It is all about a ready supply of cheap labor!

One important thing I’ve confirmed in my heartland tour of America so far is something I knew, but had never seen the evidence so clearly.
Forget the idea that resettling refugees from the third world to your Midwestern towns is driven by compassion for the poor and downtrodden.  It is driven by greed and MONEY as big companies reap the rewards of a steady supply of cheap (some say slave) labor, aided and abetted by the US Conference of Catholic Bishops, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and the other phony ‘religious’ charities hired by the US State Department (for a billion bucks!) to drop off the ‘New American’ laborers!
It is a brilliant business plan. Big industries, like BIG MEAT, want the cheap labor and you (taxpayers) supplement the low salaries with welfare payments of all sorts.
Then if you say a word about how your community is socially, culturally and economically disturbed, you are called a racist, a hater, a xenophobe and so on.
In many cases your elected officials (and the local Chambers of Commerce) are in on it (are elected officials getting campaign donations?), and to top it off the parasites, like Welcoming America, receive federal grants (your money) to propagandize your towns.
Why do I call Welcoming America***parasites?  Because they have another agenda and are just feeding off the cheap labor business model of large multinational corporations.  They are looking for more Leftwing (progressive) voters to lock up the political system for their socialist goals.

You, the average American, who liked your town just as it was and who wants jobs for your own kids and grandkids, are vilified and attacked.

Volunteers helping to resettle the refugees are just being used by the phony church groups and those greedy businesses.
Someone gave me this poster being distributed in North Dakota recently.
The US Department of Labor (led by the despicable Tom Perez, thank God Hillary passed him up for VEEP) is giving grants to teach “New Americans” job skills so they can take your jobs and your kids’ jobs! (And, you pay for it!)

This is a poster “For New Americans” (red banner line):

post for New Americans

You can’t read it all, but the last line says: “This workforce solution was funded in part by a grant awarded by the US Department of Labor’s Employment and Training Administration. A member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System.”

Do you see now why they hate Donald Trump so much when he talks about slowing the flow of immigration to America!

Germany: Syrian refugees turn murderous over the weekend

….and it will likely get worse as time goes on!

Invasion of Europe news…..

I’m sure you’ve seen the news over the last day or so, but am posting links for those who haven’t.

merkel-refugee-selfie
German Chancellor Angela Merkel with refugee. This ‘selfie’ should go down in political strategists’ training manuals as an example of what NOT to do with refugees from the Middle East.

First from Reuters (Syrian refugee kills a pregnant woman with a machete):

A 21-year-old Syrian refugee was arrested on Sunday after killing a pregnant woman with a machete in Germany, the fourth violent assault on civilians in western Europe in 10 days, though police said it did not appear linked to terrorism. [No terrorism, so move along!—ed]

The incident, however, may add to public unease surrounding Chancellor Angela Merkel’s open-door refugee policy that has seen over a million migrants enter Germany over the past year, many fleeing war in Afghanistan, Syria and Iraq.

German police said they arrested the machete-wielding Syrian asylum-seeker after he killed a woman and injured two other people in the southwestern city of Reutlingen near Stuttgart.

Continue reading the discussion about Merkel’s open door policy and the political turmoil it is creating in Germany.
Then, over the same weekend, a Syrian suicide bomber explodes his backpack outside of a music event in a Bavarian town. From Russia Today:

Bavarian authorities have announced that the suspected suicide bomber, who was killed in the Ansbach explosion, was a 27-year-old Syrian whose asylum request was rejected last year. The motive behind the attack, which injured 12 people, remains unknown.

[….]

The attacker was a 27-year-old Syrian who had entered the country about two years ago, but was refused asylum, Bavarian authorities told a press conference. His application was rejected a year ago but the man was allowed to stay in Germany temporarily, due to ongoing hostilities in Syria.***

[….]

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees will reveal why the suspect’s asylum application had previously been rejected later in the day Herrmann (Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann) noted that those who are “seeking protection in Germany, must show full respect for the German legal system and the German population.”

The minister added that the attack demonstrated the need “to strengthen controls on those we have living in our country”.

Following a press conference, Herrmann told Germany’s DPA, that he personally considers the bombing in Ansbach to have been the work of an Islamist suicide bomber.

“My personal opinion is that, unfortunately I think, it is very obvious that there has been a real Islamist suicide attack here,” Herrmann said early Monday.

Any bets on when Germany will get the big one—like in France or Belgium!

***By the way, this happens in the US too. If someone is denied asylum, but they come from a country in turmoil, we don’t deport them either!

Top Posts for the last week; road trip review (so far!)

rrw-logo-1Oh gosh, where do I begin to tell you about Refugee Resettlement Watch‘s road trip.  My head is spinning with all I’ve heard and seen and it would take me hours to tell you.
First, though, below are the top three posts of the week.  Sorry I haven’t written much, but between driving and meeting, I’m finding little time for the computer.  By the way, I am now 1,500 miles from home and am taking the day off. I got a beautiful hotel room at a bargain price and can spend all day here just catching up. (The room has a long counter-like work station and I am spread out!).
The number one post here surpasses the others by a huge margin:

Road Trip News!

