Speaking to Italian journalists during the Davos World Economic Forum, former Libyan Finance Minister Ali Tarhouni, who now serves as President of the Constituent Assembly of Libya, warned that the EU is underestimating the risk of IS militants infiltrating Europe’s shores hidden among refugees.”

In case you missed the story on turkey day last week, the Washington Times published a report that we are mentioning here for two reasons.
First, as you know, Libya is the primary jumping off point for the so-called Muslim “refugees” invading Europe by the tens of thousands via the Mediterranean Sea. So what is going to stop a few ISIS types climbing into those boats?

And, secondly, we are posting this so that history is not forgotten—the Libya debacle is the direct result of Obama’s three witches dragging the reluctant warrior into their “responsibility to protect” scheme back in 2011. That would be Hillary, Susan Rice and Samantha Power dubbed the “humanitarian Vulcans” in the White House according to author Edward Klein.
Klein reports in The Amateurthat Power had gotten tired of rinky-dink do-gooder stufflike worrying about Iraqi Christians as Obama’s refugee czar, so she joined the let’s go kill the Colonel chorus. Gaddafi might have been a tyrant, but he held the country together and kept a check on the number of boats launched from Libya, which is more than we can say for Obama’s girls.
In its war to create a caliphate across Syria and Iraq, the Islamic State is opening a front in North Africa, where affiliated militants are wreaking havoc in eastern Libya and Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula — presenting a complex challenge for Washington and its allies in the region.
Through its savvy use of social media and slick production of recruitment videos, the Islamic State — also known by the acronyms ISIS and ISIL — is attracting a growing number of individual jihadis to its harsh interpretation of Islamic, or Shariah, law.
“ISIL’s stated goal of expanding its caliphate and its adherence to a strict form of Shariah has definitely resonated with a collection of extremists across North Africa, who appear to be mimicking ISIL’s rhetoric and brutality,” said a U.S. intelligence official who spoke on the condition of anonymity in order to discuss security issues freely.
What remains to be seen is whether the region will face a surge of unbridled Islamic State-style violence, including beheadings. Counterterrorism analysts say there is little doubt of that — especially in Libya, where the government is under threat of being overrun by militants, and in Egypt, where the military has struggled to contain Sinai extremists for years.
There is more.
If I were the Europeans, I would be turning back every boat that leaves the coast of North Africa! But, they won’t of course because they are such chickens.
So remember Hillary’s role in Libya in 2011 and at Benghazi a year later as the 2016 election cycle begins in earnest next month.
Just a reminder before I tell you about a refugee Hillary helped get to America and who is now in custody in Colorado, it was Hillary and her gal pals (I called them the three witches), Samantha Power and Susan Rice, who in their zeal to prove the theory of the “responsibility to protect” (and Power was bored with doing rinkey-dink do-gooder stuff for Iraqi Christians) nagged Obamato join the European clamor for the ouster of Libyan strongman Col. Moammar Gadhafi (spelling varies).
Look where we are now—Libya has turned into a terrorist stronghold, our US Ambassador and three other Americans are dead, and Libya has become the primary launching pad for the invasion of Europe(see all of our posts on the migrant invasion, by clicking here).
In two years Obama will be out of the picture, but the three “humanitarian Vulcans”will still be around.
Hillary’s special Libyan “refugee!”
Al-Obeidi (a lawyer!) who received international attention when she charged that Gadhafi’s men raped her.
A Libyan woman, helped by Hillary to get refugee status in the US (at the point where Hillary and her gals were making their case against Gadhafi), has racked-up crimes in Colorado and could be deported reports a Boulder, CO newspaper.
The Libyan government said she was mentally ill. Were they right?
Imagine what this woman is costing taxpayers of Colorado for all of her criminal problems.
In 2011, Iman al-Obeidibecame the international face of defiance against Moammar Gadhafi’s regime in Libya after she claimed she’d been brutally raped by more than a dozen of the dictator’s men.
Three years later, as a political refugee living in Boulder, al-Obeidi is “destitute,” according to her attorneys, and has been arrested three times. On probation already in an assault on a police officer, she faces trial this fall in a second assault case — which could jeopardize her ability to stay in the U.S.
Al-Obeidi, now 32, became the center of a media frenzy after she stormed into a hotel room in Tripoli and told the international press there that she was raped after being detained at a security checkpoint. In turn, the Libyan government claimed al-Obeidi was an alcoholic and mentally ill.

