Although not a perfect match I think we can conclude that if your state gets large numbers of refugees, your chances of FGM happening where you live increases. So, what are the resettlement agencies doing to help stamp out this brutal treatment of women? Where are the feminists?

It is easy to bring Muslim refugees to America while pretending to be Christian charities preaching from your cushy offices in New York, Baltimore and Washington, DC—that means you—US Conference of Catholic Bishops, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, World Relief (Evangelicals), Episcopal Migration Ministries, and Church World Service!
It is easy for you ‘religious’ refugee resettlement contractors to bully local communities into accepting refugees with appeals to their Christian charitable spirits, but this is a story about real Christian charity.
(By the way, don’t fall for the idea that these resettlement contractors are working to bring Muslim refugees to Christ when they get them to your towns. They are strictly forbidden to preach to Muslim refugees, or any refugees, when taking government money, see here.)
Christian Aid Mission goes to the Middle East and helps refugees where they are with material needs and at the same time brings some to Christ.
The article at Christian Headlines(hat tip: Joanne), begins by confirming something we knew—that UN camps are full of terrorists and criminals (and that is where we are getting most of our refugees for your towns).
Syrian militants are among refugees fleeing to other countries, and they don’t leave their Islamic extremist practices behind. They have brought brutality and a culture of fear into some refugee camps, the director of a ministry in the Middle East said.
In United Nations camps in Jordan, Islamist gangs bring the same practices that refugees have fled: coercion to join terrorist groups such as the Islamic State (ISIS), conflict between militias on both sides of the civil war and the criminal buying and selling of females as sex slaves.
Then get this!
Reaching any Middle Eastern Muslim, much less one associated with ISIS, with the gospel is a delicate, gradual process, and the ministry’s 32 full-time workers and 400 volunteers throughout the region are trained to initiate relationships, answer doubts, share the good news of Christ’s salvation and develop disciples.
One member of ISIS from northern Syria came to visit his relatives who had fled to Jordan because he had heard Christians were providing them aid, the director said. He intended to kill the Christian workers providing aid to his relatives, who were not living in a refugee camp. After hearing the gospel and witnessing the love of the Christians, he put his trust in Christ.
“He first saw how Islam brainwashed him about Christianity, and how that contrasted with the reality of what he saw in the Christians,” the director said. “And we’re talking about an area of Jordan that has three Salafist [a strict, fundamentalist branch of Sunni Islam] mosques. They raise up people to go and fight.”
I often hear people say, that although they have problems with the refugee resettlement program, they do think we should be admitting the Iraqi interpreters and others who “helped us in Iraq.” But, guess what, some of them lie. Poster boy for Iraqis who helped Americans! Jasim Ramadon doing 28 years to life for brutal rape. Why didn’t we just deport him to Iraq and save ourselves what probably will amount to hundreds of thousands of tax dollars to keep him incarcerated.

Colorado rape case:
I’m reminded of the Colorado rape case which Diana West so thoroughly discussed hereand which I always bring to the attention of listeners when I speak or do skype presentations. This man who “helped” Americans (before brutally raping a Colorado woman) was even featured on the Oprah Winfrey show (see here)!
Ramadon, Hendrex (the Sargent who helped Ramadon get in to the US) and other members of Dragon Company appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show in September 2004. While there, Ramadon met John Travolta, one of his heroes.
Ramadon was ultimately convicted and sentenced (in 2014) to 28 years to life, here for a rape described as one of the most brutal in Colorado history. Lucky taxpayers—you get to pay for his prison term.

My job is to balance the news! For every warm and fuzzy refugee-contributes-to-America story, I’ll find you a Ramadon or an Abood (the TX ISIS lover), or a Hayatullah. The lesson is that we don’t, and can’t, screen them thoroughly.

Germany’s police union and women’s rights groups accused the authorities on Tuesday of playing down reports of harassment, sexual assault and even rape at refugee shelters because they feared a backlash against asylum seekers.

…. police union chief Rainer Wendt said he believed that authorities in Germany’s federal states, which are responsible for housing asylum seekers, were playing down the problem of assaults on women in the shelters.
“It is understandable that there is the desire to calm things down politically,” Wendt told Reuters. But he, along with women’s groups, believed that ignoring the problem would be counterproductive. “There is a lot of glossing over going on. With men accounting for about 70 percent of asylum seekers, other groups across the country have demanded gender-segregated accommodation and safe zones for women.
At least 800,000 asylum seekers are expected in Germany this year, and Chancellor Angela Merkel’s popularity has fallen with polls showing many voters believe she is taking too soft a line on allowing them into the country.

Every time you see a story like this one, or the one about the Somali hallway rape of a ten-year-oldearlier in the week,remember no matter how often they say it—-the federal government cannot screen refugees from failed states (for Islamic terrorists, for criminals and for the mentally impaired). Failed states include Iraq, Somalia, Afghanistan, Syria and the list goes on.
FromKSTP ABC 5 News (hat tip: Randy): Mahmud Aden allegedly wanted oral sex from pregnant teen.
A Metro Transit bus driver was arrested and accused of refusing to let a pregnant teenage girl off the bus and demanding oral sex, according to a criminal complaint filed in Hennepin County District Court.
Mahmud Dabshir Aden, 32, of Minneapolis is charged with soliciting for prostitution. He was arrested Wednesday by Metro Transit Police after the 16-year-old girl filed a complaint.
According to the criminal complaint, about 10:16 p.m. the teen boarded the #7 bus driven by Aden near the 46th Street Light Rail Station in Minneapolis. The victim said although she pulled the cord indicating she wanted to get off at the next stop, Aden did not stop.
Aden continued to drive until his layover at 34th Avenue South and Highway 62. The compliant states Aden told the victim if she would “suck on his private parts” he would give her $100 and a cellphone.
The girl refused and asked Aden to take her back to where she wanted to get dropped off. According to the complaint he turned off the bus lights and exposed himself to the teen. [I assume the teen is an infidel to Aden—-ed]
The victim said after she continued to tell Aden no, he finally turned the lights back on and drove her to her stop. The victim was then picked up by a family member around 10:36 p.m.
Lucky taxpayers! First you ‘donated’ to bring this man to America (almost all Somali refugees in the US are ‘refugees’), paid for his early days here, and now you get to pay for his trial and likely incarceration!
Why are we bringing in more Somalis?
As the UNHCR is sending Somalis back to Somalia from its Kenyan camps we admitted 8,858 Somalis to the US in FY2015, here (many from the Kenyan camps!). Somalis are the third largest ethnic group admitted to the US this past year.
No matter what the feds promise, they can’t screen the Somalis any better than the Syrians!
