It is time for a moratorium on Muslim immigration, or is it too late for us already?

There I’ve said it.  I know most respectable immigration control advocates won’t say it.  It is just too politically-incorrect for most people, but it has to be said.  Many are afraid of what CAIR will say (LOL! they have already come out to warn against backlash!), but most are just plain afraid to be called racist, xenophobic, bigoted boobs.

The Chechen Jihadists carry deadly bombs through happy American crowd in Boston on April 15,2013

I don’t know what the total number of Muslims we admit each year is (the State Department knows, but does not release that information), but it is substantial via our Refugee Resettlement Program which includes refugees the US State Department brings here, and those who come seeking asylum.

And, as for the latter, remember that not all of those coming across our borders in the dark of night are Mexicans looking for landscaping and nanny jobs—OTMs (Other than Mexicans) account for thousands each year.   The Gang of Eight bill now before the US Senate would allow those from Islamic countries to get on the path to citizenship.

National War College Report

Yesterday, as news unfolded from Boston, I couldn’t help but think about State Department official David Robinson’s report to the National War College in 2000 in which he tells us the sorry tale of  Clinton/Gore demanding that we airlift thousands of Kosovars to the US to show that there was a need for the Balkan war.  You see a war wouldn’t be a real one without “refugees.”

A short time later we hauled many of them back to Kosovo, here.

Cheering the decision for an airlift were the federal refugee contractors (euphemistically called Voluntary Agencies—Volags for short) who get paid by the head (by you!) to resettle the refugees.

That report opened my eyes to the realization that we were using the refugee program for political reasons unrelated to the plight of the poor and suffering camp-dwelling people you are accustomed to seeing as the poster children for the program.

The Boston bomber brothers are just two of those belonging to a particular Muslim ethnic group we are moving into your towns and cities for some other foreign policy reason unrelated to their supposed suffering.

US State Department hearing

Last year, at the State Department hearing on how many refugees to bring in FY2013, I listed ten reasons we needed a moratorium on the whole program.  That testimony is here.   Numbers 3 and 7 relate to my point here this morning:

3)   Terrorist organizations (mostly Islamic) are using the program that still clearly has many failings in the security screening system.  Indeed consideration should be given to halting the resettlement of Muslims altogether.  Also, the UN should have no role in choosing refugees for the US.

[…..]

7)   Congress needs to specifically disallow the use of the refugee program for other purposes of the US Government, especially using certain refugee populations to address unrelated foreign policy objectives—Uzbeks, Kosovars, Meshketians and Bhutanese (Nepalese) people come to mind. [editors note: Bhutanese are not Muslims]

Regarding #7, we have chronicled on many occasions over the last five plus years problems with refugee groups we resettled for questionable foreign policy reasons. Now we can add Chechens!  Was our government helping out a foreign government (Russia!) by bringing them here in apparently large numbers?

Naive people involved in refugee resettlement have this crazy notion that America is a magic melting pot whose power is so great that Islamists will give up their Koranic admonition to wage jihad in exchange for the good life—a job, a house, a car and other material goodies.

Let’s list just a few “refugee” ethnic groups that have created problems here in addition to Chechens:

Kurds, Somalis, Ethiopians, Uzbeks, Bosnians, Iraqis, Albanians—we have written about them here at one point or another having created problems for the communities to which they were distributed.   Look for more Muslims to be resettled from Syria, Afghanistan, and Burma (Rohingya!).

Don’t forget!  Once the seed community is established the original settlers can apply to bring their family members with the help of the Volags (who are paid to do the paperwork processing).

Send a message to the US State Department

The next hearing on how many (and which refugees) to bring to America in FY2014 is in May.  Go here to see how you can send in testimony.  You do not have to be an expert on the program and testimony can be short (civil please)!

Muslim immigration not a threat says author

They are just like earlier waves of Catholics and Jews, says Doug Saunders a columnist who wrote a book to make his case.

From The Canadian Jewish News:

OTTAWA — Muslim immigrants are no more a threat to western countries than earlier waves of Catholic and Jewish newcomers were in their day, Globe and Mail columnist Doug Saunders told an audience here earlier this month.

Saunders, an author and award-winning journalist, explored the perceived threat of Muslim immigration to the western world in his recently published book The Myth of the Muslim Tide:  Do Immigrants Threaten the West?

Not to worry says Saunders, they won’t out-number us.  Just like previous immigrants their population growth will slow.

