California: Fishy Iraqi “hate-crime” story was well, fishy!

We now have learned that the “hate crime” story from El Cajon* that I reported here in April in the wake of the Trayvon Martin “hate crime” story turns out to be wrong.  No kidding!  The Iraqi husband has been arrested for killing his own Iraqi wife.  It was a hate crime alright—Iraqi man on Iraqi woman hate.

This is how I began my post in April:

CAIR and the Muslim grievance lobby are trying oh-so-hard to elevate this tragic murder of a young Iraqi mother in California to be on par with the Trayvon Martin circus in Florida.   I’ve been reading about the case elsewhere and there is something fishy about it.

It was all a lie – There was no hate crime…

Back in March, Kassim Alhimidi appealed to the local community to help find his wife’s killer. The family told reporters the mysterious killer snuck through the garden and into the back door and murdered Shaima Alawadi in a hate crime.

A note left with the woman’s body read:

“Go back to your own country. You’re a terrorist.”

Fast forward to November….

Police yesterday arrested Kassim Alhimidi on suspicion of murder.
He killed her while the kids were getting ready for school – then blamed it on whitey.

The local CAIR office now calls it a “family tragedy.”  Where is the apology?

Canada making an effort to get rid of refugee frauds, including those who are already citizens

Can you imagine such an effort here in the US?  I can’t.  But, I guess they have had enough of asylum abuse north of the border.

From the National Post:

The government wants more money to crack down on so-called bogus refugees and others who may be inadmissible to Canada on security grounds, according to supplementary spending estimates tabled in the House of Commons Thursday.

The Canada Border Services Agency and Justice Canada have asked for an additional $4.5 million to “support further investigations of refugee claims and legal proceedings” aimed at revoking the status of or removing individuals who’ve either already returned to their country of origin, are no longer deemed in need of asylum or have fraudulently obtained refugee status.

The funding is meant to “deter abuse of Canada’s refugee protection system.”

A number of other government departments are seeking a total of nearly $23-million to deal with permanent residents and foreign nationals who may be inadmissible on security grounds.

“Canadians have told us clearly that they want us to take action on this abuse — and our Government has listened.”

The additional costs are due in large part to Bill C-31, the Protecting Canada’s Immigration System Act, adopted in June. The legislation aims to deport so-called “bogus” refugees quicker and cracks down on human-smugglers, those who arrive in Canada en masse or hail from countries that are deemed “safe,” non producers of refugees.

Canada has a most-wanted list for immigrant fraudsters and criminals!

Besides C-31, the government has also made a concerted effort over the last year to strip thousands of newcomers of their citizenship or permanent residency status due to fraud.

Public Safety Minister Vic Toews has also been cracking down on removing foreign criminals on the Canada Border Service Agency’s “most wanted” list.

Reportedly Sweden to deport 20,000 Iraqis in next two months?

I’m thinking someone added an extra zero to this number or something!   If Sweden has the nerve to do something like that I will be amazed.

The Iraqis say they are used to living in Sweden and couldn’t assimilate back to Iraq?   I think they have just become accustomed getting Swedish stuff*—you know welfare.  Gosh, it’s the same the world over!

From Shafaq News:

 A diplomatic source revealed on Tuesday that Sweden will deport more than 20 thousand Iraqi refugees to Iraq during the next two months while warned from the lack of a good social environment for their stay in Iraq.

The source, who asked not to be named, said in an interview with “Shafaq News”, that “Sweden intends to return more than 20 thousand Iraqi refugees in the next two months which warns from the presence of a disaster in the lack of a social environment for their stay in Iraq.”

Can’t assimilate back in Iraq!

The source explained that “the Iraqi refugees in Sweden were accustomed to live in a complete different environment than Iraqi environment which makes their integration process in the Iraqi society very difficult.”

* I am assuming these are mostly Muslim Kurds, but they could be sending Christians back too for all I know and that would be a different story because Christians are being persecuted still in Iraq.

Iraqis assimilating in Arizona—NOT!

Iraqi refugees get PROBATION for beating up daughter/sister because she talked to a man.

Phoenix, AZ, United States (4E) – An Arizona judge on Tuesday sentenced to two years probation three Iraqi refugees for beating up their female family member in February because she talked with a man.  [Probation only! I hope the victim has been removed from this family—ed]

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Kreamer meted the sentence to Yusra Farhan, 51, her husband, Mohammed Altameemi, 46, and the couple’s daughter, Tabarak Altameemi, 18. They pleaded guilty in October to disorderly conduct, unlawful imprisonment and domestic violence, and misdemeanor assault.

The couple and their daughter beat up another daughter, Aiya Altameemi, 20, on Feb. 6 at their home near 35th and Myrtle avenues in Phoenix. The couple and their daughter, who were later arrested, defended their actions citing Iraqi culture forbidding women from talking with men.

The victim reported the beating to officials of the school where she was studying. Aiya said in her affidavit that her parents and sister were trying to protect her virginity as she was arranged to be married to a 38-year-old man.

The father had admitted to police that he tried to kill his daughter and that he wanted to punish her for violating their culture.

Remember 40% percent of American Muslims want Shariah Law!   I sure hope the judge didn’t consider Shariah Law when he gave them a light sentence.

Canada: Chinese immigrant gets refugee status, wanted for murder in US

Of course they didn’t know that when they gave him refugee status, but they should have.

Highlighting the problems involved with immigrants lying, and lax security, here is the story from the Toronto Star:

Kai-Guo Huang came to Canada from China as refugee claimant Yu Chen in 2006.

He started a business and became a member of a local church. He paid his taxes on time.

He was granted permanent residency status in 2010 and purchased an upscale condo in north Scarborough.

To get into the country as a refugee claimant he was fingerprinted, interviewed and a criminal record check was completed. A second set of fingerprints were given and another criminal check done when he applied for permanent residency.

If Toronto police hadn’t arrested him for drunk driving in early August and run his prints against the FBI database in the U.S., chances are no one would have discovered two important things about Huang:

He entered Canada from China using fake travel documents.

He is wanted in the U.S. in connection with a grisly murder and decapitation 14 years ago.

The breakdown in border security has immigration experts and a Liberal MP baffled at how an alleged murderer got into the country undetected.

“The only reason he would’ve gotten through is if they didn’t run his prints in the United States,” said Richard Kurland, considered by many to be one of Canada’s leading experts on immigration.

It’s this kind of security mistake, he added, that should lead to changes in how people are screened, he said, suggesting the possibility of every refugee claimant automatically be put through criminal record checks.
