A spokesperson for the Vermont Department of Health confirms to Breitbart News that “three refugees [have been] diagnosed with TB in Vermont over the past seven months.”
One case was diagnosed in December 2015, and the other two cases were diagnosed in 2016.
No one other than a refugee has been diagnosed with active TB in Vermont during the first six months of 2016, the spokesperson adds.
The stunning admission comes after Breitbart News reported that the number of active TB cases in Vermont tripled from two in 2014 to seven in 2015.

I don’t want to become an expert on refugee health, but you might be interested if you have some connection to the medical field or are in regular close contact with the refugees newly arriving in the US.
Just now I had a look at the Centers for Disease Control guidelinesfor refugee health screening and what I don’t get is this: refugees are domestically screened between 30 and 90 days of arrival. How many people have interacted or come in contact with a refugee family and then don’t learn for 30 to 90 days that someone in the family has TB (or HIV or parasites or other transmittable health conditions)?

It has been a long time coming, but regular readers know that the Tennessee legislature voted earlier this year to file a lawsuit against the federal government’s refugee resettlement program being operated in the state as a so-called Wilson-Fish program.
I’m not a lawyer and have no time to get into the weeds on the case, but just know that for these 12 states*** this case is the worst nightmare for the refugee industry in America. It seems the case prepared by the Thomas More Law Center will proceed as the last impediment to filing has been removed! Holly Johnson of Catholic Charities (left) calls the shots for TN. On the right is Jan Reeves who has been making decisions on who comes to Idaho for over two decades. Idaho is also a Wilson-Fish state!
Here is a little bit of the Tennessean last night (LOL! trying to downplay the momentous decision):
The lawsuit will move forward because a resolution approved by the legislature earlier this year included a provision that allows the legislature to hire outside counsel to sue the government for noncompliance of the Refugee Act of 1980.

“This Office shares the General Assembly’s concern about unauthorized federal intrusion in matters that have historically legally resided within the exclusive purview of state and local officials,” Slatery (TN AG) wrote in a letter sent to the clerks of both legislative chambers. “The founders in adopting the United States Constitution created a series of checks and balances to ensure that no one branch of government would have unfettered power.”
The federal government working with Catholic Charities and NOT with the elected officials of the state of Tennessee is basically spending Tennessee taxpayers’ money with no authorization from the legislature!
Proponents of the measure have said the lawsuit is necessary because the federal government has failed to consult with Tennessee on the continued placement of refugees while suggesting that the feds have shifted the cost of administering the program to the state without lawmakers specifically authorizing the appropriation of funds.
This is not the same case that was filed in Texas and Alabama! This is a states’ rights lawsuit!
Texas and Alabama have sued the federal government over refugee resettlement, but Tennessee’s forthcoming lawsuit would be the first based on the 10th Amendment, which states that the federal government possesses only powers delegated to it by the U.S. Constitution and that all other powers are reserved for the states.

For all of you working in ‘pockets of resistance’ this is huge news, but it is not by itself a silver bullet! There is no one silver bullet! Unfortunately we cannot count on Congress to abolish or even reform this program with the present leadership. So we must all continue working on all of the seemingly small things we do every day to bring attention to the refugee resettlement industry in America! I’m confident a tipping point is near!

As someone said, it reads like a “novella!” Check it out heresince it discusses yours truly being driven by Islamophobia. I guess what went down in Lake Calhoun, MN last weekcan all be chalked up to Islamophobia too!
***Two other states are effectively Wilson-Fish states now as Kansas and New Jersey withdrew from the program, but it appears governors there are too chicken to make the next move and file a lawsuit just as Tennessee will now do.

The upscale neighborhood at Lake Calhoun is only 5 miles from the Cedar Riverside Somali enclave in downtown Minneapolis.
We first mentioned this incredible scary story a couple of days ago pointing out that the mainstream media never reports news like this nationally, but here we learn from World Net Dailyreporter, Leo Hohmann, who spoke with the primary target of the confrontation as at least 20 Somali men (self proclaimed jihadists) swarmed a neighborhood outside of Minneapolis, what happened on THREE separate occasions in the escalating “jihad” on a lakeside community. ***Update***A reader tells us to call the FBI, here, to report crime and terror threats! Many outrageous and frightening things were shouted by Somali men, some of whom were dressed in traditional Islamic robes. They said they practiced shariah law and could thus kidnap and rape the attractive target of their abusive language. They were yelling the word “jihad” from their car windowsas they careened across lawns and sidewalks. They blasted the soundtrack of a woman being sexually assaultedfrom a car. They carried duffel bags, held them as if they were guns and shot off bottle rockets to make the sounds of gun shots.
And, that is just a bit of what happened as this neighborhood was terrorized last week.

Where is the Minneapolis Star Tribune? Where is the New York Times? Where is CNN? Where is Fox News? The whole country should be informed of what happens when a Muslim Somali population grows large enough to boldly attack the peace and quiet of a suburban neighborhood with shouts of “jihad.”
Somalis did not ‘find their way’ to Minnesota from East Africa!
If you are a new reader here today, know that the reason the Somali population is so high in Minnesota is because the UN/US State Department began resettling tens of thousands there over more than 25 years with the help initially of Catholic Charities, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and World Relief (Evangelicals). There are now other federal contractors working day and night (along with the original three) to change Minnesota one town at a time! If you live in towns newly contemplating ‘welcoming’ refugees from the Muslim world, take note! Asheville, NC, Charleston, WV, Missoula, MT, Rutland, VT, Reno, NV, Fayetteville, AR etc… are you paying attention!
The feds and their contractors may tell you they will only bring your town a certain ethnic group, do not believe them, you will get a mix of refugees from all over the world, including Somalis! About 750 additional Somalis arrive in the USeach month from all over the world!
