US will save Aussie PM Turnbull’s political skin by taking rejected ‘refugees’

…..and American towns will see as many as 1,250 mostly Muslim detainees secretly dispersed and set free in Anytown, USA.

(Your town will not be notified if you have been chosen by the US State Department and its contractors*** to be the lucky recipients).

Illegal alien swap!

This swap of what amounts to illegal aliens (Australia’s for Salvadorans in Costa Rica) is “insane” as I told reporter John Binder at Breitbart, here yesterday.

And for regular readers I apologize for posting on the ‘Australia deal’ again, but frankly it epitomizes the foolishness the UN/US Refugee Admissions Program has come to demonstrate.

First, just so you know, Australia (rightly) said to illegal alien wannabes—if you try to break in to Australia by boat, you will NEVER get to the mainland, and they are sticking with that as a major deterrent to future attempts.  Fine and dandy!

Trump: Let’s see, do I save my political skin or Turnbull’s with “dumb deal” on illegal alien swap?

However, by the US now agreeing to take as many as 1,250 mostly male and Muslim illegal aliens, we save Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull’s political skin.

Also, this case is a prime example of using the supposed refugees for other purposes of US diplomacy, something I have been raging against for years.

We should only accept refugees in extreme need of humanitarian protection, not because it benefits some politician/government somewhere else in the world. These are Australia’s problem asylum seekers, they are not ours!

Here is the latest from Reuters.  And, remember readers, September is it!  We will see then, when President Trump submits his refugee plans for FY18 to Congress, whether he was serious when he campaigned on reining-in the monster the program has become.

SYDNEY (Reuters) – Australia will accept several dozen Central American refugees within the next few months, two sources familiar with the process told Reuters, the first transfers under a controversial refugee swap arrangement agreed with the United States. [Note the clever Aussies are going to bring in a few of their part of the “deal” as more pressure on Trump—ed]

Canberra pledged to take an unspecified number of Central American refugees under a deal struck with former U.S. President Barack Obama late last year.

Will Trump go through with the Obama deal?

In exchange, Washington said it would accept up to 1,250 asylum seekers held in Australian immigration centres in the Pacific Island nations of Papua New Guinea (PNG) and Nauru that Australia wants to close.

A group of approximately 30 refugees from El Salvador currently being held in Costa Rica will move to Australia in the next couple of months, the two sources said, with a second group of a similar size to follow shortly afterwards.

Read the discussion about those Salvadorans.  Frankly, they are not refugees. Obama unilaterally wrote refugee law and created a new ‘refugee’ program for Central Americans who have no claim on asylum status in America.  Our supposed ‘gain’ in the Australian deal is that they take these wandering Central Americans which are not legitimate refugees, nor are they our problem, off our hands!

The other day we reported that the processing had stopped, here.  Now Reuters says this:

A U.S. State Department spokeswoman said although the United States has reached a 50,000 cap on refugee admissions this fiscal year, the U.S. government continues to process refugee applications from Nauru and Manus.

“United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has not yet concluded its adjudications of any refugees being considered for resettlement out of Australian facilities in Nauru and Manus islands,” the spokeswoman said. “USCIS does not make public the exact schedules of their interview teams, but they are planning return trips to the islands.”

Australia turning up the heat on Trump!

The transfer of the Salvadoran refugees to Australia will focus attention on U.S. steps to uphold its end of the agreement, described by President Donald Trump as a “dumb deal” for America.

Turnbull’s open borders agitators (the girls) want the detainees (mostly young male Muslims) to be free in Australia!

None of the refugees on PNG’s Manus Island or Nauru – mostly men from the Middle East and South Asia – have been approved to move to the United States yet. Earlier this month, U.S. officials halted screening interviews after the United States reached its annual refugee intake cap.

[….]

Turnbull, under pressure in opinion polls and from within his own party, can ill afford for the United States to renege on the agreement, said Sean Kelly, an adviser to former Australian Prime Ministers Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard.

“The deal has become yet another test of (Turnbull’s) leadership,” Kelly said. “If it fails, that will be a big black mark against him, and he knows that.”

More at Reuters, here.

September is it! Trump’s big test!

In September, the President, by law, will submit his FY18 ‘determination’ to Congress for consultation. This whole 50,000 cap/ceiling will go away, as will the Supreme Court (families can get in above the cap) unconstitutional rewrite of refugee law.  It will be a new refugee year. It will be Donald Trump’s first determination—his first ceiling.

The Aussie’s are fully expecting to move hundreds of these detained men (who have in the past burned down their detention facilities!) to America in the first month of the new fiscal year which begins October 1.  We will be watching.

If Trump goes through with this “insanity,” this writer will know just who we elected President and whether any serious reform will ever happen.

Go here for our complete ‘Australia deal’ archive.

***Federal contractors/middlemen/propagandists/lobbyists/community organizers paid by you to place refugees in your towns and cities.  Under the nine major contractors are hundreds of subcontractors.  Every week representatives of the nine meet with DOS officials and literally divvy up the refugee dossiers deciding where in 49 states (WY takes zero!) they will be placed.

The contractors income is largely dependent on taxpayer dollars based on the number of refugees admitted to the US. These Aussie rejects come with a dollar value to the contractor and they have no obligation to tell community leaders/police who they are placing in US towns and cities.

The only way for real reform of how the US admits refugees is to remove the contractors/propagandists from the process.

Two US refugee Islamic terrorists, caught earlier, are back in the news

Repeatedly we are told by the refugee industry propagandists variously that no refugees admitted to the US have committed terrorist acts, or no Americans have died at the hands of refugees, or that none caught had planned to hurt Americans (just wanted to commit their violence on foreign soil).  There is always a clarifying comment that the average recipient of the line doesn’t know to inquire about that is somehow supposed to mitigate the refugee’s actions.

Back in December of last year we gave you ten cases of refugees, some actually committed their act on US soil, or were apprehended BEFORE they could carry out violence in the name of Allah. One of those cases involved two Iraqi refugee terrorists.

Kentucky refugee terrorist

In that post and many previous ones you had heard about Mohanad Shareef Hammadi, an Iraqi Islamic terrorist, who had surprise! lied on his refugee application (said he was not a jihadist in Iraq).  Doing life in prison (at YOUR expense) he attempted to have his sentence vacated, but his motion was denied this past week.

See here at WBKO. (Hat tip: Joanne) Bowling Green is Senator Rand Paul’s hometown.

When this case first came to light, Paul was a leading Senate critic of the US Refugee Admissions Program, but he eventually dropped his concern in the run-up to his 2016 presidential campaign. (Search RRW for Rand Paul and see what I mean.)

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – A convicted terrorist, who was living in Bowling Green at the time of his arrest has a motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence denied by a federal judge.

Mohanad Shareef Hammadi. The arrest of Hammadi and his co-conspirator turned the Obama US Refugee Admissions Program on its head in 2011 and all Iraqis entering the US were supposedly re-screened.

Mohanad Shareef Hammadi pleaded guilty in 2012 to conspiring to ship thousands in cash, machine guns, rifles, grenades and shoulder-fired missiles to al-Qaida in Iraq.

He was sentenced to life in prison, which was affirmed on appeal.

A Magistrate judge said none of Hammadi’s arguments merited relief and his motion was denied. Hammadi objected to that opinion. The court agreed earlier this week to the Magistrate Judge’s opinion, with the exception of what it calls a single and ultimately insignificant factual mistake.

Think about how much refugee Hammadi is costing US taxpayers.

Do you think his expenses will ever be included in any of those phony-baloney economic studies (Cato?) of how refugees benefit America?  Nope!

Illinois refugee terrorist

Another case of a refugee wannabe terrorist in the news this week involves a Bosnian refugee first arrested in 2015 (see my report at the time).  And, never forget, it was Bill Clinton with the help of his Director of the ORR (Lavinia Limon) responsible for tens of thousands of Bosnian Muslims admitted to the US.

Also pay attention to the fact that this woman was working at a major airport when arrested.

Resettlement contractors*** are busy near any major city finding work for newly arrived refugees at AIRPORTS!

From ABC 7 News:

(Hat tip: Cathy)

Mediha Medy Salkicevic. Shock of shocks, this ABC News account of the Bosnian’s defense uses the ‘R’ word twice—refugee! Ten years ago, even 5 years ago, you would have to guess about her immigration status.

SCHILLER PARK, Ill. (WLS) —
Invoking an unusual defense, the I-Team has learned that a west suburban woman and five associates accused of aiding ISIS say they were engaged in “legitimate warfare.”

Mediha Medy Salkicevic, a mother of four from Schiller Park, was arrested in February 2015 on charges of conspiring to provide material support and resources to terrorists and providing material support to terrorists, including the Islamic State and al-Qaida in Iraq.

Investigators say Salkicevic, a Bosnian Muslim refugee, wanted to “bury unbelievers alive” and bring death to infidels.

When she was arrested the I-Team reported that Salkicevic, 37, was working at an O’Hare airport cargo company.

***Federal contractors/middlemen/propagandists/lobbyists/community organizers paid by you to place refugees in your towns and cities (and to find them jobs at places like airports!).

Because their income is largely dependent on taxpayer dollars based on the number of refugees admitted to the US, they work very hard to tamp down any negative refugee news, especially news about Muslim refugees as jihadists.

The only way for real reform of how the US admits refugees is to remove the contractors/propagandists from the process.

Australia deal: Dumb then, dumb now, and will be dumber still in October

Does anyone other than me find it ironic that Australia has gone ballistic (as they should) over one of their upstanding citizens being shot to death in Minneapolis by a Somali police officer (former refugee), yet the Australian government wants to send us even more Somali ‘refugees’ that they have themselves rejected?

Immigration Minister Peter Dutton fully expects Trump to take their rejected boat people in the new fiscal year. You gotta see what Dutton says about illiterate ‘refugees’ here: http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/671501/Minister-migrants-illiterate-Peter-Dutton-Immigration-Minister-australia

As I have been trying to hammer-home to readers, don’t get bogged down in the legal minutia regarding the 120-day moratorium and the back and forth between the rogue Hawaiian judge (on behalf of refugee contractors and their ilk) and the Supreme Court (that has gone way beyond its constitutional authority on refugees).

What is important is what President Donald Trump DETERMINES in September is the right number and the right ethnic groups to ‘welcome’ to the US in fiscal year 2018 (begins October 1, 2017).

By law, in September, the President sends his ‘determination’ for FY18 to The Hill for CONSULTATION.

If this year is like the previous 35 years, Congress will rubber stamp what the President sends (except LOL! they won’t rubber stamp zero!).

See below that the Australian government is now counting on a return to normal for the UN/US Refugee Admissions Program(USRAP) for October.  They fully expect Trump to continue with the “dumb deal” Obama made in the waning weeks of his presidency and put these Australian rejects in his determination letter and report to Congress.

We expect the President to stick with his campaign promises and get this monster under control. This Executive Order mess isn’t what we had in mind when we voted for Donald Trump, and he can’t possibly think this short (chaotic) hiatus will solve any longstanding problems with the USRAP.

From AP at ABC News:

Australia disappointed by delay in US refugee resettlement

I have to laugh! In the first paragraph we are reminded by AP that these are Australia’s rejects!

AP at ABC News (emphasis is mine):

MANUS ISLAND DETENTION CENTRE: If Donald Trump goes through with the “dumb deal” these men from mostly Muslim countries will be placed (without your knowledge) in a town near you just to save the political neck of the present Australian government.

Australia was disappointed that hundreds of its rejected refugees would not begin resettling in the United States this month under a deal that predates President Donald Trump’s administration, an official said on Friday.

President Barack Obama’s administration agreed to accept up to 1,250 refugees among hundreds of asylum seekers — mostly from Iran, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka*** — who have been languishing for up to four years in immigration camps on the impoverished Pacific island nations of Papua New Guinea and Nauru.

Immigration and Border Protection Minister Peter Dutton said Australia wanted the refugees to start moving in July, but the United States had already filled its 50,000 refugee quota for the current fiscal year.

“We’re disappointed that they haven’t been able to move this month, which was my hope, but their new program year starts on Oct. 1, and we’re working with both the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security to ensure that we can get people off as quickly as possible,” Dutton told reporters.

[….]

Dutton said he was determined to close the men-only camp on Manus Island in Papua New Guinea by the end of October. [Men-only camp for up four years! And they will be free to roam in Your Town, USA!—ed]

Asylum seekers on Manus who were rejected by the United States would be transferred to Nauru, who will remain open indefinitely.

Rarely mentioned is the fact that 1,900 illegal aliens have been awarded a settlement which amounts to about $35,000 per head.

Australia last month reached a settlement of 90 million Australian dollars ($68 million) with more than 1,900 asylum seekers who sued over their treatment on Manus.

Australia "dumb deal" looks dead for now

How did a Reuters reporter get tipped off that the deal was fizzling?

Some men in Australian detention centers are talking to the press.

By a ‘refugee’ with a pipeline to western media!
Makes you wonder if these ‘refugees’ will be trouble-makers if they ever get to America.
This news should not come as a shock since we did reach the 50,000 CEILING last week (for FY17) and these ‘refugees’ likely have no “bona fide relationships” with anyone in America or with federal contractors (except maybe the IRC could claim a relationship?).

The story is from AAP (Australia Associated Press):

US officials interviewing refugees held in an Australian-run offshore detention centre have left the facility abruptly, throwing further doubt over a plan to resettle many of the detainees in America.

US officials halted screening interviews and departed the Pacific island of Nauru on Friday, two weeks short of their scheduled timetable and a day after Washington said the United States had reached its annual refugee intake cap.

“US (officials) were scheduled to be on Nauru until July 26 but they left on Friday,” one refugee told Reuters, requesting anonymity as he did not want to jeopardise his application for US resettlement.

In the United States, a senior member of the union that represents refugee officers at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a Department of Homeland Security agency, told Reuters his own trip to Nauru was not going forward as scheduled.

[….]

The Australian Immigration Department declined to comment on the whereabouts of the US officials or the future of a refugee swap agreement between Australia and the United States, which President Donald Trump earlier this year branded a “dumb deal”.