And, note that Al-Obeidi has a long wikipedia entry as the ultimate victim—a (supposedly) raped refugee. LOL! The Washington Post called her a “symbol of defiance against Gaddafi.”
One of the complaints I’ve made repeatedly here at RRW is that the Refugee Resettlement program is often used by the State Department to score political points, or bring in refugees who aren’t otherwise deserving of a gift of American citizenship, but for political reasons they are invited anyway—is that what Hillary did?
See #7 in my testimony to the US State Department here, on this point. I was talking about whole ethnic groups of refugees we bring in, but it applies to certain individuals as well. When Qatar didn’t want Al-Obeidi (after they protected her for awhile) maybe that was a sign that something wasn’t quite right.
7) Congress needs to specifically disallow the use of the refugee program for other purposes of the US Government, especially using certain refugee populations to address unrelated foreign policy objectives—Uzbeks, Kosovars, Meshketians and Bhutanese (Nepalese) people come to mind.
Al-Obeidi will never be deported—-where would we deport her to, surely not Libya because the argument will be made that her sexual indiscretions (or even the suggestion of them) will get her a death sentence from the Islamic extremists now in control of that country (thanks to Hillary).
And, thanks to Hillary she will be our problem for the rest of her life! Hey! Maybe Hillary could take her to CHAPPAQUA and support her! Bill might even like that!

‘New Europeans’ rescued at sea after launching from Libya.
Syrians, Afghans and Somalis top the list! From AP at FoxNews:
BRUSSELS – The European Union’s statistical agency says more people were granted asylum across the 28-nation bloc last year mostly because of a high influx of refugees fleeing the war in Syria.
Eurostat said Thursday the number of accepted asylum seekers rose by 17 percent to 135,700 in 2013 from 116,200 a year earlier, meaning about one in three applications was accepted out of a total of 462,000.
The biggest group of refugees that were granted asylum were some 36,000 Syrians, a quarter of the total, followed by about 16,000 Afghans and 9,700 Somalis.
Sweden, with 9.6 million inhabitants, was the most generous country in accepting asylum seekers, granting protection to 26,400 people, followed by Germany, the EU’s most populous nation, which accepted 26,100 people. France took in 16,200, and Italy 14,500.

See the Department of Homeland Security’s annual flow report for 2012 (the most recent one we could find) that summarizes the numbers and where they come from of US refugees and asylees. The Office of Refugee Resettlement told us that in 2013 we took about 143,000 refugees and asylum seekers (all are eligible for welfare goodies).
So, the countries of Italy, Greece and Malta will continue to get the brunt of the illegal migration as the ‘invasion of Europe’ continues.
The architects of a disastrous US foreign policy in N.Africa
The UN squawks about the deaths of migrants trying to get to Europe across the Mediterranean, but is scared of setting up camps in Libya to hold them (or could the UN actually be supporting the invasion of Europe by mostly Muslim illegal aliens?).
They don’t say they are scared, we do!

The United Nations is not considering setting up holding camps in North Africa and the Middle East to prevent migrants from making the dangerous sea crossing to Europe.
Contrary to what was reported in The Guardian, an influential UK newspaper, the UN refugee agency insisted it would only explore external processing “under the right circumstances and with adequate safeguards”.
A spokesman for UNHCR in Malta told Times of Malta the agency “was not considering holding camps” as an alternative to address the challenges of refugees and migrants risking their lives at sea.
“Rather, UNHCR is working on a comprehensive set of proposals, focused on saving lives and helping refugees find alternatives to dangerous journeys,” the spokesman said.
The Guardian yesterday reported that the UN was forced to consider the opening of holding camps where asylum applications could be handled in a bid to prevent thousands of migrants crossing the Mediterranean.

Countries like Libya, which is not a signatory to the Geneva Convention on refugees, are not considered safe for migrants by human rights groups.[LOL! and the human rights groups don’t want to go there either!—ed]
The boats will continue to be launched and more migrants will drown, so much for the “responsibility to protect.”
