More undesirables from Mexico? Syrians!

Breitbart has news yesterday that the Mexican government might be planning to ‘welcome’ Syrians to Mexico. And, then they could do what Trump says they do—send us their problem people!

Tell Trump! Mexico could send us their bad people—Syrians!

Prominent Mexican officials are calling on their president to open the doors for 10,000 Syrian refugees, though thousands of Mexicans per year are fleeing their cartel-controlled nation and its violence and seeking asylum in the United States. The move comes on the heels of Mexico accepting 30 Syrian students. Other nations south of the porous U.S.-Mexico border have already opened their doors for people fleeing the Middle East.

Considering the Mexican government’s inability to govern its own territory and the willingness of Mexican officials to accept cash bribes, one could question whether their screening process would exclude potentially dangerous individuals. Even in the case of an individual being identified having a connection to a terrorist organization, a wealthy benefactor or ally of the individual could simply pay off a decision-maker and get the individual through.

Montana: Latest Mexican killer of innocent Americans, was he an 'unaccompanied alien child'?

That is my guess!  How else would a then 16-year-old Mexican, who entered the country in 2013, be now “legal” in the US.  Only the Office of Refugee Resettlement knows for sure!

Montana killer
One of Obama’s new Americans, Jesus Yeizon Deniz Mendoza demanded money and when they said they had none, he shot the parents and wounded the daughter as she tried to run away.

Have you seen this dreadful story?  Has Donald Trump seen it?
From the Washington Times:

The man accused of killing two Good Samaritans who tried to help him on a Montana roadside was encountered by immigration authorities earlier this year after a burglary arrest, but was unable to be deported because he had already gotten legal status, federal authorities said this week.

The horrific killing has drawn attention at a time when crimes committed by immigrants are a hot political topic, thanks in part to GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump’s claim that Mexican society sends bad elements to the U.S.

Jesus Yeizon Deniz Mendoza, an 18-year-old Mexican man, has been charged with the killing of Jason and Tana Shane, who saw him stopped on the side of the road Wednesday and tried to help him. When they showed up on the scene with their daughter, Mr. Deniz pointed a gun at them and demanded money, according to an FBI affidavit filed in the federal court case.

[….]

Mr. Deniz is Mexican, and the Obama administration deems him a legal permanent resident who entered the country legally on May 31, 2013 — though they didn’t say how he earned that status initially.

There is more including a discussion about deporting him when he finishes his sentence.  That is b.s. because he will likely get life in prison (does Montana have the death penalty?) and we will be paying probably millions for his legal proceedings and his incarceration for years to come.  A great benefit this young “dreamer” is to America!
I sure hope we learn more about this evil man’s “legal” status in America!

Silly season in Mexico as the country considers ‘welcoming’ Syrian refugees

Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous!

José Antonio Meade, Mexico’s Secretary of External Relations: Sure, we might take some Syrians from Lebanon! (This must be a joke!)

As Mexico happily unloads its poor on America and allows Central Americans easy passage through Mexico so they too can ‘benefit’ from US generosity, the government of Mexico is considering becoming a recipient of impoverished Syrian refugees (and most will be Muslims).

They think they might like to follow in Uruguay’s footsteps (we already know the Uruguay experiment is failing, see here).

From Newshub.org:

MEXICO CITY, Mexico – After a high-level meeting between the representatives of Mexico and Lebanon, the world’s largest Spanish-speaking country could follow in the footsteps of fellow Latin American nation Uruguay by accepting Syrians fleeing from the unrest in their homeland from overburdened refugee camps in Lebanon.

The Lebanese Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Gebran Bassil, was in Mexico City for a meeting with his Mexican counterpart, José Antonio Meade, to “solidify political dialogue at the highest level” and “strengthen the ties of friendship and cooperation” that unite the two countries.

[….]

Meade acknowledged that the impact this sort of encumbrance has on a nation is “huge,” both in terms of the economy and society as a whole. Lebanon should be noted and praised for its “generosity, dedication and international commitment to this massive humanitarian issues.”

Secondly, the Middle Eastern country should be lauded for its “expressions of support for any measure of help that becomes available from any point of view,” according to Meade, who then added that “Mexico is open to the reception of refugees.”

[….]

If Mexico does go ahead with the acceptance of Syrian refugees, it would make it the second Latin American nation to officially do so after Uruguay.

Gee, maybe Mexico has better security screening than the US does?  Nah!

