First African refugees arrive in Montana; Helena advocates say they will wait until after November for theirs

Update: Be sure to see the mayor of Missoula’s op-ed of a few days ago. Not so much for what he says, but for the large numbers of comments on both sides of the issue. Makes you realize that there is a huge divide in Montana about whether it is wise to bring in the third world.
A family of 6 “Congolese” refugees have arrived in Missoula, MT as the first “east African” refugees we are told. (The Congo and the DR Congo are not in east Africa. The countries producing refugees in east Africa are Somalia, Ethiopia and Sudan. Just saying!)

Here is the story (Montana Public Radio) on the family that will be very costly for Montana and US taxpayers to support:

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) — An exhausted Congelese family of six experiencing culture shock has arrived in Missoula, the first of an anticipated 100 east African refugees expected to be resettled in Montana over the next year, a resettlement agency official said.

The family arrived last Thursday and International Rescue Committee Missoula director Molly Short Carr declined to identify them because of privacy concerns, but said three of the family’s four children spent their entire lives in a Tanzanian refugee camp.

Temporary housing? The US State Department normally requires that they be placed in permanent housing upon arrival, and heck this contractor in Missoula has had months to get housing organized.

The family has been placed in temporary housing. The IRC will help them apply for social services, Social Security cards, register the children for school and help the parents enroll in English classes. The parents speak Swahili and French.

A total of 25 refugees are expected to arrive in Missoula by the end of September. Missoula County commissioners previously invited 100 refugees a year to resettle in the county, and the IRC re-opened its Missoula office earlier this year.

Meanwhile advocates for diversifying Montana in Helena say they will wait until after the November election to renew their call for Africans/Middle Easterners for their city.

HELENA – The head of an effort to relocate Syrian refugees to Helena said Monday the group is delaying efforts until after the Nov. 8 election, saying the current political climate has stifled progress.

Stephen Maly, vice president of World Montana, said a grass-roots effort to bring Syrian refugees has been in “arrested development because of political turmoil surrounding the issue.”

“We’re trying to make progress without getting involved in politics,” he said.

Maly said there is draft legislation for the 2017 session to change refugee policy. But that is a federal issue and “not in the state bailiwick.”

He said the timing is horrible for his group of volunteers “to push something forward in political climate. People are misinformed and angry.”

“It’s not in the cards until the election is settled,” he said.

But, it also confirms what we have been saying—November is it! If Hillary is elected the flood gates to the third world will be flung wide open!

Minnesota victim speaks in case of roving Somali gangs in upscale neighborhood

Lake calhoun map — The upscale neighborhood at Lake Calhoun is only 5 miles from the Cedar Riverside Somali enclave in downtown Minneapolis.

We first mentioned this incredible scary story a couple of days ago pointing out that the mainstream media never reports news like this nationally, but here we learn from World Net Daily reporter, Leo Hohmann, who spoke with the primary target of the confrontation as at least 20 Somali men (self proclaimed jihadists) swarmed a neighborhood outside of Minneapolis, what happened on THREE separate occasions in the escalating “jihad” on a lakeside community.

Many outrageous and frightening things were shouted by Somali men, some of whom were dressed in traditional Islamic robes.
They said they practiced shariah law and could thus kidnap and rape the attractive target of their abusive language.
They were yelling the word “jihad” from their car windows as they careened across lawns and sidewalks.
They blasted the soundtrack of a woman being sexually assaulted from a car.
They carried duffel bags, held them as if they were guns and shot off bottle rockets to make the sounds of gun shots.
And, that is just a bit of what happened as this neighborhood was terrorized last week.
You must read the whole incredible story from the mouth of the primary victim and from other witnesses who confirmed the story to World New Daily.
Where is the Minneapolis Star Tribune? Where is the New York Times? Where is CNN? Where is Fox News? The whole country should be informed of what happens when a Muslim Somali population grows large enough to boldly attack the peace and quiet of a suburban neighborhood with shouts of “jihad.”

Somalis did not ‘find their way’ to Minnesota from East Africa!

If you are a new reader here today, know that the reason the Somali population is so high in Minnesota is because the UN/US State Department began resettling tens of thousands there over more than 25 years with the help initially of Catholic Charities, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service and World Relief (Evangelicals). There are now other federal contractors working day and night (along with the original three) to change Minnesota one town at a time!
If you live in towns newly contemplating ‘welcoming’ refugees from the Muslim world, take note! Asheville, NC, Charleston, WV, Missoula, MT, Rutland, VT, Reno, NV, Fayetteville, AR etc… are you paying attention!
The feds and their contractors may tell you they will only bring your town a certain ethnic group, do not believe them, you will get a mix of refugees from all over the world, including Somalis! About 750 additional Somalis arrive in the US each month from all over the world!

This is an update at World Net Daily on the story about the wild Somali woman who entered a suburban yard and attacked the home owner with the home owner’s flagpole. See our previous story.
The FBI is not charging the attacker with a hate crime because they say she is mentally impaired.

