Hundreds of Somalis and other Africans coming across US southern border, requesting asylum

Invasion of America…..
This is nothing new, it’s been going on for all the years I’ve been writing this blog.  However, I expect the pace has been picking up lately as they fear that Trump might be serious about the wall.
You know that anyone, supposedly impoverished, but with the resources  to travel across the world to get to our border, has to be up to no good.  In fact, since we take thousands (over 8,000 Somalis this year alone) of supposedly legitimate refugees from Africa, my first question is, so why didn’t they apply through regular channels?

So how do the poor, struggling asylum seekers know exactly where to go? Who is instructing them? The same person or persons paying their way?

This latest story is at Breitbart, but first revisit a post I wrote in 2011 in which I said Congress should be doing some serious investigation of the supposedly poor Somalis who know to “make their way” to our border and ask for asylum (who is instructing them? and who is giving them the money for such an expensive trip?).
Where is Congress?
I think Congress isn’t investigating because then you would be alerted to a really really scary security situation not so different than Europe is facing.  Invasion on a smaller scale, but nevertheless an invasion.

Here is Ildefonso Ortiz at Breitbart:

Hundreds of African asylum seekers have flooded Mexican border cities with the U.S. in an effort to get to California and Texas to obtain U.S. asylum — many of the unvetted migrants are from the terror hotbed of Somalia. Rather than having to hide along the way, the African migrants have been getting a special permit from Mexico that gives them a free pass to the U.S. border.

The influx of asylum seekers from African countries who entered Mexico illegally has been building for several weeks as hundreds of individuals continue to arrive primarily to Mexicali to cross into Calexico, California, in order to seek asylum. Mexican immigration authorities have been spotted ferrying the asylum seekers from shelters and plazas to international bridges with the U.S.

Mexican immigration authorities have largely kept quiet about the wave of African migrants who have been entering Mexico through that country’s southern border and then making their way to the U.S. border to seek asylum. Some of the cities they seek include Calexico and San Ysidro, California, and El Paso, Texas.

For new readers, asylum is part of the Refugee Admissions Program.  These Africans ask for asylum and then wait for a court date (many of them loose in America). If granted asylum (with the help of dozens and dozens of immigration lawyers wanting to help them) they get the same welfare goodies and a resettlement contractor to help hold their hands through our welfare system and eventually to American citizenship.

Comment worth noting: Refugees are liars in Illinois (and where you live too!)

I’ve been writing about two things lately that come together in this one comment from a regular reader.
Posted to my report Saturday headlined, The big lie: refugees are not being vetted, this is what ‘domstudent11’ reports:
Basic RGB

Ann, they are indeed not being vetted! As a shocking update to the refugee family in my family member’s apartment (Evanston, IL), it turns out that these people LIED to World Relief and the church that sponsored them. They were evicted last week after doing over $4,500 worth of damage to the apartment. When the landlord tried to bill them for repairs, it turned out that EVERY piece of information they gave to World Relief and the church was a LIE. The Evanston Police are now involved. This family has gone underground. So much for vetting. Even the contractors are fooled!

What are the two important points to take away? First, refugees are not being thoroughly vetted (some not vetted at all), and that landlords are increasingly wary of leasing to refugees especially as we learned here, the resettlement contractors dropping them in your towns will not back up the refugees by co-signing their leases (amazing!).
BTW, if the lazy, fearful, complicit Members of Congress really wanted to reform this program they could make some simple fixes (initially) and one would be to make it a law that federal resettlement contractors must co-sign every home or apartment lease when they place refugees. And, make sure damages come from their own meager, privately raised funds (not from more of your tax dollars).

Weekly roundup for week ending September 9th, 2016

This is going to be a quick summary of the top posts of the past week because there is just too much other information I need to get posted. (New readers might want to visit last week’s round-up with lots more background information about RRW.)
The Top Three Posts of the past week are as follows (for top daily posts, see right hand sidebar):

First refugees to arrive in Missoula, MT are homeless; time for local do-gooders to step up

So America! Are you ready for Rohingya Muslims and their ‘cultural’ differences?

