Texas sues Obama Administration and a resettlement contractor

Update December 5th:  Texas already backed down, here.
On Monday we reported that Texas was planning to sue the federal government and the International Rescue Committee, now they have done it.

The state of Texas is suing the International Rescue Committee headed by Brit David Miliband bff Hillary! Hillary: ‘Well, if you saw him it would be a BIG crush.’ http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1260660/Move-Miliband-Hillary-Clinton-special-relationship-new-man.html#ixzz3tGGETI4Z

Everyone wants to know if states have any rights under the federal Refugee Act of 1980, but since, as far as we know, no governors have even tried to test their rights, we can’t answer that.
We need more lawsuits like this one from other governors exploring different legal angles.
The consultation process required by the original Act is an important angle.
From The Hill:

Texas on Wednesday sued the Obama administration and an organization that resettles refugees over plans to bring six Syrian refugees to the state later this week.

In a filing, the Texas Health and Human Services Commission accused the two of violating federal law with its plans to bring the family to Dallas on Friday.

The state asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas to block the resettlement and to order the defendants to “comply with their statutory and contractual duties to the state.”

Instead of working with the state to resettle refugees, as the law declares, the federal government and the International Rescue Committee “have left Texas uninformed about refugees that could well pose a security risk to Texans and without any say in the process of resettling these refugees,” the state said in its lawsuit. Texas on Wednesday sued the Obama administration and an organization that resettles refugees over plans to bring six Syrian refugees to the state later this week.

[….]

In its lawsuit, Texas points to the 1980 Refugee Act, which claims that the federal government must “consult regularly” with state and local governments about refugee resettlement plans before the refugees are placed within a state.

Action Alert:  Call your members of the House and Senate at 202-224-3121 and ask them to vigorously oppose the Refugee Resettlement funding contained in the Omnibus Spending Bill that will be voted on by 12-11-15! Please call by this Friday, Dec. 4th.

Hungarian Prime Minister: Soros behind invasion of Europe

I’ve thought this very same thing!
More ‘Invasion of Europe’ news…..
We have written several stories over the last few years about Soros involvement in various countries, here, here, and here promoting the rights of Somalis as they colonize Scandinavia.
See also news about Soros’ handbook for Muslim invaders to Europe, here.

Never, never forget that Hillary and Soros are soulmates!

From Bloomberg Business:

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban accused billionaire investor George Soros of being a prominent member of a circle of “activists” trying to undermine European nations by supporting refugees heading to the continent from the Middle East and beyond.

“His name is perhaps the strongest example of those who support anything that weakens nation states, they support everything that changes the traditional European lifestyle,” Orban said in an interview on public radio Kossuth. “These activists who support immigrants inadvertently become part of this international human-smuggling network.”

Rights groups have criticized Orban for building a razor-wire fence on the border, tightening asylum laws and boosting his support among voters with anti-immigrant rhetoric. Soros, who was born in Hungary and is one of the biggest philanthropists in eastern Europe via his foundations and university, gives grants to organizations that provide legal assistance to asylum seekers.

Soros said in an e-mailed statement that a six-point plan published by his foundation helps “uphold European values” while Orban’s actions “undermine those values.”

Go here to read Soros’ plan.
And remember Hillary and the girls share much of the blame for the ‘Invasion of Europe’ from Libya.

Hillary (and the girls) are to blame for Libyan hellhole, European invasion

A trip down memory lane….
As I listened to testimony yesterday at the Benghazi hearing I was reminded of the many posts I’ve written over the years about how Hillary was directly involved in the destruction of the Libyan state that ultimately led to the use of that country as an important launch pad for the Mediterranean invasion of Europe by tens of thousands of Africans and Middle Easterners.

Hillary, rice, power
Hillary admitted yesterday that in 2011 Obama was reluctant to follow Europe’s lead and get involved in Libya, but that she marshaled the forces (including Susan Rice and Samantha Power) to persuade Obama to help overthrow Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi. Ultimately, she said yesterday, it was the President’s decision thereby tossing blame back on Obama when the results of her actions have proven so disastrous. Ambassador Stevens and the others who died might not have been there if it weren’t for those “loose weapons.”