If mentally impaired, the case demonstrates what happens as we resettle (dangerous!) refugees into the US with expensive-to-treat health problems, including mental health problems.

The FBI has determined that no hate crime occurred on the day after Memorial Day in Lawrenceville, Georgia, when a Muslim woman dressed in a burqa came out of the woods behind a homeowner’s house, grabbed the family’s large American flag and attacked them with it.

The FBI was asked by local police to investigate whether Amina Ali Ahra, 30, may have committed a hate crime when she attacked homeowner Dami Arno and her 17-year-old daughter while the two were drinking coffee in their garage on the morning of Tuesday, May 31.

Ahra grabbed the family’s large flag off their mailbox and used the 4-foot long pole made of PVC pipe as a weapon, swinging it wildly at Arno’s head. The 42-year-old fought off the much larger Ahra and two neighbors helped restrain her until police arrived. At one point during the attack Arno’s 14-year-old son emerged from the house with the family pistol and pointed it at the woman assaulting his mother but did not fire a shot.

A federal law enforcement official told WND that Ahra has been determined to have mental health issues, which would make it unlikely for federal prosecutors to charge her with a hate crime.

“But if you want an example of someone who is radicalized you can’t get a better one than someone walking up and grabbing someone’s American flag and beating them with it,” said the official, who asked not to be identified.

Local police Chief Randy Johnson told WND that his department referred the case to the FBI.

But the agent assigned to the case never took the time to interview the Arno family or any of the other eyewitnesses to the attack.

“The FBI agent, Chuck Campo, never contacted our family. We finally reached him and he told us there was no hate crime and I am not entitled to any information on this woman who attacked me in my own home,” Arno said. “He wouldn’t even tell us whether or not she was legally here in this country.”

Keep it up FBI, the public is already suspicious because of your mishandling of the Orlando killer case!

Poor Louisiana! They don't get that many refugees, but they got 21 with TB between 2011 and 2015

Michael Patrick Leahy at Breitbart has done it again—unearthed some information the refugee resettlement contractors would rather you didn’t know about: how many refugees enter the US with latent or active TB. In this case 21 went to Louisiana and developed active Tuberculosis within a short time of arrival.

21 cases of active TB in just four years in refugees resettled in Louisiana! Yikes! From Leahy at Breitbart:

Twenty-one of the 1,579 refugees sent by the federal government to Louisiana between 2011 and 2015 developed active tuberculosis (TB) within one year of their arrival, the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals tells Breitbart News.

Louisiana now has the dubious distinction as the state with the highest reported number of recently resettled refugees with active TB —at least among the five states that have confirmed to Breitbart that refugees resettled in their state have either arrived with active TB, or developed it within the first year of their arrival.

Update June 22: FBI: no hate crime just a mentally ill Muslim, see here. Gee, we heard that somewhere before, where?

Remember the story we told you about earlier this month.
Well, Leo Hohmann at World Net Daily has an update that will blow you away!

Why is this not on the national news?

I’m only going to give you the opening paragraphs because I want you to read it yourself. You can’t make this up! Imagine this happening in your suburban yard!
Here is Hohmann:

It’s been two weeks since an Atlanta-area mother and her daughter were attacked at their home by a burqa-clad Muslim woman who stole the American flag from their front yard and charged at them, swinging the flagpole at the mother’s head.

Lawrenceville-family — The Lawrenceville family whose lives have been turned upside down pose with their flag.

The family says their lives have been turned upside down by the attack, and they don’t go anywhere now unless armed. Two weeks later, they say they’re still waiting for answers from their local police chief and the FBI.

Who attacked them and why?

Dami Arno and her husband, Jimmy of Lawrenceville, Georgia, told WND they are now wondering whether justice will ever be served.

And they want to know why Dami’s attacker – a woman believed to be an immigrant from Somalia – is not being charged with a hate crime. They also want to know why their attacker’s immigration status is being guarded like a state secret while they, the victims, are being ignored by authorities.

Dami and Jimmy Arno said the Lawrenceville police officer who responded to the May 31 incident told them he could not remove the assailant’s burqa “because that would violate her civil rights.”

This is a scary story and one sure to really tick you off—in the wake of Orlando, for the authorities to be so protective of this immigrant’s rights is simply mind blowing!
Continue here and think if this were an episode on a TV show how outraged the political establishment and the Left would be—they would be screaming racism! They would say it was fabricated to scare Americans and make Africans look bad.
By the way, in case you are wondering if some strange Somali woman just wandered over from Atlanta, Hohmann in an early report on the case tells us this:

The U.S. State Department, working with the United Nations, has sent 4,054 Somali refugees to the state of Georgia since 2002, according to the State Department’s online refugee database. Lawrenceville has received 21 Somalis during that time, but nearby Atlanta has received 1,203 and neighboring Clarkston has received 437, Decatur 1,039 and Stone Mountain 1,096.