Because mostly I don’t know where to begin in sorting through what I’ve learned and seen in the last week, I’m going to give you my general impressions (and am not going to give out any names of patriots working in these areas, except for Congressional candidate AJ Kern).
First, if all of you could see Toledo, Ohio and Dearborn, Michigan, you would be shocked.
Obviously both are struggling, grimy places where more refugees are being placed by the US State Department.  The feds and their contractors are setting up more refugees to fail by placing them in the dilapidated towns.  It seems that there are mosques every few blocks and in Dearborn the storefront signs are in Arabic.  I’m told the first Arabs were brought to Dearborn by the Ford Motor Company looking for laborers (a recurring theme in my travels).
Any ideas you have about this program being one of compassion and humanitarian concern for the downtrodden must be wiped out of your heads! The refugee program is about changing America and about MONEY and labor!
Most disturbing in this part of Michigan is that Arabs are spreading out throughout the nicer counties nearby and buying up properties and homes in mid to upper class neighborhoods (and building mosques).
There are some great people working to save Michigan against great odds and I thank them profusely for several days of tours and briefings by those who are living it.

Create a blog or website! Information is power!

For a model on what you should do where you live (I am going to hound you all to do this)—get a website or blog on which to post all of your research and news so that others in your state can learn from you and know that they are not aloneSecure Michigan is a great example of what you should be doing!
Also, some of you must begin running for local elected office because almost everywhere I’ve been local elected officials are in the tank for more immigrant labor to be brought in to your communities mostly driven by the ‘leaders’ of the local Chamber of Commerce!
As I reported earlier this past week, I stopped in Janesville, Wisconsin to give a little help to the Paul Nehlen campaign. Nehlen, as you know, is attempting to unseat Speaker Paul Ryan and I wanted to tell citizens there that Ryan is a long-time backer of the Refugee Admissions Program and did nothing last fall to help slow the flow of Syrians now entering the US at an accelerated pace.  If he and Hillary are running Washington next year we are finished!
And, then ‘oh my gosh’ I traveled to Owatonna, Minnesota where an aluminum window company is being sued by CAIR on behalf of Somalis over the issue of prayer break times.  And, in what can only be called ‘providential’ I met a woman who has followed the conflicts involving the Somalis in Owatonna since Somalis first arrived there in 1992/93!  And, guess what, that is the year the US State Department says the first Somalis went to Minnesota! Their destination was Owatonna!  Now guess who wanted the Somali workers? This same window company now being sued!
I then had a good visit with citizens in Willmar, Minnesota where the Jennie-O plant is responsible for the large Somali population there.  Go here to our archive of posts in which we mention Willmar.

AJ Kern
AJ Kern is running for Congress (primary August 9) against the RINO who took former Rep Michele Bachmann’s seat. http://www.ajkernblog.com/

Next on my travels, I stopped in the now infamous St. Cloud, a city we visited previously and wrote about on many occasions (see archive here, I think it goes back to 2008). The city was part of former Rep. Michele Bachmann’s district.   It is now represented by  Tom Emmer who along with Rep. Keith Ellison created the Somali Caucus in the House of Representatives.
Also see Emmer’s score on immigration generally at NumbersUSA, here.  And, he has an F on the Liberty Score Card here at Conservative Review.
After hearing from citizens there, I had the pleasure of meeting Emmer’s opposition in the August 9th Republican primary—AJ Kern.  So many of you are focused on the Nehlen v. Ryan campaign in Wisconsin, but don’t overlook Kern’s challenge of Emmer.  If you have a little extra funds, please send a contribution to Kern! Click here for her website.
By the way, see what the local pro-Somali newspaper has to say about Kern, here.  This should be enough to fire you up to help her!
One of the most profound impressions I’ve gotten on this road trip so far, is that fear of speaking up against the invasion of America is holding citizens back—they fear for their jobs, they fear for their safety and they fear for their reputations as the NO Borders political activists and their groupies (including the big businesses looking for cheap slave labor) call them racists and xenophobes when they know they are not!
For new readers arriving here for the first time today, see our May roundup for instructions on finding stuff here at RRW where we have posted over 7,700 posts since 2007.
And, last but not least, thanks to everyone who has donated to Refugee Resettlement Watch. I promise to try to thank you all individually today! I’ve been asked who is funding this road trip—the answer is me (with a little help from readers).  I don’t work for any nefarious organization as I am sure my critics believe!  (Update: Forgot to remind you that your contributions are not tax deductible!)
***My apologies on the fact sheet! It is out of date and needs to be updated, but I’ve had no time.

Canada: Diversity is soooo beautiful! Is this website for real?

This is rich!  At a Somali website, a guy named Mohamud is blasting the Chinese in Canada. I thought all this multiculturalism was going to be so wonderful and we would all be “strengthened” by it.

