Howie Carr: Afghan Army deserter gets asylum in US, let the welfare goodies flow….

This is a quick post to update a story we first mentioned here.  Afgahan military officer, Arash, was originally denied asylum, but won an appeal and can now stay here, live off the US taxpayer, and eventually vote.

Carr: Arash now gets the “full Tsarnaev!”

Read all about Afghan Army deserter, Jan Arash, below in an opinion piece by Boston radio talk show host Howie Carr.  Here come the welfare goodies!  Hat tip: Joanne.
Boston Herald:

Afghan army deserter Jan Arash hit the jackpot last week — he’s been granted “asylum” in the U.S., which means he can now go on welfare, bring his entire family over from their Third World hellhole and put them on the dole, too, forever.

“He’s overjoyed,” said his lawyer.

And why wouldn’t he be?

This is what millions of Third Worlders aspire to — a permanent vacation at U.S. taxpayer expense. Call it the Tsarnaev lottery, only it’s not a lottery because there’s no element of chance. The illegals always win — and America loses.

You may recall that this yellow traitor to his country was one of three Afghan soldiers who came to Camp Edwards on Cape Cod last year, purportedly to study emergency planning. They quickly fled to Zachary’s Pub, a local strip club in Mashpee. It didn’t take more than one or two lap dances to decide to remain here in the Great Satan forever.

How you gonna keep ’em down on the jihad once they’ve seen Zachary’s? And once they find out that … everything’s on Uncle Sam, including the “back rubs”?

They deserted and took a cab to Niagara Falls — $1,600! Then they demanded asylum. One was allowed to stay in Canada, which is Canada’s problem. The other two, including Arash, were jailed after they claimed asylum on the grounds that they were afraid of the Taliban.

For new readers, the asylum process is also a part of the Refugee Act of 1980.  The difference between refugees and asylum seekers is that we fly the mostly UN-chosen refugees in and asylum seekers get in here on their own steam (overstay a Visa, enter illegally, or, like Arash, desert) and then claim asylum saying they will be persecuted if sent home.  Once granted asylum, the asylum seeker becomes a full-fledged refugee and eligible for myriad social services gratis the US taxpayer.
By the way, the vast majority of those flowing across US borders are economic migrants who are pretending to be legitimate asylum seekers.  The same holds true for Europe’s invaders.

Another refugee off to the slammer on terrorism charges, this one from Afghanistan

Ho hum!  To tell you the truth I’m getting sick of these cases where we generously give “refugees” from Muslim countries asylum and they turn around and become killers, rapists or jihadists and taxpayers then must pay for an expensive trial and support them for years in prison.

Really, there should be a special fund set up in the US State Department budget to pay for the trials and prison time!  I know, I know, it is still taxpayer money, but maybe if it had to come out of the State Department’s hide they might choose refugees more wisely from the list the UN gives them!

From Banning-Beaumont Patch (hat tip: ‘Pungentpeppers’):

Trial of Afghan refugee Sohiel Omar Kabir in Riverside. Sentencing judge: he betrayed our hospitality.

Two Southern California men who planned to commit “violent jihad” against American troops by joining terrorist groups in Afghanistan were each sentenced Monday to 25 years in federal prison.

Sohiel Omar Kabir, 36, of Pomona and Ralph Kenneth DeLeon, 26, of Ontario, were convicted last September following a nearly month long trial at the federal courthouse in downtown Riverside.

Kabir was found guilty of two counts of conspiring to provide material support to terrorists and one count each of conspiring to kill American troops and conspiring to receive military training from al-Qaida.

[….]

In pronouncing sentence for Kabir, Phillips said it was “hard to understate the seriousness of the offense.”

“It wasn’t just talk,” she said. “We’ve seen all too often how little it takes for young men to cause havoc and loss of life. Just because his plan didn’t come to fruition — it doesn’t reduce the seriousness of what he intended to do.”

Kabir’s attorney, Federal Public Defender Jeffrey Aaron, argued for a 10- year prison term, citing mitigating factors, including what he said was his client’s low I.Q. Phillips was not swayed, pointing out that Kabir’s own family had acknowledged he was intelligent, though admittedly “lazy.”

