More of Australia’s Rejected Asylum Seekers Head to the US

The US Refugee Admissions Program is not dead yet as the refugee industry fears it soon will be—see my previous post.

For new readers, I’m too lazy to give you a full background report on the subject of Australia’s rejects—migrants who attempted to break into Australia were placed in detention centers on offshore locations. Their fate was, and is, Australia’s responsibility, yet Obama promised Australia we would take hundreds of them to live in your towns and cities.

Trump, much to my shock, agreed to honor the Obama deal.  You can go through my “Dumb deal” archive by clicking here.

On Friday we learned that nine more are on the way bringing Trump’s welcome to over 400 so far.  By the way, these are mostly young men who have spent years in detention camps.

From RNZ:

More refugees leave Nauru for resettlement

Ten refugees held on Nauru by the Australian government for over seven years left Nauru yesterday to be resettled overseas.

More young men who need jobs, medical care (including mental health care), food and housing coming to a town near you.

Nine of them will be resettled in the US and one in Norway.

Three of the refugees are bound for resettlement in the US state of Texas, where over 12,000 people have died of covid-19.

Over 400 refugees have so far been transferred to the US under the resettlement deal that Australia’s government agreed on with the US.

Around 160 refugees and asylum seekers on Nauru still needed secure resettlement.

Hundreds more in PNG also remain in limbo as the US resettlement deal inches to a close.

Jewish Publication Questions HIAS Policies

The Jewish News Syndicate finds that many Jews are wondering where HIAS (formerly the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society) is going with its policies and programs now that very few Jews arrive in America as refugees.

For readers who want to know more about who is changing America by changing the people, have a look at this story entitled:

With HIAS changing longtime focus, supporters question some of its priorities

The Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, better known as HIAS, was for the better part of a century responsible for helping settle generations of Jewish refugees in their new homes in the United States. From 1881 through the release of Jews from the Soviet Union in the early 1990s, the organization worked not only to resettle the new arrivals, but was involved in assisting them legally as well. Yet in a way, HIAS was a product of its own success and the success of the American Jewish community, whose activism helped bring most Jews over who wanted or needed to leave other countries.

Mark Hetfield, President and CEO of HIAS, the global Jewish nonprofit that resettles  refugees as one of nine federal contractors, led an anti-Trump rally in New York in 2017.  The event was the first of many rallies HIAS organized or participated in working against the President. They have also been the lead plaintiffs in lawsuits attempting to stop the Trump Administration’s immigration reform efforts.

Today, nearly all of the refugees HIAS resettles on an average each year are non-Jews—many of them Muslims from Syria, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Somalia and other Middle Eastern countries.

[….]

As an organization with deep Jewish roots, HIAS’s new mission and purpose are being questioned by some observers, especially during a time of global uncertainty and rising anti-Semitism.

In 1975, the U.S. State Department asked HIAS to expand its portfolio and assist in resettling 3,600 Vietnamese refugees after the end of the Vietnam War and nearly two decades of US involvement in Southeast Asia.

In 2014, HIAS dropped the word “Hebrew” from its name and was simply called HIAS. At the same time, HIAS announced relocation of its headquarters from New York City to suburban Maryland.

Most notable among criticisms is that several HIAS partners have been linked to organizations with ties to terrorism, including Islamic Relief USA and the Islamic Relief Worldwide (IRW), whose leadership recently called Jews “the grandchildren of monkeys and pigs” and referred to the terrorist group Hamas “the purest resistance movement in modern history.”

[….]

There’s a crucial difference between past Jewish refugees and current Muslims, argues Richard Landes, a retired Boston University history professor now living in Jerusalem. “Jews came into the country determined to contribute to America—to be American—but the Muslims arriving now don’t always feel that way. We like to think if we are nice enough to our enemies they will stop hating us, but our history has shown that the incapacity to see malevolent intent in others is itself very dangerous to Jews.”

Ambassador to Germany? Make Macgregor Secretary of State!

“They’re coming to benefit to consume and to establish themselves inside other people’s countries with the goal of eventually turning Europe into an Islamic state.”

(Ret. Col. Douglas Macgregor on the invasion of Europe)

According to news accounts in the last week or so, the President has signaled that he is considering nominating Retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor for Ambassador to Germany.