Welcome to British Columbia sign along the Cassiar Highway, British Columbia and Yukon border, Canada.
Welcome to British Columbia sign along the Cassiar Highway, British Columbia and Yukon border, Canada.

Editor’s note: Normally I’m a prude and don’t post profanity, but I am making an exception this time so you can get the full flavor of Mohamud’s comment.
From Somalispot (an online forum) on the topic: 100,000 Chinese millionaire immigrants in Vancouver

They are actual fucking cancer. Like BC is giving away our land to foreigners who have ZERO intentions of staying.

People who will never in a million years apply for citizenship and thus will never be taxed nor add to Canada’s revenue. Just google the water ordeal. Wallahi you’ll cry. Just google Nestlé and BC to see what these asshats are doing.

Ugh. I hate ’em. I hate them so much.

Ironically funny (sort of!).

Changing the subject….

In my travels I heard about Somalis walking across the border from Canada to North Dakota.  This particular batch was apprehended by border patrol, but how many made it through?

Rutland, VT: City aldermen demand answers as rift with mayor grows

As regular readers know by now, I am driving through the heartland to learn more about how towns and cities, seeded through the UN/US State Department with growing enclaves of ethnic diversity and where in most cases no effort to assimilate by the newcomers, is creating politically and socially tense communities.
Rutland VT map
If I were to pick one motivating force (for RRW and this trip) it is to expose the secrecy with which towns and cities have been populated by third worlders through federal refugee contractors working for the US State Department and the Office of Refugee Resettlement in the Dept. of Health and Human Services.
The controversy swirling in Vermont (of all places!) about the establishment of a new resettlement site for Syrian Muslims is instructive. Initial plans were put in place between the refugee contractor and a rogue mayor.  When citizens caught on, only months from ‘welcoming’ the first Syrians, all hell broke loose. (See our previous posts on Rutland by clicking here.)
Here is the latest from VTDigger.orgCity council excludes mayor from discussion of their next moves!

Rutland’s Board of Aldermen held a closed-door executive session with the city’s attorney last night to discuss legal issues surrounding the refugee resettlement process. In a rare move, the board excluded Mayor Chris Louras from the meeting.

The board approved three motions: one directs the City Attorney to request the full abstract*** and application for Rutland’s resettlement program from the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants and its affiliate, the Vermont Refugee Resettlement Program; the second asks the attorney to conduct a review of the mayor’s actions and whether those actions comply with the city charter and any other applicable law; and the third recommends that the Charter and Ordinance Committee review subchapter 9 of the charter which lays out the mayor’s executive powers.

In an interview outside the boardroom Mayor Louras said this was the first time he’d been excluded from an executive session.

“I think this is the board acting out in a relatively juvenile manner,” he said.

[….]

He also said he wanted to know if there was a “contract or paper trail between the mayor’s office and VRRP.”

The mayor has stated on numerous occasions that refugee resettlement is a federally administered program involving no contracts or agreements with the city. The only paper trail, beyond correspondence with the various agencies involved, Louras says, is the letter of support he wrote to the State Department as part of the application process. Louras says he writes similar letters for grant applications on a regular basis without board approval.

[….]

At a tense board meeting on May 25, one month after the announcement was made that Rutland was being considered as a possible location for Syrian refugees, members of the board were provided with hard copies of the three-page abstract pertaining to Rutland and submitted to the State Department by USCRI.

More here.

***Get your FY2017 Abstract!  Knowledge is power!

I feel like I’m beating a dead horse when I say this, but every one of you living in on-going resettlement sites and proposed new ones must demand to be given the R & P Abstract for FY17.  This is a document prepared by every contractor and it goes to Washington as the document used to FUND the resettlement program where you live.  It is a treasure-trove of information.
Also, these documents (payment planning documents) will be used for the creation of Obama’s last decision on how many refugees he will propose for FY2017 which begins October 1, 2016.
The discussion above, that for Rutland there are only 3 pages, is suspicious.  I have the one prepared by USCRI (the same major contractor) for FY17 for Reno, Nevada and it is 16 pages!  Significantly there are many pages attached which are letters of support from the school system (you must identify who is behind more refugee resettlement!), Catholic Charities (the major contractor in the state) and the local Islamic Center, etc.
It also lists the companies that are apparently eager for cheap immigrant labor.
Demand transparency for your communities!
Call your local resettlement contractor and ask for the R & P Abstract for 2017.  They will likely tell you NO! Then contact your state refugee coordinator and ask for it.  If you get a NO there, then try using your state’s Public Information Law and and try to get it that way (may not work in Wilson-Fish states where the program has been essentially de-coupled from any elected body within the state).
If you get the document, make it publicly available and open a debate. Put it before your local elected body and demand a public hearing or meeting on it. If you don’t get it raise a ruckus!

This isn’t some sort of silver bullet, but is an important part of the process of demanding transparency for American citizens paying the bill for all of this. As someone said to me yesterday. We have no silver bullet, but we are building one!
