutherans announce departure of CEO Hartke amid claims of financial irregularities, poor management

During the Obama years LIRS was 95% federally funded. According to the most recently available Form 990 (2018) they have slipped some and only received 87% of their funding from the US taxpayer—$41 million!

But here is the stunner! CEO Hartke was getting the heave-ho that year, but look at the salary she got going out the door! Over $400,000!  That is about $80,000 more than the previous year! Pay-off?

This is largely your money!
Screenshot of a portion of the salaries page at LIRS 2018 IRS Form 990

What good is it if we have “right wing” media doing propaganda for Open Borders Inc?

So, I suggest Ms. Olohan do a little more research before picking which ‘religious charities’ to use as examples of virtue. And, btw, where was her editor?

Endnote:  I don’t want to sound like I’m whining, but I’ve just spent a couple of hours (I don’t get paid!) doing research that salary-collecting reporters should be doing.

The transgressions of LIRS have been widely reported for years and even if she couldn’t find my work because WordPressdotcom killed RRW, Breitbart did do a bunch of stories on the financial scandal surrounding Hartke’s departure.

Regarding South Africa: Trump has thousands of African refugee slots available

Ann Coulter, Mark Steyn and Tucker Carlson have all gone to bat this week for the white South African farmers whose lives and livelihoods have been threatened by the black South African government now in power in the nation the International Left dubbed the “Rainbow Nation.”
Here is Ann Coulter on twitter yesterday tweeting out a link to a story about the exploding tragedy for whites in S.A. by Leo Hohmann at VDARE.  Hohmann reports that the President does have the power to arrange for an emergency declaration for the clearly persecuted farmers.

Screenshot (280)_LI

However, he doesn’t even need any emergency declaration because in his Presidential Determination for Fiscal Year 2018, here, you can see in the graph below that he has 19,000 slots allocated for the resettlement of African refugees to the US.

Screenshot (281)_LI
45,000 is the cap set by the President last September, at the present rate of admissions, the US might reach about 21,000 total from the whole world for the year.

And, below, from Wrapsnet you can see that 5 months in to the fiscal year, only 3,188 have been allotted from Africa.

Screenshot (282)_LI

In that same report, we learn that the State Department wants to pluck mostly Somalis out of the xenophobic South Africa (S.A. blacks have been terrorizing blacks from elsewhere in Africa who believed the Rainbow Nation propaganda and went there for a better life only to be attacked by the S.A. blacks.)
US State Department in September of 2017:

From Southern Africa, we expect to admit 1,500 refugees – primarily Somalis from South Africa and Congolese from Malawi, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.

(Checking Wrapsnet I see that we have processed in to the US 60 ‘refugees’ from South Africa in the last 5 months—surely no white refugees or we would have heard about it.)
See where the UN’s interest in S.A. lies….
Their only concern seems to be xenophobia (African blacks persecuting other blacks):

Xenophobia in the Rainbow Nation! Say it isn’t so!

Church World Service to the rescue?

As I told you in my first post this morning, federal refugee contractor Church World Service (71% funded involuntarily by you) has an office in Johannesburg in conjunction with the US State Department and the UNHCR.
Seems like a no-brainer that the office could be directed (by the new Secretary of State Pompeo) to start processing the white South Africans (there is plenty of evidence that they are being persecuted due to their race).
For those in the refugee industry who say that refugees must have left the country of their persecution before consideration, that whole concept is out the window now since we have processed Iraqis directly from Iraq.  We were processing Cubans from an office in Cuba and right now we are bringing in Ukrainians (1,027 so far this fiscal year) directly from Ukraine.

Bottomline, if the President wanted to do it, he could just tell the State Department to shift its priorities for resettlement and use some of the remaining 15,812 slots from Africa for white South Africans.

We will be watching to see if the federal refugee contractors, the big nine below, will push for the Christian whites to be resettled in America, after all they will be paid by the head for their work, so why not?
The nine federal contractors….
The number in parenthesis is the percentage of their income paid by you (the taxpayer) to place the refugees, line them up with jobs, and get them signed up for their services!  From most recent accounting, here.

Tucker takes on Haymaker Collective leader; reminds me about illegal alien murders Muslim girl

Last night Tucker Carlson interviewed a woman who is a leader of something called the ‘Haymaker Collective’ where Leftists (Antifa!) have a gym project in Chicago where they are learning self defense to protect themselves from hate crimes and prepare for “war” with racists and xenophobes (in the Trump era).

Tucker has no problem with their desire for self-defense, but asks where is the evidence that it is the “rightwingers” they need to fear in CHICAGO!
His guest cites statistics from the Cato Institute and from the Southern Poverty Law Center as evidence that her people are under attack already.
But, what interested me most happened in the closing minutes of the segment. “Naila” cites the recent Virginia murder of the Muslim girl  by an illegal alien as an example. When Tucker questions her about whether he was a ‘rightwinger’ she completely ignores him!

What happened to illegal alien murders Muslim case?

It reminded me to have a look and see if there is any update at all about that horrible murder case, but it seems to have completely disappeared from the news.  Imagine if the alleged murderer had not been an illegal alien, but instead a white American boy! We would be seeing daily updates and not just in the US media. Instead, I see dead silence by the mainstream media.