The judge said Kabir had been given every break after his family fled to the U.S. as refugees and were given asylum.

“He is an example of someone who betrayed the hospitality extended to him by this country,” Phillips said.

Yup!

I haven’t forgotten that I have to say more about the Uzbek alleged terrorists we have let in, but I truly am sick of these stories!

In the West: A Modern Form of Afghan “Bacha Bazi” Pedophilia? (Part One)

Update February 3rd:  World Net Daily does the story, here.

Editor:  This is another excellent news analysis from ‘Pungentpeppers’ who reports that there is more to come regarding this dreadful ‘diversity is beautiful’ alert….

The destruction of Afghanistan’s boys. Has this insidious sexual abuse come to America with the refugee population? Photo: http://www.ryot.org/bacha-bazi-afghanistan-pashtun-child-abuse-christian-stephen/912777

A HI-TECH AFGHAN-AMERICAN CRIME:  Police in California have arrested Qayed Murtaza Shareef, 39, the CEO of a technology company. Shareef allegedly engaged in ‘sexually explicit conversations’ with a pair of 9- and 10-year-old boys in Virginia, using an online texting application called Tango.

Shareef pretended to be a teenaged boy named “Jeremy Stevens”.  He acted like a film director and told the boys what sex acts he wanted them to perform with each other while he was photographing and videotaping them through a tablet they were using. He also shared adult pornography with the boys, including demonstrations of his own sexual performances.

From ABC7 (Los Angeles):

“He basically just started it off, ‘Hey what’s your age?’ And within an hour, took it sexual,” said prosecutor Vanessa Woods. “He sent photos and videos of himself, as well as pornographic videos.”

Authorities say the 39-year-old then gave instructions to the boys to record each other and to him send the photos and videos.

“He was very specifically asking them to do various sexual positions, acts, show sexual body parts,” Woods said.

Prosecutors say the crimes allegedly started Christmas Day 2013 and lasted four days. Investigators discovered 30 different videos of sex acts after being contacted by the boy’s mother.

The mother of one of the boys found the messages when she checked the tablet on December 30, 2013.  She then notified police in Virginia. Because of the complexity of the case, requiring multiple subpoenas, the investigation took almost a year.  If convicted, Shareef faces a maximum sentence of 752 years to life in state prison. He is being held on $2 million bail. There are likely more victims yet to be identified.  Anyone with information should contact Orange County investigators at the Patch link below.

THE PERPETRATOR:  Born in Afghanistan, Qayed Shareef had achieved the American Dream.  He arrived in the U.S. with his mother and brother when he was eleven years old.  They were refugees fleeing from one of Afghanistan’s many wars.  His father, who was a fighter, stayed behind.  Once in California, Shareef learned to speak English with barely a trace of an accent.  He became an expert in internet media advertising and technology and worked his way up to be the CEO of Adaptive Media, a publicly traded corporation he founded based in Irvine, California.  He also married and became a father.  He has since been terminated from his job.

“BACHA BAZI”:  Growing up in Afghan society, Shareef must have witnessed Bacha Bazi – if he wasn’t a victim of it himself.  “Bacha Bazi” means “Boy Play” and it is pervasive and deeply rooted in Afghanistan’s tribal culture where women are taboo and must remain hidden.  Bacha Bazi is sometimes portrayed as men acting something like our “drag queens”, but Afghan style, and they dance at parties. That’s a whitewash of the insidious and sinister nature of Bacha Bazi.

Young boys become drawn into the play acting – and much more than dancing is involved.  Usually the boys are poor and vulnerable in some way.  Perhaps Shareef, with an absent father, fell into the trap.

The boys who are abused are generally between the ages of 8 and 16 – or the ages of Shareef’s victims.  They are forced to dress like women, dance like women, and perform sexually in the place of women.  Once they mature and their beards starts to grow, they are expected to switch roles and start acting like men. Often they themselves go on to obtain their own boys to abuse, and thus continue the cycle. Commonly, a newly-matured former boy marries the daughter of his own abuser, in order that the father could maintain his sexual relationship with him.