And, if they have the resources for Syrian refugees, why didn’t they take care of all those ‘Unaccompanied alien children’ (the so-called refugees) who passed through Mexico last summer?

Mexican government paying legal fees so illegal alien kids can stay in America

Now why would they do a thing like that?  Wouldn’t you think that they would need these young people in Mexico—aren’t they Mexico’s future?

Yes, they are—right here in the USA!  They are Mexico’s pipeline to American money!

Can you say remittances!

It is cheaper to assure Mexicans can stay and work in America by paying their legal bills than to have them come home empty-handed.

I remember first hearing about the desire of some Central American governments to keep Temporary Protected Status alive for Salvadorans (for instance) during the Bush years.  Bush even acknowledged in one news report I saw (can’t find it now) that the remittances sent ‘home’ to El Salvador kept the country’s economy propped up!

Why do you think Central American governments turned a blind eye when the ‘UACs’ stormed the US border this summer?

Here is the news I’m seeing everywhere about this Mexican dirty trick.  From Breitbart (via Drudge):

The government of Mexico is paying to help its citizens who are living illegally in the United States avoid deportation.

According to a report from National Public Radio, the Mexican government through its 50 consulates around the United States has been helping to fund low-income illegal immigrants to apply for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, or DACA — which shields illegal immigrants from deportation and allows them to work in the U.S.

NPR’s report details the story of Tania Guzman, an illegal immigrant who said the cost of applying for DACA worried her, but she was able to afford it after her pro-bono lawyer from Public Counsel told her she could access financial help from the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles.

Mexico paid for all Guzman’s attorney fees and application fees, according to NPR. In the end Guzman told NPR she paid just $50.

The report explains that since 2012, the year DACA began, the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles has assisted more then 260 Mexican illegal immigrants apply for protections under DACA.

Julian Escutia, an official with the Mexican Embassy in Washington, told NPR that it does not keep track of how many illegal immigrants’ DACA applications they fund, and that funding is “on a case-by case basis.”

“Our main objective is the well-being of our nationals wherever they are,” he said. “So what we want for them is that they are successful and really continue contributing to this country [the U.S.],” she told NPR.  [What a joke, it is all about the money for Mexico!—ed]

It is about remittances!  See this detailed report from the World Bank from this past spring entitled:

‘Remittances to developing countries to stay robust this year, despite increased deportations of migrant workers, says WB’

The next time you see one of those economic reports (promoted by the likes of “Welcoming America”) purporting to show that immigrants are an economic plus to a city—that they are working, paying taxes, starting businesses, and drawing federal welfare bucks to a city—check to see if the report includes how many US dollars those same immigrants are sending out of your city to their “home” country.  I wager that figure is never included in the analysis!

Regarding the graph:  Go to this Congressional report and see that in 2010 (a slow economic year!) $48 Billion US dollars in remittances flowed out of the country to the developing world.  I’m sure there are newer figures available, and that the number is much greater, but these graphs give you a good idea.

Also, see this post I wrote at PTPR in 2013—Money the principle driver of foreign governments’ interest in US “immigration reform.”

Update of sorts!  It is an older article, but a reader reminds us of this story from last month that is further evidence of Mexico and the Obama Administration protecting Mexico’s workers in America (US Signs Agreement with Mexico to Protect Mexican Workers–Including Illegals).

Mexican “Beast” train, bringing young men to America, derails

Fox caption: June 18, 2014: People hoping to reach the U.S. ride atop the wagon of a freight train, known as La Bestia (The Beast) in Ixtepec, in the Mexican state of Oaxaca. The train derailed on Wednesday, July 9, leaving about 1,300 migrants stranded, authorities said.Reuters

It is just a short news story at Fox, thanks to ‘pungentpeppers’ for bringing it to our attention.  Tell me the Mexican government couldn’t stop this if they wanted to!

From Fox:

A cargo train carrying about 1,300 Mexican and Central American migrants heading to the United States border has derailed in southern Mexico.

Many of the people onboard were young and no one was injured when the train came off the tracks in the southern state of Oaxaca on Wednesday, a spokesman for local emergency services told Reuters.

Several days of heavy rain in the area may have caused the train – nicknamed “The Beast” — to derail and leave its passengers stranded, authorities said.

For more facts on the crisis generally, see Breitbart on leaked report, here, hat tip: Joanne.

And, just a reminder!  3/4ths of the “children” arriving in the last two years are boys over 14 years old!  See ORR stats here.
