Montana writer: "…the U.S. to become welfare agency for the whole world."

Unfortunately this is one of those days where I have too many demands on my time to be able to write much.

Miliband and Hillary 'vibrant'
David Miliband, the former British Foreign Secretary (and bff Hillary), is the CEO of the International Rescue Committee which wants to seed Montana with third worlders. See Hillary’s big “crush” on Miliband, here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/11/16/does-hillary-clinton-have_n_359649.html

But, definitely wanted you to see this excellent opinion piece in the Montana Standard about the proposal to re-open refugee resettlement in the state of Montana.
As you know, Wyoming has never had a program, see our recent post by clicking here, but Montana had a tiny program that died nearly eight years ago.  Open borders activists are working now to re-open big sky country to third worlders.
This is Paul Nachman, a Montana citizen activist, who knows just how the program works and opposes it for the state.  Use this piece for guidance when writing letters-to-the-editor where you live.
Montana Standard:

First, refugee resettlement in the U.S. is hardly the work of private, sacrificial charity that one might expect from the names — such as Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, and Episcopal Migration Ministries — of prominent national “voluntary agencies,” or “volags,” involved.

Nachman goes on to discuss the International Rescue Committee (the refugee contractor that would like to open its doors in Montana), fraud in the program, and the expansion of the definition of who is a ‘refugee.’

Missoula, Montana! Beware! Refugees could soon be on the way

Forty eight states resettle refugees. Wyoming has no refugee program. However, over the years a trickle have gone to Montana. All that could soon change if a supposed ‘non-profit’ group hooks up with the refugee resettlement behemoth, the International Rescue Committee to open an office in Missoula.

Stacy Rye
Stacy Rye, a new member of the county council signed off on the letter expressing support for a refugee resettlement office in Missoula. Photo: http://missoulian.com/news/local/stacy-rye-selected-as-next-missoula-county-commissioner/article_41659d02-f171-537f-8a3e-d53ca7b2f258.html

The local city council has already expressed interest in pursuing the idea of bringing 100 refugees a year to ‘Big Sky Country.’
And, as all of you living in refugee-overloaded communities know—you do not get to control how many refugees will come!
They might say 100 now, but I guarantee it will be 200, 300, more, as each year passes. And, the reason for that is that the “seed” families will be able to bring their relatives and it never ends!  If your community complains later you will be vilified for wanting to stop “family reunification!”

I am here to tell you Montana, that once the seeds of resettlement are planted in the state there will be no stopping it!

Here is the story at NBC Montana:

MISSOULA, Mont. –
Missoula residents could possibly see a refugee resettlement office in the future. Missoula County commissioners signed off on a letter of support on Thursday. The letter outlines supporting approximately 100 refugees per year.

A group of residents is working to bring the International Rescue Committee to Missoula. The IRC helps provide health care, learning and economic support for people in more than 40 countries. They resettle thousands of refugees each year in 26 U.S. cities.

“I can’t imagine families in the world not having another place to go, and they can’t go home, and the U.S. is the land of opportunity,” said Missoula County Commissioner Stacy Rye.

Rye signed a letter along with the other commissioners showing support for a group of volunteers in Missoula called Soft Landing, who are working to bring refugees to the area.

“Being on the positive side of things, where you can affect the positive change in lives is hugely important,” said Mary Poole, with Soft Landing.

Soft Landing is working through an application process with the IRC.

Mary Poole, Soft Landing, is working with the IRC to bring the first 100 refugees to Montana. Her organization will receive payment on a per head basis from the IRC, a federal contractor (your tax dollars). The International Rescue Committee, a half a billion dollar a year organization, headquartered in New York City and headed by David Miliband, the former British Foreign Secretary and bff Hillary Clinton and George Soros will be calling the shots for Montana!  See our massive archive on the IRC by clicking here (find out who you are getting in bed with!).
Miliband is calling for the resettlement of 100,000 Syrian refugees to be admitted to the US in the next year.  Do you really believe he will not bring any to Montana???
Montana readers must immediately contact all of your elected officials and tell them NO!  The most important thing you need to make clear to them is that even if they say only 100 will come to Montana, they are lying!

Local county councils have NO authority to set the number!

If you live somewhere else in the country and are experiencing horrific refugee overload problems, please take a few minutes and write to the Missoula County Commissioners, and politely explain why they should not go down this road!
Maybe the Commissioners could call the mayor of Amarillo, TX and he could explain what happened to them and how they now can’t slow the flow.
Or, they might call the mayor of Manchester, NH, Springfield, MA, or Lewiston, ME.  And, last I heard the mayor of Athens, Georgia kept the IRC out!
They are running out of ‘welcoming’ communities and unsuspecting communities like Missoula, Montana are in their crosshairs!
We have written about Montana previously, click here for older posts.

Foreign operatives and foreign-owned businesses changing America by changing the people

The Wall Street Journal’s Miriam Jordan gives us a peak inside the employment services that the nine major refugee resettlement contractors offer American businesses.
I just want to scream when I see stories like this—what about Americans who might like to own a small business or need work?
Everyone working in ‘pockets of resistance’ must begin to expose the businesses in your city and state that work with refugee contractors to displace American workers. And, don’t forget the Chamber of Commerce!  It is all about keeping wages low!

miliband-clinton_1499649c
David Miliband, the former British Foreign Secretary (bff Hillary) is changing America by changing the people as CEO of the financially largest US refugee resettlement contractor. He wants 100,000 Syrians in here by the end of Obama’s term.

And, then be sure to find out which elected officials are receiving campaign donations from those same businesses—expose them!
You also must check out the Office of Refugee Resettlement’s micro-enterprise loan program which gives grants to contractors like the International Rescue Committee so they can be big shots and hand those loans out to their refugee ‘clients.’ The story says that the IRC is dishing out $4 million in loans to refugees, but if you could ever get to the bottom line, I will bet you find that most of the $4 million comes through federal and state taxpayers’ pockets.
See the story at the Wall Street Journal and take note of the businesses in Ohio and Kentucky that are working with a federal resettlement contractor to get the cheap refugee labor.  It is all the more galling when you know the cheap hourly wages are being supplemented with your welfare dollars in the form of subsidized housing, Medicaid, and food stamps.

BIG MEAT!

Jordan mentions JBS Swift & Co. hiring refugees in the Louisville, KY area.  Swift is a Brazilian-owned company.

Swift CEO is Andre Nogueira a Brazilian, changing America by changing the people! See all others who are helping bring refugee laborers to your towns. http://jbssa.com/about/leadership/

Think about it, a Brazilian company is changing your American town by bringing in cheap immigrant/refugee laborers with the help of federal government supposedly ‘religious’ refugee contractors!
Click here to see where Swift & Co. is operating (and changing your community).
We first learned about the impact of meat packing in conjunction with the refugee industry here in 2008 when we learned about Bill Clinton bringing Bosnian ‘refugee’ labor to Iowa!
I was told repeatedly for years that meatpacking wages were excellent and American workers were very happy with the work until the industry discovered first cheap illegal immigrant labor and then legal immigrant labor, so I took a few minutes (and it only took a few!) to find out that it is factual—wages in meatpacking were excellent BEFORE the 1980’s.
(Related? Remember Hillary’s special little gig involving Tyson Foods)
Really someone should write a book:

How the meatpacking industry demographically destroyed America!

So check this out.  Here is some information (and I will bet there is much more if someone really looked into it!) about how wages declined when the industry (now monopolized by four major companies) discovered CHEAP immigrant labor.

The average wage of animal slaughterers and processors remained comparatively strong from the 1960s through the early 1980s. The average wage earned by a meat packing employee during the 60s and 70s was 14-18 percent higher than their counterpart in the larger U.S. manufacturing sector. The peak average hourly wage of a meat packing employee during this period was nearly $20 an hour when adjusted for inflation.  [Remember Jordan reports that the refugees in KY are making about $10 an hour today—ed]

[….]

The 1980s were a transitional decade for America’s meat packing industry. Developments such as improved distribution channels allowed meat packing companies to move out of urban, union-dominated centers and relocate to rural areas closer to livestock feedlots. New industry powerhouses like Iowa Beef Processors (IBP) sought to undercut the competition by operating on slim profit margins, increasing worker speed and productivity, and cutting labor costs.

Please remember readers that this is all about MONEY (Democrat voters, and erasing borders)!

Forget the BS about how bringing refugees to America is all about humanitarianism!

'Unbound Philanthropy' exposed as big donor behind open borders movement/refugee resettlement/Trump protests

Thanks to Ed for sending this great investigative piece by Lee Stranahan at Breitbart on Unbound Philanthropy and its big kahuna William Reeves (and wifey Debbie Berger).  What a coincidence too, the pair is from Hawaii (bff Obama?).

bill-reeves-house (1)
Update: Reeves and Bergers ‘house’ in Hawaii, thanks to Ed!   How many refugees could be housed here?

Stranahan tells us that when Trump was protested in Arizona and California a few months ago, the groups protesting were recipients of Reeves’ largess.
Know the enemy!  Read Stranahan’s article by clicking here.

We wrote about Reeves in 2011

Bill-Reeves
Know the enemy! Bill Reeves is bringing in the third world to colonize your towns, change our culture and make sure fewer low-skilled American citizens have jobs. http://www.thelearningcoalition.org/about-the-learning-coalition/our-founders/

I’m posting in full my post from February 2011.  I was most interested in the connection between Unbound Philanthropy’s role in helping create that damn Shelbyville, TN propaganda film that was used by the US State Department and others to promote more Somali migration to America.
We have come a long way in the last four years in understanding the massive money machine we are up against.
You will recognize the Migration Policy Institute (in Stranahan’s piece and mine) as one of the groups putting on that Georgetown gig, Jim Simpson and I attended here in October.

Unbound Philanthropy is also one of the organizers and funders of that big Open Borders pow-wow starting Sunday in New York, here.  They will have a whole session on exposing the likes of us!

Here is what I said in 2011 in a post entitled:

Unbound Philanthropy: an example of what we are up against…

…..and why the average American trying to maintain our culture and country through immigration control has a hard time fighting the battle.  The other side is rich and connected to big business (offshore money too!).

Yesterday as I searched for more information on the Migration Policy Institute, an organization that pretends to be a balanced nonpartisan think tank which just this week put out a report that goes after Sheriff’s in some counties overseeing the 287g program,  I came upon Unbound Philanthropy.  It is one of those private foundations used by the super wealthy to channel their excess funds (avoiding taxes by so doing) to pet charities and political projects.

In this case the rich guy is William Reeves of Hawaii:

William Reeves is a director and co-founder of BlueCrest Capital Management Ltd. Based in London, BlueCrest manages investments for a predominantly institutional investor base across 15 diverse funds. Until April 2000, when he left to establish BlueCrest, Mr. Reeves was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in London and head of macro strategy and trading within the proprietary trading group. Prior to that, Mr. Reeves was a fund manager at Salomon Brothers Asset Management Limited and at Fisher Francis Trees and Watts, with responsibility for managing leveraged capital. He has also worked for JP Morgan New York where, from 1991 to 1993, he was a Vice President in charge of a team managing the company’s leveraged multi-currency proprietary investment portfolio. Mr. Reeves is a US Trustee of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation. He holds an MA in Philosophy from New York University and a BA in English from Yale University. Mr. Reeves was born in Honolulu and raised in Richmond, Virginia where his parents were both educators.

Check out Unbound Philanthropy’s most recent Form 990.  This is a private foundation with a net worth approaching $100 million (note offshore accounts).  In 2008 Mr. Reeves donated $2,619,583 to the foundation (probably reducing his tax liability) to his mostly political projects.  He passed most of that  money through this foundation to a list of projects that include (among others):

The Tides Center (money scrubber supreme):  $250,000

Southern Poverty Law Center:  $150,000

American Immigration Law Foundation: $150,000

Center for American Progress (LOL! Pushing back against Hate Project):  $46,000

And, it looks like the big winner is the International Rescue Committee*** with three grants:  $150,000, $200,000, and $212,000

Debbie-Berger
Reeves’ wife Debbie Berger. http://www.thelearningcoalition.org/about-the-learning-coalition/our-founders/

On their website they brag about many more recent grants, including my favorite:

Mr. Reeves gave $85,000 in 2010 to Active Voice a San Francisco social change advocacy group to promote that damn propaganda film on Shelbyville, TN.

Also in 2010 he passed $500,000 through the Tides Foundation.  In 2009 he gave $150,000 to Media Matters (George Soros) and $240,000 to the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (ahhhhh!).   And, this is how I found Unbound Philanthropy in the first place, they (rich Mr. Reeves) gave the Migration Policy Institute $95,000 to study amnesty for “undocumented youth and women.”

It’s all legal of course, but the next time you hear whining from the pro-migration forces that this is all about the poor and the downtrodden, remember it isn’t.  It is about politics, about new immigrants as Democratic voters, and it’s about cheap labor for big business (like the meatpackers) and nannies and gardeners for rich people.

Just a reminder that David North of the Center for Immigration Studies summed it up well when he attended a recent meeting of the Migration Policy Institute:

It is useful to note that the pro-migration advocates, though allied with each other, come in three different groupings. There are the employers, who want lower wages; there are the ethnic organizations who say, in effect, “Let My People In”; and then there are the intellectuals [ed: read Leftists!], represented Thursday at a session of the foundation-supported Migration Policy Institute.

So our side (the immigration control side) is up against the big money and the hard left political machine using the average do-gooders and  immigrants as their foils.

A final question for Mr. Reeves:  If you are so interested in promoting social change (aka the redistribution of wealth), why not redistribute all your holdings now directly to the refugees and other poor immigrants being dropped off in our cities and towns by the US State Department and their federal contractors.   If the social justice Marxist one-worlders you are supporting win the political war in the US, they will be taking it from you or your heirs anyway.

Go here to the link for the Reeves’ Hawaiian home.  (LOL!  we assume it is in Hawaii but note that for “privacy concerns” its location is not given.
***International Rescue Committee is of course now headed by British former Foreign Secretary David Miliband and is one of nine major federal contractors raking in big bucks from your wallets (and rich elitists like Reeves!) and pushing Obama to admit 100,000 Syrian Muslims to be distributed to your towns!
I wonder that since Unbound Philanthropy works in the UK as well to agitate and organize against the ‘right wing,’ did they have any role in getting Miliband planted in NYC? Hmmmm!
Nine contractors (for new readers):