As you might expect the Leftwing media is going crazy over his views on immigration that he has made crystal clear in interviews in recent years, including on Tucker Carlson’s show.

***Update*** Jewish groups join CAIR in demanding Macgregor’s name be withdrawn.  So watch, it will be.

CNN went digging and found this treasure trove.

German ambassador pick disparaged immigrants and refugees, called for martial law at US-Mexico border

(CNN)President Donald Trump’s nominee to become the US ambassador to Germany has a history of making xenophobic and racist comments about immigrants and refugees in both Germany and the US.

Retired Army Col. Douglas Macgregor, a decorated combat veteran, author and frequent guest on Fox News, claimed that Muslim migrants were coming to Europe “with the goal of eventually turning Europe into an Islamic state.”

He criticized Germany for giving “millions of unwanted Muslim invaders” welfare benefits rather than providing more funding for its armed services.

Macgregor’s newly unearthed comments come as the Trump administration announced it will withdraw nearly 12,000 troops from bases in Germany. The decision to remove troops from Germany was slammed by Republicans, Democrats and former senior military officials, who said the move would benefit Russia.

CNN’s KFile reviewed dozens of radio and television interviews with Macgregor and found he often demonized immigrants and refugees.

He warned Mexican cartels were “driving millions of Mexicans with no education, no skills and the wrong culture into the United States, placing them essentially as wards of the American people.” He repeatedly advocated to institute martial law at the US-Mexico border and “shoot people” if necessary.

[….]

“The Germans, thanks to us, don’t feel obligated to defend themselves. And the President has simply said, ‘look, why should the American taxpayer defend you if you aren’t willing to defend yourself?'” Macgregor said in 2018.

Macgregor’s criticisms of Germany extended to its immigration policies. He said, “These people are not coming to assimilate and become part of Europe.

They’re coming to benefit to consume and to establish themselves inside other people’s countries with the goal of eventually turning Europe into an Islamic state. That’s a bad thing for the West. It’s a bad thing for Europeans,” said Macgregor in a radio interview in June 2016.

[….]

He lamented in an interview posted in 2015 that the European Union provided “very luxurious and extremely expensive welfare” benefits to Muslim refugees during the height of the global migrant crisis and that “these people are not coming to assimilate or become Europeans–quite the opposite. They’re coming to take over whatever they can get.”

He further attacked the German military and government in 2018 for having “practically no armed forces” and instead spending money on “unwanted Muslim invaders.”

There is much more, see here.

Thanks so much to CNN for helping to identify an American patriot who tells the unvarnished truth.

By the way, to hear the Left tell it, Trump is on his way out, so why worry about an Ambassador who they assume would only be on the job for a few months?

This post is archived in my ‘Invasion of Europe’ file where I have chronicled exactly what Macgregor says is happening for the last ten years.

Somali Speaks Out about Sexual Abuse of Women in “their Community”

And, she has been brave enough to write a book about it.  The book is “an eye-opening indictment of the deep-seated misogyny in patriarchal cultures.”

What! I thought diversity was beautiful and that adding more Somalis to America was going to strengthen us!   Is she saying there are secrets about which the Open Borders cabal isn’t telling us as they push for more and more refugee resettlement for East Africans?

A press release from Benzinga:

(Emphasis is mine)

CHANDLER, Ariz., July 31, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Malyun Ali, also known as Mama Malyun Suuban (MMS), currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona, as homeless person. Previously lived in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and moved away from there due to threats and cyberbullying by the Somali community.

The attack started due to the fact that she decided to speak up for the rights of the women of Somali, both abroad and back in Somalia.

https://www.amazon.com/Cannot-Be-Silenced-Malyun-Ali/dp/1647016304/ref=tmm_pap_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=&sr=

Malyun Ali is a mother of three adult children and one grandchild. She is the voice of the voiceless and have challenged a culture that sees their women as second-class citizens. She is a businesswoman, a visionary, trailblazer and has a heart of gold. She has helped countless of victims throughout the years.

She is a YouTuber and is the first person of Somali descended [sic] to come out public as a child sexual-abuse survivor.

She has published his new book “I Cannot Be Silenced”: a deeply personal memoir of the horrific abuse she endured as a child and young woman in her native Somalia, and an eye-opening indictment of the deep-seated misogyny in patriarchal cultures.

