Afghan refugee charged with murder not an “unaccompanied minor” as he claimed

So, how did the prosecution in Germany know he was in his mid-20’s—that he was a liar?

They checked his teeth—actually one tooth had been removed, but saved. (Is that some sort of method to scam naive western countries—take out the teeth that could give them away as adults?).

You probably know about this dreadful case where the Afghan asylum seeker murdered the young daughter of an EU official and dumped her body in a nearby river.

The poor young woman had worked as a volunteer with the so-called migrant ‘children’ in her university town.

Afghan migrant Hussein Khavari
Boo hoo! This evil creep will now be treated as an adult in the German legal system

Here is what I’d like to know—why can’t we examine the teeth of every ‘unaccompanied alien minor’ arriving at our borders and treat them according to what we find—detention in an adult facility or a teen facility until they can be removed!

From the Daily Mail:

A migrant who raped and killed an EU official’s daughter and lied that he was an ‘unaccompanied minor’ is between 22 and 29 years old, dental checks have proved.

Hussein Khavari ambushed 19-year-old medical student Maria Ladenburger in Freiberg in October last year before raping her and drowning her in a river.

Today, a dental expert appeared to have wrecked his hopes of escaping with a lighter sentence by showing with ‘near certainty’ that Khavari was 25. The bogus Afghan refugee originally claimed to be just 17.

Speaking at Khavari’s trial on Tuesday, research scientist Ursula Wittwer-Backofen revealed her analysis of his upper right canine tooth.

The tooth was removed eight months before he attacked the teenager.

He kept the tooth as some sort of souvenir and on Tuesday it became exhibit A in the courtroom in Freiburg, southern Germany, where he has been standing trial for the past two months for the crime.

More here including pictures of the beautiful student.

Come on Germany, wake up!

More ‘Invasion of Europe’ news is here.

Trump Administration will cool UAC flood to America by this action!

While we are busy fixating on the ‘travel ban’ and the refugee moratorium, Trump’s Dept. of Homeland Security has begun to find those illegal alien parents who paid smugglers to get their children to the US border where they then became wards of the federal Office of Refugee Resettlement (in HHS). Many of the ‘children’ were subsequently turned over to their parents.  (The largest percentage of ‘children’ were teenage boys!)

Photos like this of the “beast train” bringing the ‘children’ to our southern border during the Obama Administration helped get Trump elected President, as I predicted here: https://anncorcoran2016.org/2016/01/17/obamas-new-illegal-refugee-program-vain-attempt-to-stop-a-massive-2016-border-invasion/

ICE is finding the parents!

That should cool the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) run on the border, and save US taxpayers a bundle!
The cost of managing the UACs within ORR has been the largest part of ORR’s budget for the last few years.
A couple of our usual suspects, refugee contractors, also make a bundle from their involvement with the ‘children.’  The US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service (and possibly others) benefit financially from the illegal alien kids.
From the Charlotte Observer:

WASHINGTON

The Trump administration has begun a new surge of immigration enforcement targeting parents who have paid to have their children illegally brought to the United States.

The recent arrests, which had been largely rumored but not confirmed until now, have set off a new wave of confusion and fear through immigrant communities that have already been subject to greater enforcement.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents have begun sharing information with immigration agents about U.S.-based relatives of unaccompanied children. The information is being used to track down the parents, according to lawyers and government case workers familiar with the practice.

“The kids are basically being used as bait at this point,” said a field specialist with the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the federal agency that takes custody and shelters unaccompanied immigrant children.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials confirmed Thursday that they have begun a new enforcement initiative to “disrupt and dismantle” human-smuggling facilitators, including arresting the sponsors who have paid criminal organizations to smuggle children into the United States. They did not say what charges were being applied.

“ICE aims to disrupt and dismantle end-to-end the illicit pathways used by transnational criminal organizations and human smuggling facilitators,” said Jennifer Elzea, deputy press secretary for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “As such, we are currently conducting a surge initiative focused on the identification and arrest of individuals involved in illicit human smuggling operations, to include sponsors who have paid criminal organizations to smuggle children into the United States.”

Immigration officials cited Office of Refugee Resettlement statistics on Thursday that show approximately 90 percent of all unaccompanied children encountered at the southwest border are eventually turned over to a family member residing in the United States.

In February, Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly issued new orders to agency heads that would considerably expand the number of immigrants who could be detained and deported.

One of the memos said 155,000 unaccompanied children have been detained in the past three years.

There is a very informative report, here, put out by the Congressional Research Service on the Unaccompanied Alien Children problem.  I thought this graph was useful.  It shows the number of UACs and how many are turned over to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (although they are NOT refugees).
Note the enormous jump in numbers as the Obama Administration signaled that it would turn a blind-eye to the invasion of the ‘children.’

