Merkel on Cologne sex assaults: don't blame refugees

Invasion of Europe news….
Update January 7th: It is a much bigger story now as leaked police reports reveal Syrian refugees were detained and it was hushed-up! Click here.
I wasn’t planning to write about the New Years eve sexual assaults of dozens of women in the German city of Cologne because it is being widely reported, but a couple of things that are so outrageous about it are worth mentioning.  By the way, I am sure the news was no great surprise to you!

Demonstrators: “Mrs. Merkel where are you?” I’m here getting my picture taken! Photo: http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/news/world/europe/article4554552.ece

First, the full import of what happened only seems to have reached the wider mainstream media days after it happened.  Why? Were many just hoping no one would notice.  I think it’s a wonderful example of the great service alternative media plays because after days of its obvious news value, I’m guessing the bigger western media was finally shamed into reporting it. (I happened to see the story on CNN this morning no less!)
Clearly Mama Merkel is now desperate to tone it down because she has hundreds of thousands of loose young men in Germany just like those accused of the violence against women as the new year dawned (and she invited them to Germany!).

But, what I found most worthy of reporting is that police obviously saw it happening and did nothing and made no arrests.

Here is a story from the BBC just this morning about a protest that occurred there yesterday, and see what the police said,

Hundreds of people have protested in the German city of Cologne over sexual assaults and thefts carried out by groups of men on New Year’s Eve.

Some held up signs demanding action from Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Mrs Merkel has expressed outrage over the “disgusting attacks” and said everything must be done to find those responsible.

Witnesses and police said that the men involved were of Arab or North African appearance.

Political leaders have warned Germans not to link the violence to the influx of more than one million refugees and migrants in the past year.

The police were able to describe the assailants, but arrested no one!

“All we know is that the police at the scene perceived that it was mostly young men aged 18 to 35 from the Arab or North African region.”

The only possible answer to this dereliction of duty is that political correctness, and fear for the wider implications for Germany, caused the police to stand down. This should scare the you-know-what out of German citizens.

Just as I have been saying at my new blog ‘American Resistance 2016′ that it is do-or-die for America this year, so it is for Germany (although Merkel’s decisions of 2015 may have already sealed Germany’s fate).

Indiana: Various social justice/peace groups 'welcome' Syrian Muslims to live among them

There is nothing special about this news and this ‘march’ last week in Indiana to protest the governor’s concern about unvetted Syrian Muslims coming to live in Indiana, but am posting it because I suspect such demonstrations are going on around the country.  And, you should know what they are saying.
As we have learned that 99% of the Syrians entering the US so far this fiscal year are Sunni Muslims apparently that doesn’t concern the ‘peace’ people.

Here is the story at the Purdue Exponent:

On Friday, undergraduate students, graduate students and citizens from Lafayette and West Lafayette gathered in the Purdue Memorial Mall to show their support for Syrian refugees.

The event was organized by the Lafayette chapter of Indiana Moral Mondays, Purdue Student Justice Coalition, Students for Justice in Palestine at Purdue and the Lafayette Area Peace Coalition.

“I believe that letting Syrian refugees in is the right decision,” said Pittayut Phonboon, a sophomore in the College of Engineering. “From a humanitarian standpoint and looking at the United States’ interest in terms of foreign policy, this is the best decision to make.”

You might want to visit this post we wrote back in March where a federally-funded resettlement agency working in Indiana says it’s a good state in which to resettle refugees because a leading Muslim Brotherhood organization has its headquarters there.  See also, here, where the ACLU sued Governor Pence.

If you live in Indiana, and don’t want more refugees resettled there, you need to let the governor know you support him to counter activists like these.

I’ll bet a buck that even after the masscre in San Bernardino by Sunni Muslims that these marchers fear global warming more than their potential new neighbors.

Jeb, Marco, Dick don't get it! Bring in the Muslims!

Dick Cheney is the latest of the Republican establishment to come out in support of MORE Muslim migration to America.

richard-dick-cheney1
Cheney thinks he’s got Trump now!

Here is the news at Breitbart.  The prominent ‘Bushy’ is leading the establishment pack against the base of the Republican Party which ‘gets it.’  What do they get?
What does the average, logical, sensible American get?
This one line from Daniel Greenfield recently says it all:

It’s a matter of simple math that as the population most likely to commit terrorist acts increases, so do the acts themselves.