She writes, “What you will read about in these pages has not just been my experiences but those of many women who are afraid to share their shameful secrets. My message is twofold: (1) to encourage women to shed this cloak of shame they have been forced to wear by both men and women who believe it is their right and privilege to steal their spirits; and (2) to inform and educate people of the Western world who can join with us in our fight for freedom.

“Others cannot feel your passion for change if they are ignorant of your lifetime of pain. There is no such thing as a silent cause. I promise you, speaking out will heal your soul, and that is what this book will show you how I have done it.

“This book will offer a platform for Western women/men to hear about and learn how to help female immigrants to better assimilate and adjust to new environments and communities as well. This book will be a guide to many service provider and individuals who are working with Somali community to understand them in a true, authentic, transparent, and honest way of working with this community victims and individuals who are not able to speak up and seek support.”

I guess this means all those resettlement contractors paid to resettle refugees better get to work and help these poor women instead of constantly agitating the rest of us about racism! These are black lives that matter, right?

And, by the way, these women are going to need the police and the US Justice system if they want to break the cycle of violence.  Does anyone believe that a little chit-chat with a social worker is going to do any good?

Fugitive from Justice Charged with Kidnapping Likely in Somalia

French Author Jean Raspail has Died at Age 95

He died from the Chinese virus.

Invasion of Europe news….

If you don’t know about Raspail or have never read his 1973 novel, The Camp of the Saints, you must.

Yikes! See the price of this book now! https://www.amazon.com/Camp-Saints-Jean-Raspail-ebook/dp/B00QKNDV9S

Actually even mention of the book, banned in some parts of the world, could bring the speech police down on RRW again just as it approaches its 13th anniversary.  (It was this time last year that they succeeded in shutting down RRW for a few months.)

Chronicles has published an excellent obituary about the man who told the truth nearly a half century before most see it now—western civilization is committing suicide by ‘welcoming’ mass migration from the third world.

You might have noticed how mention of the novel by Trump adviser Stephen Miller caused the Left (specifically the Southern Poverty Law Center and its media sycophants) to melt down last year, see here at NPR.

Below is a bit of an obituary for the “thinker” by Srdja Trifkovic at Chronicles:

(emphasis is mine)

The great and good French novelist and thinker Jean Raspail died on June 13, three weeks short of his 95th birthday. I was deeply saddened by the news, although at his age it was to be expected. It is ironic that he succumbed to the COVID-19 virus, the product and totemic symbol of our age and the globalized world, both of which he loathed with a passion.

[….]

Marine Le Pen

In Camp of the Saints, his best-known work, Raspail castigated the “submersion” of France by the landing of a fleet of derelict boats from India loaded with refugees. The rest of the grim story is known to Chronicles readers, or should be.

“We must reread The Camp of the Saints, which, beyond evoking with a talented pen the migratory perils, had—long before [Michel Houellebecq’s] Submission—mercilessly described the submission of our elites,” tweeted Marine Le Pen in tribute to Raspail.  In addition to his resolute stand against all Third World—but especially Muslim—immigration, and in line with his traditionalist understanding of Catholicism, Raspail condemned communism and capitalism with equal force, as the two monstrous twins born of modernity.

[….]

In his final years—almost five decades after publishing his prophetic dystopia—Jean Raspail was resigned that our civilization is on the “road to disappearance.” As he explained in an interview published in Valeurs Actuelles in 2013, he had no desire to join the massive circle of intellectuals who spend their time debating immigration because, in his view, such talk is useless:

The people already intuitively know that France, as our ancestors shaped her over the centuries, is on the road to disappearance. The audience is being kept amused by endless talk about immigration, but the final truth is never stated.

[….]

What can be done? Raspail’s verdict was clear:

There are only two ways to deal with immigrants. Either we accommodate them, and France—her culture, her civilization—will be eradicated without so much as a funeral. In my view, that is what is going to happen. Or else we do not accommodate them at all, which means we stop sanctifying the Other and rediscover our neighbors.

Jean Raspail will be sorely missed by all Frenchmen and other Europeans who refuse to go gently into the multicultural night.

More here.

There couldn’t be a better time in world history, as the heathen hordes (of various hues!) run wild in the streets of the civilized world, erasing history and attempting to silence anyone who disagrees with them through intimidation and fear, to read The Camp of the Saints.