“I started to research this subject on my own and looked at this latest wave of religious minority immigrants in the west,” said Saunders. “Sixty years ago, there was fear of immigration by Catholics from Europe. Since Catholics had many children, there was a fear that they would become a majority and would try to impose their religion on the country.”

Saunders compared similar fears in the past about Jewish immigrants and said his book details statistics showing that family sizes among ethnic immigrants haven’t changed much at all and that the fear of being overtaken by a majority of “others” is groundless.

Here is the kicker (and the funny part, sort of!).  Saunders continued with what we SHOULD fear if not demographics:

“This book tries to separate what we should worry about from what we should not. Antisemitism, Islamic terrorism and failed integration are serious worries. I am investigating the idea of what is causing the problems on the ground,” Saunders said.

Hint to Saunders—it is all from Islamic teaching that comes from the mosques that come with the Muslim immigrants!

Saunders got pounded by the anti-jihad writers for this book and here is just one critical post from Blazing Cat Fur from last summer.

Too many foreigners in France!

70 % of respondents to a recent poll said there were too many immigrants in that country and 74% believe Islam is not compatible with French culture (no kidding!).

The report is from The Local via Brenda Walker at VDARE Please see what Walker says, and then here is The Local:

A survey in France published this week revealed 70 percent of the population believe there are too many foreigners living in the country and 74 percent believe Islam is not compatible with French society.

The survey, which was carried out by polling institute Ipsos and the Jean-Jaures Foundation, was published in left-leaning French newspaper Le Monde.

As well as having a distrust of Islam and a belief there are too many foreigners in the country, the poll also highlighted French misgivings on everything from globalization to Europe, the media and democracy.

But many of the more interesting results of the survey surround the controversial issues of immigration, religion and racism, which are frequently at the centre of political and public debate.

Some of the stand-out stats include:

·         According to the survey, only 29 percent of French people believe the “vast majority of immigrants who have settled in France are well-integrated”.

·         46 percent believe unemployment levels can only be cut by reducing immigration.

·         57 percent believe anti-white racism is quite common in France

·         77 percent believe religious fundamentalism in France is a concern.

·         62 percent  say they no longer feel at home in France.

There is more, read it all.

Fortunately the French have some young people not willing to go down without a fight.  By the way, Generation Identitaire had a youtube manifesto of sorts that has now been removed by Warner Brothers (?).

It is amazing to me, that we can see what is happening in Europe and somehow think it won’t happen here in the US!

(Muslim) asylum-seeking hunger strikers: We want the right to stay in Vienna…

….and get a free education and be able to move around where ever we want.  Oh, and no deportation for those who failed to qualify as refugees in Austria.

This story is over ten-days-old and has been kicking around in my posting queue for over a week and just now I couldn’t find a follow-up—did they starve to death or did the Austrian government cave in?  Although, not exactly breaking news now,  it’s an interesting story when coupled with another report from the excellent international blog–-Gates of Vienna—on Vienna.

Here is the hunger strike story from Deutsche Welle (emphasis mine):

Political refugees in Vienna are starving themselves to protest against poor living conditions. The Austrian government wants the protest to end as soon as possible – but it seems there’s no end in sight.

In the dark, neo-gothic Votive Church near Vienna’s city center, weak winter sunlight filters through stained glass windows and illuminates the mattresses and blankets jammed into a corner. More than a dozen young men lie in the jumble of bedding.

“We got families,” says one of the protesters. “We got situations that people just don’t understand. We gotta make a change. We gotta make people understand.”

The protesters say they will starve themselves to death unless the Austrian government changes its refugee policy. They marched on the church from a refugee center 20 kilometers outside of Vienna. They say conditions there are overcrowded, that they receive only 150 euros a month ($198) on which to live and that many of them will spend years in these cramped quarters, sometimes with young families. Muhamed Numan, a 24-year-old from Pakistan, defines the group’s goals.

The two tall spires of the chalk-colored Votive Church dominate the cityscape of Vienna. (Photo: Votava / dpa) Vienna’s Votive Church has guards at the doors to protect refugees.

“The first is asylum,” he says. “The second is free education. The third is freedom of movement.”

They also want to stop the deportation of those who have been refused refugee status, as well as to erase refugee fingerprint records. The Austrian government says it is not prepared to meet those demands.

Austrians: no patience for those who bite the hand that feeds them!