We have a parade of 2016 Presidential candidates (and their handlers like Cheney), in their zeal to ‘get’ Trump, have positioned themselves against the majority of Americans who want to limit the importation of more Muslim migrants to America.  LOL! Good move (not!).
Hey, Dick, the San Bernardino Islamic mass murderers are not like the Pilgrims!  Thomas Jefferson understood that, why are you so confused?

Homeland Security Committee Chairman McCaul: ISIS has tried to infiltrate refugee stream to US

I’ve given up trying to keep up with all the breaking news on this critical issue, but here is one more thing we learned yesterday that needs to be archived here at RRW.
Leo Hohmann writing at World Net Daily tells us this:

Michael McCaul
Chairman McCaul: The Administration has information about ISIS and refugees that they are not telling you about.

Intelligence officials revealed that it’s no longer just a threat, but an actual occurrence – ISIS terrorists have tried to use the refugee program to enter the United States, but President Obama is keeping the information secret from the American public.

The bombshell was dropped by the head of the House Homeland Security Committee Monday during a speech at the National Defense University.

U.S. Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, declined to go into detail about the disclosure, the Hill reported.

Rep. Michael McCaul, R-Texas, wrote President Obama warning that the Syrian refugee program could become a ‘back door for jihadists” to enter the U.S.

But the revelation will add ammunition to critics of the White House’s refugee plans who have warned that the program is vulnerable to infiltration by adherents of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, or ISIS.

“ISIS members in Syria have attempted to exploit it to get into the United States,” McCaul said during the speech.

“The U.S. government has information to indicate that individuals tied to terrorist groups in Syria have already attempted to gain access to our country through the U.S. refugee program.”

McCaul did not say who informed him and other lawmakers about the revelation, only describing the sources as “elements of the intelligence community,” according to the Hill.

[….]

McCaul described the source who informed him about the ISIS attempts to infiltrate as a brave patriot.

[….]

Clare Lopez, vice president of research and analysis for the Center for Security Policy in Washington, said it’s no surprise ISIS would use the refugee program to infiltrate America, because they promised to do so.

[….]

Lopez said a moratorium on all refugee resettlements from Muslim countries is the only answer at this point.

Ha! There is that M-word!

Senators Cruz and Paul use the "M" word! MORATORIUM! Trump follows

Be still my beating heart!  There it is, out there—the M-word!  Several of them in fact!  Moratorium on Muslim Migration!

moratorium-logo-update-blk
Put this word in your vocabulary!

I started to write this post yesterday, then spent the day running out to the doctor (nothing is fast with doctors these days, have you noticed that) and as I’m trying to read news on my phone, the Cruz and Paul news was eclipsed by The Donald news when he jumped on the bandwagon.
However, all of the news reports I was reading and hearing claimed Donald Trump was alone in his call for a ban on Muslim migration to America.  He was actually the third Presidential candidate to make that call. Trump called it a “ban,” but that sounds like moratorium to me.
This is what I started to write about yesterday from Julia Hahn at Breitbart.   She has Senator Cruz uttering the word and I heard Senator Paul say it on Fox News yesterday morning!

Separating themselves from the pack in a big way!

Presidential candidates Sens. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) are demanding a halt to immigration from Muslim nations with jihadist movements.

Their fellow contender, Sen. Marco Rubio, did not call for curbs to Muslim immigration in his live response to the President address on Fox News – a response promoted by Rubio’s campaign.

Cruz tweeted that if elected president, “I will shut down the broken immigration system that is letting jihadists into our country.” Cruz elaborated in a statement:

The President should place an immediate moratorium on refugees from countries with a significant al Qaeda or ISIS presence, such as Syria. I’ve introduced legislation to make this happen; it is not a desired step, but a necessary step for the security of the United States.

Similarly, Rand Paul tweeted, “While ‪@POTUS paid lip service to this fight, he plans to keep failed rules in place & allow tens of thousands of refugees to enter the US.”

“Immigration visas & refugees from countries with active terror networks must be halted while we determine how to better secure our borders,” Paul in a separate tweet. “His administration is focused on gun laws that won’t stop terrorists while pushing policies that will let more of them in the country,” Paul wrote.
