ISIS jihadists pose as refugees to get into Germany; chaos on Turkish border blamed

Thanks to Brenda Walker at Limits to Growth for her post yesterday (and reader Joanne) for sending it our way.

Note that the fake refugees are expected to pass through Turkey and remember that the US State Department announced last month that we would be taking large numbers of Syrians from Turkey.

US State Department Deputy Asst. Sec. for PRM, Simon Henshaw: Our resettlement program from Turkey will be the largest in the world. https://refugeeresettlementwatch.org/2014/09/13/us-state-department-we-are-bringing-thousands-of-syrians-out-of-turkey-to-the-us/

The Syria/Turkey border is in such chaos that no one knows who is ISIS and who isn’t!

From The Jerusalem Post:

BERLIN – Islamic State combatants disguised as Syrian refugees fleeing the war-torn country want to enter Europe to launch terrorist attacks.

The German mass circulation Bild am Sonntag reported on Sunday that the “Americans succeeded in decoding locked communications of the ISIS leadership.”

The information from monitored ISIS conversations, also known as Islamic State, revealed that the terrorists cannot use airports on their way to Europe because of the strict control. Government officials confirmed the Bild am Sonntag report.

An official for German’s Interior Ministry told the paper that Germany stands in the “focus of jihadist terrorism,” but there is no indication at this time of any concrete attacks.

The Bild am Sonntag wrote,“In view of the chaotic conditions on the Syria-Turkey border, it is nearly impossible to catch ISIS-terrorists in the wave of refugees.“ German security authorities estimate that 450 radical German Muslims have traveled in the direction of Syria. An official from Germany’s intelligence told The Jerusalem Post that it is difficult to track radical German Islamists leaving Germany for Syria because they do not need a visa to first land in Turkey. The southern Turkey border has been the principal point of entry into Syria for jihadists seeking to fight Assad’s regime and create a caliphate state.

Relatives of Syrian refugees join ISIS

So how will security screening be done for the thousands of Syrians expected to enter the US from Turkey?

From CCTVAmerica (China*** News outlet):

Turkey is now host to more than 144,000 new Syrian refugees who have fled Islamic State battles in the past week. Some have relatives now fighting for IS. CCTV America’s Michal Bardavid reports from a Syrian border in Turkey.

Thousands of Syrians have joined the Islamic State or IS, abandoning their family. Those who are left behind are faced with the reality and challenges that their relatives are now part of a brutal and extremist organization.

Watch the news clip where the “refugees” distance themselves from their IS fighter relatives.  They aren’t dumb, they know their chances of moving on to the good life in a Western country will be diminished by their Caliphate-creating family members.

Good luck Homeland Security sorting through these people!

The Obama Administration should be announcing shortly how many Syrians we will be taking in FY2015 which begins on Wednesday (Oct. 1).

*** Just FYI, China doesn’t take refugees so they can keep China for Chinese people!

UN reports that 70,000 Syrian Kurdish refugees entered Turkey in 24 hours, running from ISIS

This story is dominating the refugee news from Syria today.  Heck, the whole Middle East could fall under Obama’s watch.

From Fox News:

The number of refugees seeking shelter in Turkey from the Islamic State group’s advance across northeastern Syria has hit 100,000, Turkey said Sunday as clashes broke out on the border between Turkish security guards and Kurds.

The head of Turkey’s AFAD disaster management agency, Fuat Oktay, said the figure relates to Syrians escaping the area near the Syrian border town Kobani, where fighting has raged between IS and Kurdish fighters since Thursday.

The U.N. refugee agency earlier Sunday said some 70,000 Syrians have crossed into Turkey in the past 24 hours, and that it was preparing for the arrival of hundreds of thousands more.

The Syrian refugees — most of them ethnic Kurds — have been desperate to reach Turkey and escape the advance of religious extremists barreling across Syria.

On Sunday, heavy clashes broke out between the Islamic State group and Kurdish fighters only a few miles from Kobani, which is also known as Ayn Arab.

The Islamic State group was bombarding villagers with tanks, artillery and multiple rocket launchers, said Nasser Haj Mansour, an official at the defense office in Syria’s Kurdish.

“They are even targeting civilians who are fleeing,” Haj Mansour told The Associated Press by telephone.

As refugees flooded in, Turkey closed the border crossing in Kucuk Kendirciler, a small village about a mile from Kobani, to Turkish Kurds, with local police saying they were seeking to prevent Kurdish fighters from entering Syria.