“These demands, like the right to stay for everyone, like the erasing of finger-prints … lack any legal basis and don’t come anywhere near meeting EU regulations,” said Austrian interior minister Johanna Mikl-Leitner.

Austrian Freedom Party MP Norbert Hofer also believes that the asylum seekers’ message will not be well received in Austria.

“People have no time for someone who comes to Austria seeking protection and then starts demonstrating,” Hofer said. “In Austria we have done a lot. Between 2005 and 2010 alone we spent a billion euros on asylum provision.”

But, of course Mr. Hofer, they don’t care how much you’ve done in the past, the point is to bring Austria and all of Europe to its knees economically and culturally.

And, look who is here!  The Catholic Church supporting the Muslim ‘asylum seekers.’   What else is new!

The protesters are backed by aid agencies and NGOs, which have been criticizing the government’s asylum policies for years. They claim that accommodation for refugees is overcrowded and that the burden of care falls mainly on charities like the Catholic aid agency Caritas.  [I say let the Catholic Church use its vast resources for its chosen “charity.”   It is not the role of government to do so!—ed]

Think about it!  Over 300 years ago, at the Gates of Vienna, Christians turned back the Muslim armies about to over-run Vienna and march through the gates of Europe, and it’s today’s Catholic Church helping Muslims conquer Christendom now.

Refugee camp squatters were earlier evicted near Vienna

There is more here about a camp previously disrupted by the Austrian government.  Readers, we are seeing these camps all over Europe (here in Germany and here in Holland).   See also Greece, here.  These are not spontaneous and disconnected events, they mean to bring down Europe in our lifetimes.  The Islamists know history!

Demographic change has already come to Vienna!

Now, please visit “Babul on the Danube” at Gates of Vienna (a blog you should visit daily*):

Barely any students with German as mother tongue in Vienna

The nationwide statistics conceals the dramatic developments in Vienna, because German is hardly spoken in the primary schools of the federal capital. The district in Vienna where this is most blatantly visible is Margareten, where the proportion of immigrant children has risen to 89 % — that is, 924 out of 1038 children have as their mother tongue something other than German.

Thailand trying to save itself from economic and cultural ruin by deporting Rohingya Muslims

Update January 15th:  The UN putting the screws to Thai government, here.

Well, that isn’t the title all of the mainstream media news accounts use (or any of them use!) to describe the recent discovery of 400 illegal migrant Rohingya being held by traffickers in Southern Thailand.  The usual title of the story sounds like this “Evil,  mean, xenophobic, racist, Islamophobic Thai government deporting poor starving souls, says Human Rights group.”  (My exaggeration of course).

Here is the story all over the news today (not FOX News).  This version from AFP (emphasis mine):

BANGKOK — Around 400 Rohingya migrants discovered in a raid on a camp hidden in a remote rubber plantation in southern Thailand will be deported back to Myanmar, Thai police said on Friday.

The group, 378 men, 11 women and 12 children, were found in a makeshift shelter in the plantation in Songkhla province where they had languished for three months waiting to be trafficked to a “third country”, local police said.

Acting on a tip-off officials stormed the shelter on Thursday and found the Rohingya, a Muslim minority group not recognised as citizens in Myanmar who have fled sectarian unrest in their thousands to Thailand and other countries.

“They are now waiting for deportation which will be done by Thailand’s immigration police,” Lieutenant Colonel Katika Jitbanjong of Padang Besar local police told AFP.

“They told officials that they had volunteered to come (to Thailand),” he said, adding police were seeking an arrest warrant for the Thai landowner on charges of human trafficking and sheltering illegal migrants.

Rights groups decry Thailand for failing to help Rohingya migrants who reach its territory, instead pushing them back to Myanmar or on to neighbouring countries including Malaysia, which offers sanctuary to the minority.

EVERYONE knows that if they are allowed to stay, tens of thousands will follow them to Thailand.

For more on Rohingya refugees (who are being resettled in small numbers in the US) visit our Rohingya Reports category.   This is post 132 in that category.  And, LOL!, if I ever write a book on Refugee Resettlement, the Rohingya will be used as my primary example of how the “humanitarian” industry builds a public relations campaign for massive resettlement.  I wasn’t around for the start of our Somali mass migration to America, but I bet it went just like the Rohingya case is now going.

And, don’t forget, find a copy of the Trojan Horse—the Islamic doctrine of immigration—and read it!