“As a culture that has repeatedly allowed the victimisation of young men by their elders, and turned survivors into abusers, Afghanistan has unleashed multiple generations of predators and traumatised young men.” [See “Hand Covers Bruise …” Link below.]

At least one of those Afghan predators found his way to Australia. …… To Be Continued.

Afghan teen shot dead in Australia after stabbing counter-terrorism officers

Breaking news from Down Under thanks to ‘pungentpeppers.’

It was just a few days ago Australian authorities arrested suspected Jihadists in a massive terror bust, here.  Now this….

From the Herald Sun:

One of many photos from the crime scene

UPDATE: A MUSLIM teen shot dead after he stabbed two counter-terrorism officers was a member of a radical Islamic group that was raided in Melbourne’s southeast two years ago.

Islamic Council of Victoria secretary Ghaith Krayem said members of Al Furqan told him that the 18-year-old Afghani man, described this morning as a “known terror suspect”, hadn’t been a part of the group for a while.

Al Furqan Information Centre in Springvale South was raided by counter-terrorism squads in 2012. It is thought the teenager came to the authorities attention following the raids.

It comes as police say they had “no choice” but to shoot dead the Narre Warren man after he stabbed the two officers outside Endeavour Hills police station last night.

The Joint Counter Terrorism Taskforce had been monitoring the teenager for a number of months, Victoria Police chief commissioner Ken Lay said.

There is a lot more plus photos, here.

Utah! Why the h*** do we have to put up with this?

‘Pungentpeppers’ sent us this story from Utah a couple of days ago—it’s about Afghan refugees bringing their Islamic culture clashes and their violence to your communities.    It is long, and annoys me so much I could barely read the article.

And, for Utah political leaders, what the heck are you thinking allowing your lovely state to be the doormat for the kinds of people resettlement contractors are dropping off?  Didn’t you get an earful with the gruesome murder trial of a Burmese Muslim man who was convicted earlier this year for raping and killing a little girl (she died in excruciating pain)?

For citizens of Utah, if the culture clashes aren’t bothering you, aren’t you at least asking elected officials what all this crime and violence is costing taxpayers?

By the way, if you are thinking it’s the Mormon Church dropping off the Muslims, it isn’t.  The federally-funded refugee contractors in Utah are:  The International Rescue Committee, Catholic Community Services, Jewish Family Service and the Asian Association of Utah.

Haji Rahimi, the patriarch of the family.

Now here is the lengthy and complicated tale of the Afghan refugees, clashing, quarreling (and killing).

Read the sob story that opens the article.  I am so cynical, I don’t believe it.   I think the family fabricated their tale of woe to get in here.

From City Weekly:

After the tale of woe:

After a year of waiting, Haji Rahimi, his wife, three daughters, son Nisar, the two widows of their eldest sons and their children were granted political asylum in the United States in 2000. They flew into Chicago, and from there to Utah, where they settled.

[….]

But while the Rahimis thought they’d left violence behind them, the very cultural values that Haji had advocated against in Pakistan were waiting for them in Utah. Nazir’s relationship with Nargis Mullahkhel—an Afghan single mother in the middle of a divorce, at odds with her family’s strict cultural values—led to friction, then violence between the two families, and ultimately to the death of Nargis’ 19-year-old brother and Nazir spending five years in prison for his killing.

Although the police who investigated the killing never got to the bottom of exactly how and why it happened, the Rahimi family’s story and court documents suggest that at the heart of the tragedy lies not only a clash between modern and traditional Islam, but also the struggle of immigrant families to both assimilate within American society and retain their cultural identities, even if those identities may sometimes chafe with American cultural values and laws.

Chafe with American values and laws?  Chafe with?  WTH!  Why are we putting up with ‘retaining cultural identity’ when it ‘chafes with’ ours?

Diana West nailed it!

Remember the Iraqi and Somali Muslims are pouring into the US right now, and soon the flood gates will open for more Afghans and Syrians to arrive in your “welcoming” cities.