Target House Freedom Caucus before September 15th, tell them to halt all funding for expanded refugee program

Here comes the nagging again!
On this last one, are you ready for tomorrow and every day this week?
Do you have a list of who you are going to call or write to in Washington? If you are just arriving here today for the first time, see my tag ‘Where is Congress’ for background.
By the way, many of those on the Freedom Caucus have been friends on various conservative issues, but that is no excuse to leave them alone on this oneprobably the most important issue facing this country since its founding.  As I have said on many occasions we can roll back all sorts of progressive agenda items, but once they change the demographic make-up of America we are done.  Frankly you won’t be rolling back the Hijra as their numbers mushroom!
A reader suggests you might want to contact Speaker Paul Ryan’s office here (not his Congressional office, but the Speaker’s office) and tell him you want Congress to DEFUND THE REFUGEE PROGRAM!
The Refugee Industry will be out in force in Washington this week as they prime the propaganda pump for Obama’s big United Nations pow-wow next week (on the 20th) where Obama will say he wants as many as 200,000 refugees admitted to the US in FY17.
Finally, the reason I wanted to make a new video is because I want to help all Americans understand that this is not about Obama anymore! This is about the Republicans we elected to protect us in Washington!
Remember they can’t flood your towns with the third world if they don’t have enough of your money to do it! And, the Republicans hold the purse strings!

Never forget! 15 years after 9/11

The moment when everything changed for America and the world.

For many years (on 9/11) I’ve made a point of visiting Pamela Geller (here in 2010) to watch a heartbreaking and powerful presentation of what happened on that horrible day (the video may take a few minutes to load).

And by this time on that morning 15 years ago, we all knew that Islamic terrorists had declared war on the civilized world.

Slow the flow of impoverished refugees to Fargo, ND say county commissioners

Here we go again, yet another story of a city overloaded (housing shortages, social services strained), but the main reason I’m posting this is to point out their (DOS and its contractors) little trick about bringing the family over later.

lss-north-dakota
They can’t cut back in North Dakota because LSS has a big brand spanking new building to pay for. (I checked it out on my travels through the Dakotas this summer)

With all those new seed communities being developed now: Rutland, VT, Missoula, MT, Charleston, WV, Northhampton, MA, etc. we will ultimately hear the same story. You see they get an ethnic ‘community’ established and then the contractors give you the sob story about how they must reunite families.  If you squawk at that point you are a mean and hateful person.
This is how seeding/colonizing works! They put so-called “free cases” in Bismark, but next year they will bring the relatives of that first group!
From the Grand Forks Herald:

FARGO — By a wide margin, the Fargo area takes in more refugees than any other place in North Dakota.

Fargo, West Fargo and Moorhead, Minn., have received a total of 6,220 refugees since 1997 — over three times the number who arrived in Grand Forks and Bismarck combined, according to Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota (LSS), the nonprofit group hired by the federal government to resettle refugees in North Dakota and Moorhead.

Cass County Commissioner Chad Peterson brought up this discrepancy at a meeting of refugee resettlement officials on Thursday, Sept. 8. He told the group he’d like to see refugees spread more proportionately across the state, given that Cass County’s social service system doesn’t have enough money to meet their needs.

“Right now, our social services is overburdened to the nth degree,” he said. “There is a substantive burden spent when we have folks in this quantity coming in that make the lower salaries.”

Shirley Dykshoorn, who oversees refugee resettlement for LSS, said one reason so many refugees land in the Fargo area is the availability of housing and support services, as well as job and education opportunities.

Another factor is that the Fargo area has the state’s biggest ethnic community, and a large amount of LSS resettlement work involves reuniting incoming refugees with relatives already living here. “Family ties help remove or reduce isolation, and support the families,” Dykshoorn said, noting that refugees without ties are mostly being sent to Bismarck.

Scherling (county commissioner) agreed that western North Dakota could offer opportunities for refugees. Though, she acknowledged that finding affordable housing there is difficult and added that the same issue exists in Cass County. “Affordable housing is tough everywhere,” she said.

So what else is new! A shortage of housing isn’t stopping them in Missoula, MT or Buffalo, NY either.
By the way, the parent organization of LSS North Dakota is 95% federally funded.