Time magazine reports on federal migrant resettlement contractors

It is a new day in America!  A major media outlet has dared mention the fact that quasi-government/quasi-religious agencies are reaping millions in government grants to care for “refugees” and the illegal alien children surging across our southern border.

[Editor: I realize that I can’t really refer to the contractors*** as refugee resettlement contractors anymore since they now resettle illegal aliens as well! I guess we will call them migrant resettlement contractors.]

And, by the way readers, resettlement (hooking them up with social services and health care, filing their citizenship paperwork etc.) is the job the contractors would have legally been paid to do for all migrants (the newly amnestied) through S.744 (the Gang of Eight amnesty bill) if it had made it to the President’s desk.  The contractors listed below all lobbied for S.744!

As regular readers of RRW, you know most of this about grant recipient big dogs—Baptist Child and Family Services and Southwest Key—as well as the smaller federal contractors (by comparison!) the US Conference of Catholic Bishops and Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, but the average America getting news from the dinosaur media does not!  Until now!

Here is Time (emphasis mine) in a story from last week entitled: This Baptist Charity Is Being Paid Hundreds of Millions to Shelter Child Migrants.

Iowa Senator Charles Grassley wants to be sure taxpayer money is not being misused. Go for it Senator!

In the late afternoon of July 9, Air Force One touched down at Love Field in Dallas. President Barack Obama ducked into a private room at the airport for a discussion about the crisis of undocumented children crossing the southwest border. Assembled around a wooden table were top Texas officials, including Governor Rick Perry and Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings, as well as the leaders of several faith-based charities. One of them was a man so anonymous, the White House pool report misspelled his name.

Kevin Dinnin is the CEO of a faith-based, nonprofit organization called BCFS, formerly known as Baptist Child and Family Services. This obscure charity has emerged as one of the biggest players in the federal government’s response to the influx of more than 57,000 unaccompanied children who have trudged across the southern border so far this year. It runs two of the largest facilities for temporarily housing immigrant children, as well as six permanent shelters in California and Texas. Since December, BCFS has received more than $280 million in federal grants to operate these shelters, according to government records. On July 7, two days before Dinnin met Obama in Dallas, the Department of Health and Human Services awarded BCFS $190,707,505 in a single grant.

Senator Grassley wants answers!

Senator Charles Grassley, the ranking member on the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote a letter to HHS Secretary Sylvia Mathews Burwell on July 17, requesting information about BCFS contracts to ensure that taxpayer money wasn’t being misused. “Despite being almost completely dependent on the public, BCFS has faced heavy criticism for attempting to avoid public scrutiny,” the Iowa Republican wrote. “This aversion to basic transparency is extremely disturbing.”

[….]

For BCFS executives, the work can be lucrative. According to federal tax records, Dinnin received nearly $450,000 in compensation in 2012. At least four other top officials earned more than $200,000. The median salary for the CEOs of nonprofit organizations like BCFS was about $285,000 in 2011, according to a 2013 survey by Charity Navigator.

Our old standbys, the Lutherans and Catholics get a mention:

The federal grant money for sheltering unaccompanied children, provided by HHS’s Administration for Children and Families, has so far totaled $671 million during the 2014 fiscal year. BCFS has received 40% of those funds, making it the largest recipient of money disbursed to contractors to temporarily house unaccompanied children until they can be reunited with family members or placed in foster care. Dozens of other organizations are involved in the effort, including Southwest Key Programs, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.

And then get this!  They say that the reason for the secrecy is that they fear—you (“clusters” of armed citizens they say!) protesting.  What they really fear is that protests will wake up the American people and more will figure out how they are being scammed out of their tax dollars not to mention that they will come to understand the level to which we are being invaded by the third world!

The level of secrecy surrounding the facilities is unusual, says Neil Gordon, an investigator for the Washington-based Project on Government Oversight. But observers say it may be warranted. From Arizona to Michigan, clusters of citizens have held armed protests to oppose the relocation of undocumented children to facilities in their communities. “This situation is pretty unique in that they don’t want the mobs to come out and cause problems,” Gordon says. “That might be the reason they’re being so tight-lipped.”

Doesn’t that just tick you off!  “Observers say” (who the hell are the observers!).  Heck, I should start using that phrase!  I’ve got all sorts of “observers” with a lot to say!

There is much more, read it all and rejoice that the word is now reaching living rooms nationwide!

***The federal refugee resettlement contractors (I suspect grant recipient big dogs Baptist Child and Family Services and Southwest Key Programs  are now devouring all the federal cash):