Here is one of our many posts on Hillary:  This one is from December 2014, but we had predicted in 2011 that Hillary’s (and yes, she admitted it yesterday that she was the leading Administration force for the overthrow of Gadaffi) misadventure in Libya was leading to a refugee crisis of massive proportion.
Hillary and the girls (dubbed the “humanitarian Vulcans” by some in the White House) said it was our “responsibility to protect” the Libyan people that underpinned our imperative to join the Europeans in overthrowing (and killing) Gadaffi.  This is what I said in December of 2011.  So much for the poor Libyan people now!

Watch for it!   The ‘responsibility to protect’ means we go to war and create a whole new bunch of refugees that need to be resettled in the West!

Hillary says US should admit 65,000 Syrians in coming year

We mentioned this news briefly yesterday (Hillary following the lead of the Senate Jihad Caucus?), but today I see the news is all over my alerts.  Here is one story at CBS News.  Oh, and btw, for all of you closely following the Benghazi tragedy, she does discuss it here:

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton said Sunday that the United States should accept 65,000 refugees from Syria to help alleviate the humanitarian crisis created by the war there.

Hillary
We should take 65,000 Syrians and settle them where you live.

“We’re facing the worst refugee crisis since the end of World War II and I think the United States has to do more,” the former secretary of state said Sunday on CBS’ “Face the Nation.” “I would like to see us move from what is a good start with 10,000 to 65,000 and begin immediately to put into place the mechanisms for vetting the people that we would take in.”

She said there should be a focus on admitting the most vulnerable, like persecuted religious minorities, or those who had been brutalized, like the Yazidi women [The last time we checked the data, only 1 Yazidi had been admitted in the Syrian flow to America so far—ed].

Hillary has got to know that the UN is choosing mostly Sunni Muslims for the US.  I sure hope that she and her pals don’t think that because Assad (who by all accounts has tried to shield the Christians) is a Shiite and that the Sunnis constitute a “religious minority!”   Just a reminder that Al-Qaeda and ISIS are Sunnis.
Then she calls for a confab at the UN where world leaders would guilt-trip others to do more.  Except that no one will have the guts to tell the Gulf Arab states they have to take in Syrian refugees.

Clinton also said, “I want the United States to lead the world,” and said the United Nations Secretary General should call for a meeting at the upcoming U.N. General Assembly meeting in which countries make specific commitments about to provide money and aid.

For new readers and the media (which I have seen in recent weeks is extremely uninformed about the Refugee Admissions Program of the UN/US State Department), here is a list of 190 or so US cities where Syrians will be resettled.  Any town within a hundred mile radius of a resettlement office is also fair game.

Kerry now says 85,000 total refugees for FY2016; Hillary still wants 65,000 Syrian Muslims

That 85,000 number (from all refugee sending countries) is 15,000 over what the Obama Administration has been asking for (and mostly gotten) in each of his previous years in office.
This new number is also higher than the one previously mentioned, so will Kerry now return to the Senate and House Judiciary Committees for further legally required “consultations?”
(Go here to see Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Grassley’s letter to Kerry in which Grassley references only a 5,000 increase in the numbers just ten days ago.)

Kerry and German
Kerry and German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier. I wonder if Kerry told the House and Senate Committee Chairmen before he told the Germans?

From NBC News (hat tip: Julia):

The U.S. is offering new details about its plan to ease the Syrian refugee crisis by significantly increasing the number of worldwide refugees it will take in over the next two years.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry says the U.S. will accept 85,000 refugees from around the world next year, up from 70,000, and the number will rise to 100,000 in 2017.

Aides to Kerry say that many, though not all, of the additional refugees would be Syrian.

Here again for those who doubt me:  The UN is picking our refugees!

The migrants would be referred by the United Nations, screened by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and resettled around America.

Kerry made the announcement Sunday during a visit to Berlin after meeting with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier to discuss the mass migration of Syrians fleeing their civil war.

Here’s Hillary!

Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton said Sunday on CBS News’ “Face the Nation” that as many as 65,000 Syrian refugees should be taken in.  [Does Hillary know that 95% are Muslims?—ed]

House and Senate Judiciary Chairmen now should call Kerry for an on-the-record “consultation,” not one of those behind closed door deals they have been having!
