NY Times parody includes editorial about Iraqi refugees

Just to show that RRW hasn’t become Somali Watch, I’ll put up a couple of posts on other refugee issues this morning before I get back to a slew of Somali stories.    Check out Radosh.net about the parody of the New York Times that was actually handed out in a couple of cities this week.

After eight years of the Onion and the Daily Show and Colbert and too many books and blogs to name, the old saw that liberals had no sense of humor had finally been banished. And then today, in the first big humor statement of the Obama era, the Yes Men produce a New York Times parody that actually parodies nothing but — quite unintentionally — dreary socialist agitprop.

The ‘parody’ includes an editorial about Iraqi refugees that includes all the talking points of the refugee industry, and I see nothing funny in it.   See what you think.

Alinskyism (Day 4)

Sorry it was a busy day yesterday so I didn’t get my Alinsky quote of the day up.  Here is one from “Rules for Radicals” the book that inspired Hillary Clinton, Bill Ayers and Barack Obama.  Alinsky was the ‘god’ father of the community organizing movement.   He dedicated this book to Lucifer:
