Two US refugee Islamic terrorists, caught earlier, are back in the news

Repeatedly we are told by the refugee industry propagandists variously that no refugees admitted to the US have committed terrorist acts, or no Americans have died at the hands of refugees, or that none caught had planned to hurt Americans (just wanted to commit their violence on foreign soil).  There is always a clarifying comment that the average recipient of the line doesn’t know to inquire about that is somehow supposed to mitigate the refugee’s actions.

Back in December of last year we gave you ten cases of refugees, some actually committed their act on US soil, or were apprehended BEFORE they could carry out violence in the name of Allah. One of those cases involved two Iraqi refugee terrorists.

Kentucky refugee terrorist

In that post and many previous ones you had heard about Mohanad Shareef Hammadi, an Iraqi Islamic terrorist, who had surprise! lied on his refugee application (said he was not a jihadist in Iraq).  Doing life in prison (at YOUR expense) he attempted to have his sentence vacated, but his motion was denied this past week.

When this case first came to light, Paul was a leading Senate critic of the US Refugee Admissions Program, but he eventually dropped his concern in the run-up to his 2016 presidential campaign. (Search RRW for Rand Paul and see what I mean.)

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WBKO) – A convicted terrorist, who was living in Bowling Green at the time of his arrest has a motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence denied by a federal judge.

Mohanad Shareef Hammadi. The arrest of Hammadi and his co-conspirator turned the Obama US Refugee Admissions Program on its head in 2011 and all Iraqis entering the US were supposedly re-screened.

Mohanad Shareef Hammadi pleaded guilty in 2012 to conspiring to ship thousands in cash, machine guns, rifles, grenades and shoulder-fired missiles to al-Qaida in Iraq.

He was sentenced to life in prison, which was affirmed on appeal.

A Magistrate judge said none of Hammadi’s arguments merited relief and his motion was denied. Hammadi objected to that opinion. The court agreed earlier this week to the Magistrate Judge’s opinion, with the exception of what it calls a single and ultimately insignificant factual mistake.

Think about how much refugee Hammadi is costing US taxpayers. 

Do you think his expenses will ever be included in any of those phony-baloney economic studies (Cato?) of how refugees benefit America?  Nope!

Illinois refugee terrorist

Another case of a refugee wannabe terrorist in the news this week involves a Bosnian refugee first arrested in 2015 (see my report at the time).  And, never forget, it was Bill Clinton with the help of his Director of the ORR (Lavinia Limon) responsible for tens of thousands of Bosnian Muslims admitted to the US.

Also pay attention to the fact that this woman was working at a major airport when arrested.

Resettlement contractors*** are busy near any major city finding work for newly arrived refugees at AIRPORTS!

Mediha Medy Salkicevic. Shock of shocks, this ABC News account of the Bosnian’s defense uses the ‘R’ word twice—refugee! Ten years ago, even 5 years ago, you would have to guess about her immigration status.

SCHILLER PARK, Ill. (WLS) —
Invoking an unusual defense, the I-Team has learned that a west suburban woman and five associates accused of aiding ISIS say they were engaged in “legitimate warfare.”

Mediha Medy Salkicevic, a mother of four from Schiller Park, was arrested in February 2015 on charges of conspiring to provide material support and resources to terrorists and providing material support to terrorists, including the Islamic State and al-Qaida in Iraq.

Investigators say Salkicevic, a Bosnian Muslim refugee, wanted to “bury unbelievers alive” and bring death to infidels.

When she was arrested the I-Team reported that Salkicevic, 37, was working at an O’Hare airport cargo company.

***Federal contractors/middlemen/propagandists/lobbyists/community organizers paid by you to place refugees in your towns and cities (and to find them jobs at places like airports!).

Because their income is largely dependent on taxpayer dollars based on the number of refugees admitted to the US, they work very hard to tamp down any negative refugee news, especially news about Muslim refugees as jihadists.

The only way for real reform of how the US admits refugees is to remove the contractors/propagandists from the process.

Another Muslim Bosnian refugee faces extradition, charged with war crimes against Christian civilians

We just told you yesterday about a Bosnian war criminal being extradited back to the Serbian part of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and now we have another one!
It appears that this woman, a former prison guard, also allegedly lied to get into the US.
How many more Bosnian refugee frauds are out there from Bill Clinton’s war?

Azra Basic, just your friendly cake-baking refugee next door?

From Kentucky.com (hat tip: Robin).  This is a long story and I’ve only snipped a small portion of it, so read the whole thing.  Emphasis below is mine:

A woman accused of torture and murder in the bloody Bosnian civil war more than 20 years ago has lost another effort to avoid being extradited from Kentucky to stand trial.

Azra Basic did not prove that an earlier decision under which she could be taken to Bosnia violated the law or a treaty, chief U.S. District Judge Karen K. Caldwell ruled Thursday.

Basic’s attorney, Patrick F. Nash, said Basic denies committing war crimes against civilians.

Basic will continue fighting to avoid extradition, with the next step being an appeal to the U.S. 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, Nash said.

Nash also cited the historical enmity between Serbs and Muslim Croatians such as Basic.

“The danger of sending a Muslim Croatian into such a heavily Serbian area … there’s obvious concern there,” Nash said in an interview. “Is there a fear of unfairness? Sure.”

She is charged with participating in horrific crimes.

Caldwell’s decision said Basic allegedly supervised Croat forces that took dozens of ethnic Serbian civilians hostage in 1992.

Witnesses said she took part in horrific conduct, including killing one man by stabbing him in the throat, then forcing other prisoners to drink his blood; torturing a prisoner with pliers; forcing a man to drink gas and then setting his face on fire; and carving symbols into the skin of prisoners.

What were those symbols she is accused of carving into prisoners (into their foreheads)?  An earlier New York Times story tells us.

Imagine what these long drawn-out legal cases (including incarceration) involving refugee liars cost the US taxpayer!

…..and surprise! surprise! lied on his application for refugee status.

The US State Department is quick to say that refugees are thoroughly screened before arriving in the US, don’t believe them.   The case of Almaz Nezirovic is not the first case of refugee fraud we have reported over the years.

ROANOKE, Va. –

A former Bosnian prison guard who lived in Roanoke and is accused of war crimes against Serbian prisoners has been sent back to Bosnia.

Almaz Nezirovic, 54, was extradited back to Bosnia on Wednesday.

He is accused of committing war crimes against civilians between April and July 1992 during the Bosnian War.

Bosnian officials believe that Nezirovic beat unarmed civilian prisoners.

“This included allegedly stripping victims naked, beating them severely with a club, and forcing them to eat grass on which others had urinated,” according to a statement from the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Virginia.

After the war in the former Yugoslavia ended in 1995, Nezirovic sought refugee status in the United States, where he later applied for a green card and to become a naturalized U.S. citizen.

Nezirovic was originally arrested in June 2011 and charged with two counts of naturalization fraud. Those charges stemmed from false statements about his wartime activities and other conduct during his citizenship application.

We first posted on this case in 2011, here, so imagine what this investigation, incarceration and trial has cost the US taxpayer!  I think there should be a law that when refugees go through the criminal justice system, the US State Department budget should pay the costs.  I know that is still taxpayer money, but maybe it would help alert everyone to the fact that the State Department really doesn’t know who the hell they are sending to unsuspecting towns.

Roanoke

Roanoke, VA has had its share of charming refugees.  Remember the 2009 case of 4 African refugees plotting to kidnap local rich women! 
We also had a 2008 story about tensions building between the local African American community and their new African brethren being resettled there.

By the way, it was Bill Clinton who brought in the over 100,000 mostly Muslim Bosnians to America!
It seems that the US Conference of Catholic Bishops/Catholic Charities is responsible for changing Roanoke.  Don’t ask me why they have two offices there largely paid for by you!

Update on the Bosnian Muslim refugees recently arrested in US on terrorism charges

The St. Louis Post Dispatch has a really long and detailed story of its investigation into the Bosnians arrested here in February. Reporter Robert Patrick does the kind of investigative report we rarely see anymore.

I have no time today to go through it with you, read it all here.

Remember that it was Bill Clinton who admitted as many as 100,000 Bosnians to America during his administration—laborers for his meatpacking buddies.

Notice that everytime we have a war, or even some other countries have wars (like Syria!), the UN, the US State Department and its resettlement contractors have another excuse for America to haul in more supposed ‘war’ refugees!

Are Bill Clinton’s chickens coming home to roost?

And, just at a time when the State Department is telling anyone who will listen that we screen refugees really, really well, did I say really! well in the push to bring in the Syrian Muslims.

So how did so many war criminals (on all sides of the war) get into the US as refugees?  They simply lied! 

Eager to bring them in so that the resettlement contractors*** would have paid work (and the meatpackers would get cheap labor), we flung open America to over 100,000 of them.  Be sure to see Clinton’s gift to BIG MEAT, here.  This from a 2001 Agribusiness publication:

In fact, the meatpacking industry has a history of recruiting on the ground in Yugoslavia. But during the Clinton years, companies like IBP haven’t had to travel that far.   [IBP was taken over by Tyson Foods—ed]

Since 1995, the Clinton INS has resettled over 80,000 Balkan refugees, mainly Bosnian Muslims, primarily in America’s Midwest.

WASHINGTON — Immigration officials are moving to deport at least 150 Bosnians living in the United States who they believe took part in war crimes and “ethnic cleansing” during the bitter conflict that raged in the former Yugoslavia in the 1990s.

In all, officials have identified about 300 immigrants who they believe concealed their involvement in wartime atrocities when they came to the United States as part of a wave of Bosnian war refugees fleeing the violence there. With more records from Bosnia becoming available, the officials said the number of suspects could eventually top 600.

“The more we dig, the more documents we find,” said Michael MacQueen, an Immigration and Customs Enforcement historian who has led many investigations in the agency’s war crimes section. The accused immigrants, many of them former soldiers from Bosnia, include a soccer coach in Virginia, a metal worker in Ohio and four hotel casino workers in Las Vegas.

When more than 120,000 Bosnian refugees began applying for American visas in the mid-1990s, they were required to disclose military service or other allegiances that might have suggested involvement in war crimes. But the system relied largely on the honesty of the applicants, and there was little effort to verify their statements.  [And we are doing the same thing today with Syrians—taking their word—ed.]

All are being investigated—Serbs, Croats and Bosnian Muslims

With a stepped-up focus on Bosnia since the arrest of Mr. Boskic in Boston, immigration officials say a total of 64 Balkan immigrants with ties to war crimes have left the United States after being expelled through legal proceedings or fleeing while under investigation. While most of the cases involve Bosnian Serbs, officials have also taken action against Bosnian Muslims and Croats who they believe participated in attacks against Serbs — a reflection, officials say, of their willingness to pursue Bosnian offenders of all types.