Clashes broke out as Kurds trying to approach the crossing from inside Turkey scuffled with security forces, which attacked crowds with tear gas, paint pellets, and water. The state-run Anadolu Agency reported Kurdish protesters had hurled stones at the security forces.

Note to US State Department—-this does not mean we need to bring them to America!

Bulgarian village says NO to Muslim migrant kids in school

There are ‘pockets of resistance’ in some European countries which still have a will to live—one of those countries is Bulgaria which recently came under fire from the UN for building a border fence with Turkey so as to keep from being overrun.

Here is a bit of the latest news.  Although most of our readers are from the US, it is important for you to know the trajectory Europe is on.

From Novinite:

Residents of the western Bulgarian village of Kovachevtsi have issued a declaration demanding that the immigrants accommodated at the National Children Ecological Complex leave by October 30.

The declaration was adopted by the local Municipal Council, which held an extraordinary sitting on Monday after a protest over the decision to admit children of immigrants to the school in the village of Kalishte.

Ventsislav Todorov, Chair of the Kovachevtsi Municipal Council, informed that the declaration would be sent to the President, Prime Minister, the Education Minister, and the Chair of the State Agency for Refugees and the District Governor of Pernik.

“We oppose integration in a situation where Bulgarians are a minority, while Somali and Afghan nationals without refugee status are a majority,” he explained, as cited by the Bulgarian National Radio.

US State Department: We are bringing thousands of Syrians out of Turkey to the US

Syrians in Turkey: Yippee! We are going to America! Photo: http://www.voanews.com/content/turkey-concerned-about-growing-tide-of-syrian-refugees-124104939/170711.html

Update!  If I had a million bucks I would bet that this offer to help Turkey deal with its Syrians was made to encourage the Turks to open their air bases to us.  According to Breitbart the Turks have said NO! to the air bases. I have seen evidence several times over the years that we use refugees for extra-curricular purposes of the State Department.  They can hide under their humanitarian white hat while using the refugees as bargaining chips!

Although there has been no big announcement from the White House rose garden, the US State Department (and their resettlement contractors***) seem unable to contain themselves and are announcing that THE SYRIANS ARE COMING!

The UN has already chosen thousands destined for your towns and cities, and I can assure you the large majority will be Sunni Muslims. (The State Department tracks the religions of refugees, but does not make those numbers available to the general public.)

So far we have had reports that Syrians will go to North Carolina and Ohio, but that is just the beginning.

If we are going to see numbers like the Iraqis in recent years, we are looking at 15,000-20,000 a year going forward!  And, by the way “next year” means fiscal year 2015 which begins in 18 days!

From Today’s Zaman (emphasis is mine):

Deputy Asst. Sec. of State Henshaw: Our resettlement program from Turkey will be the largest in the world.

The US has launched a resettlement program that will admit thousands of refugees currently in Turkey into the US as of next year.

“Our commitment is to do thousands a year over many years,” said Simon Henshaw, principal deputy assistant secretary of the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the US State Department, as he talked about US plans for asylum seekers. [Note that they don’t say ‘until the conflict ends.’—ed]

The US program, which was just launched a few months ago, is part of a UN project for the resettlement of refugees.

“We are committed to being a major part of the UN’s programs to have some of the refugees resettled in the US,” Henshaw, who was on a visit to Turkey, told reporters during a briefing on US aid to Syrian refugees in Turkey.

Several thousand refugees in Turkey will begin the process this year, but it will take nearly a year to come to fruition.

“Next year, you will see thousands entering the US. We are committed to a large program on a par with other large [refugee resettlement] programs in the past,” Henshaw stressed at the meeting held in the US Embassy in Ankara, noting that 100,000 Iraqis have been admitted into the US in the past 10 years.

[…..]

“Our resettlement program from Turkey is one of our largest in the world, and it will continue to grow,” Henshaw added.

And, it will grow by the year says Henshaw!

One last thing, I bet the State Department is not only telling Turkey they are going to be helped, but Jordan and Lebanon as well.

Action Alert!

The best thing for you to do, is to alert your Members of Congress and US Senators and make this an election year issue. Bring up the costs and question the wisdom of bringing more Muslim refugees to America when you attend campaign events this fall.  (Maybe fear of a backlash is why we are not hearing any formal announcement from the White House now—it will come after the November elections.)