An indefinite postponement of the deal would have significant repercussions for Australia’s pledge to close a second detention centre on Papua New Guinea’s Manus island on October 31.

Only 70 refugees, less than 10 per cent of the total detainees held in the camp, have completed US processing.

Sure Malcolm, you got a deal! The US will take over 1,000 of your rejected asylum seekers (mostly from terror-producing Muslim countries) and you will take some undetermined number of Central Americans, mostly Catholics, who are not refugees and who are safe in Costa Rica—what a deal!

“The US deal looks more and more doubtful,” Ian Rintoul from the Refugee Action Coalition said.

Former US President Obama agreed a deal with Australia late last year to offer refuge to up to 1250 asylum seekers.

[On the backs of US taxpayers!—ed]

The Trump administration said it would only honour the deal to maintain a strong relationship with Australia, and then only on condition that refugees satisfied strict checks.

[On the backs of communities that must absorb these men from terror hot spots—ed]

In exchange, Australia has pledged to take Central American refugees from a centre in Costa Rica, where the United States has taken in a larger number of people in recent years.

[Any fake refugees in Costa Rica are not our problem—ed]

The swap is designed, in part, to help Australia close both Manus and Nauru, which are expensive to run and have been widely criticised by the United Nations and others over treatment of detainees.

[And American taxpayers and communities get the short end of the stick—ed]

[….]

The majority of the detainees interviewed on both Manus and Nauru by US officials in April are from Sudan, Somalia and Afghanistan.

More here at AAP.

This is wrong, wrong, wrong!

As early as 2012 I testified to the US State Department that the US Refugee Admissions Program should not be used to solve extracurricular diplomatic problems around the world.
Only legitimate refugees in need of humanitarian assistance should be considered for the program.  Instead we repeatedly move certain people (including troublemakers! Uzbeks for instance!) around the world for reasons other than humanitarian ones and that is wrong!
This is what I said (beginning in 2012) in Ten Reasons there should be a MORATORIUM!

7)   Congress needs to specifically disallow the use of the refugee program for other purposes of the US Government, especially using certain refugee populations to address unrelated foreign policy objectives—Uzbeks, Kosovars, Meshketians and Bhutanese (Nepalese) people come to mind.

Now it is mostly Muslims held in Australian detention centers we might be bringing to your towns!
Why should helping Australian Prime Minister Turnbull get off a political hook be solved on the backs of US taxpayers?

And why should American communities be saddled with these questionable people as neighbors?
I ask that of the Trump White House and the Heritage Foundation, here, where their expert on refugees seems to see this (diplomacy) as a legitimate purpose of the USRAP—see five reasons the USRAP is good for America as a tool for diplomacy.
See all of my previous posts on the Australia “dumb deal” by clicking here.
Write to the White House.  Today you can encourage the President to kill this deal altogether!

Hungarian PM Orban says that EU following Soros' migration plan

He also suggests Italy will soon attempt to close its borders.  I won’t hold my breath on that one, political correctness has most of Europe by the short hairs.
Invasion of Europe news…..

One of many NGO ships bringing African migrants to Italy. http://www.breitbart.com/london/2017/05/31/italian-populist-leader-slams-eu-ngo-funding-planning-migrant-crisis/

From Breitbart London (which has been doing a great job of reporting on the invasion):

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has claimed the European Union are implementing migration plans designed by left-wing billionaire Geroge Soros to bring in a million migrants per year to Europe with the help of his army of NGOs.

Orbán claimed the EU and Soros wish to bring in the one million migrants annually to create an EU immigration force to undermine the national sovereignty of member states, Die Presse reports.

Hungarian Prime Minister Orban: Soros is to blame for invasion of Europe.

According to Orbán, many heads of government across Europe agree with his government’s policy on migration but will only say so in private. He also said that because of the recent surge of migration into Italy, he expected the southern European nation could soon join Hungary and others in wanting to secure their national borders.

The Italian government have already made several steps toward securing their border after they saw 13,500 migrants arrive by naval vessels and NGO rescue ships in a 48-hour period. The NGO ships have been accused by Italian prosecutors of cooperating with people smugglers and Italy has even threatened to close its ports to their boats if the traffic continues at the same pace.

Orbán also mentioned former Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi who once warned that if his government should fall, then millions of people would flood Europe from Africa. The Hungarian prime minister said that although Gaddafi was no democratic ruler, Western interventionism in Libya was partly responsible for the current crisis.

BTW, it was Soros’ pal Hillary Clinton who is responsible for getting Gaddafi out of the way, see here. Watch her laugh like a mad woman!

Come on Donald! You visited Poland, now invite Viktor Orban to the White House and give him a lavish state dinner—make the heathen rage!

Tell the President, here, to invite the brave Orban to the White House!  Soros might be a friend of your son-in-law, but he is not your friend.
All of my ‘Invasion of Europe’ news is here.  The archive extends back to about 2011.
