Just yesterday I told youabout how the Open Borders Left has in recent years been attempting to broaden the legal definition of refugee to include anyone running from almost anything! Refugees must prove they will be PERSECUTED if returned home.
Now, we see a German court attempting to reestablish the real definition of what constitutes a legal right to ask for asylum (now that Germany is completely overwhelmed with a migrant flow from Syria and elsewhere in the Middle East and from Africa). Uh-oh for judge Uta Strzyz! Does Germany have the equivalent of the Southern Poverty Law Center, if so, is she ready for the “hater” label? Pay attention to one extremely important difference between Germany and the United States when it comes to ‘refugees.’ Syrians will be in Germany on a TEMPORARY BASIS while we take Syrians PERMANENTLY. Once admitted to the US they do not go home (well, they might for vacation, but that is another story)! So the next time some refugee-pusher guilt-trips you by telling you that Germany is doing so much more, remind them of this fact.
From Deutsche Welle(Merely fleeing Syria does not mean one faces persecution there, the court said!):
Refugees from the Syrian conflict may not be entitled to automatic protection in Germany anymore, after a higher court in the northern city of Schleswig ruled that they could not be automatically defined as refugees under the United Nations convention.
Instead, the judge said Syrians who come to Germany should only be offered “subsidiary protection” – a designation under European law that means they are only entitled to stay in Germany one year, rather than three, and are not allowed to bring their families with them.
The key question was whether the refugees face political persecution. “There are no indications that the Syrian state puts everyone under general suspicion of belonging to the opposition,” judge Uta Strzyz told the court on Wednesday.
The issue has dogged Germany’s legal system for several months. In fall 2015, Syrians received full refugee status as defined by the 1951 UN Refugee Convention, but the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) changed its policy in March 2016, allowing them only subsidiary protection.

Every one of you should take a few minutes and read Dutch leader Geert Wilders’ final statement to the court that is seeking to convict him on hate speech charges. I’ve snipped a bit of it below.
In the US we still have our Constitutionally guaranteed freedom of speech because the founders understood that being able to freely speak about vital issues facing the country was the best way to keep chaos and violent conflict from tearing the country apart.
Granted there are far left organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Centerwho are seeking to silence you. Your response should be to speak up even more forcefully. (See SPLC will have a DC press conference this week, they use their free speech!) Every one of you who is concerned about immigration/refugees where you live and is working to expose problems must speak up!You MUST write a website, a blog, letters to the editor, a facebook page, or hold public meetings to get the information out while you can! LOL! You need to counter the fake news from the likes of CNN! And, if thousands of you are publishing your research and opinions, they can’t stop us all!
Sorry for the harangue! Here is Wilders (imagine living like he does, under 24 hour guard, because people want to kill you for what you say!):
When I decided to address you here today, by making a final statement in this trial against freedom of speech, many people reacted by telling me it is useless. That you, the court, have already written the sentencing verdict a while ago. That everything indicates that you have already convicted me. And perhaps that is true. Nevertheless, here I am. When one says Netherlands, one says freedom. And that is also true, perhaps especially, for those who have a different opinion than the establishment, the opposition. And our most important freedom is freedom of speech.

Incidentally, I wrote about KSM a couple of years agowhen I read Richard Miniter’s ‘Mastermind.’ I was most interested in the fact that the state of North Carolina was attracting a large Muslim population and was an important refugee resettlement state. Did you know KSM and others like him went to college in NC?
Now to the news that isn’t shocking, but it is a relief to see it in print and out of the mouth of a significant Islamic supremacist planner. From Paul Bedard at the Washington Examiner:

Consider this passage in the book, Enhanced Interrogation: Inside the Minds and Motives of the Islamic Terrorists Trying to Destroy America, where KSM reveals the plan to Mitchell:
He said the terror attacks were good, but the “practical” way to defeat America was through immigration and by outbreeding non-Muslims. He said jihadi-minded brothers would immigrate into the United States, taking advantage of the welfare system to support themselves while they spread their jihadi message. They will wrap themselves in America’s rights and laws for protection, ratchet up acceptance of Sharia law, and then, only when they were strong enough, rise up and violently impose Sharia from within. He said the brothers would relentlessly continue their attacks and the American people eventually would become so tired, so frightened, and so weary of war that they would just want it to end.
“Eventually,” KSM said, “America will expose her neck to us for slaughter.”
Since the attacks, and during President Obama’s two terms, Muslims from several countries that harbor terrorists have flooded into the U.S. And Obama has promised to open the borders for Syrian refugees whose backgrounds are difficult to investigate. President-elect Trump has vowed to reverse Obama’s plans.

Immigration activists are urging Obama to release them all before January 20th!
They are surging north by the tens of thousands since Trump won the Presidential election on November 8th. See news at Drudge yesterday,here. And it isn’t just Mexicans and Central Americans, as Pamela Geller told us heretwo days ago, that want to get in to America before Donald Trump is inaugurated. Next time you hear the Left whining about Jeff Sessions, Kris Kobach and Steve Bannon remember that President Barack Obama had Cecilia Muñoz (La Raza), and senior White House adviser Valerie Jarrett by his side for nearly 8 years working day and night to change US immigration policy and seed your towns with diversity. Now the pendulum swings back! Most are NOT REFUGEES! although most will be requesting asylum (and most are being cared for on the taxpayer’s dime).
While we focus so much energy on the UN/US Refugee Admissions Program, the asylum portion of the Refugee Act of 1980is going berserk! The Open Borders activists have latched on to it in order to make up for the numbers they might lose in the normal refugee program. I mentioned it recently when I wrote about Doris Meissner.
In the normal process we write about all the time, refugees are selected abroad and flown here on your dime (they are supposed to repay the airfare, but no one, outside the government, knows how much they do repay).
With asylum seekers, they get here on their own either by crossing the border illegally or illegally overstaying a visa and then requesting asylum, which is supposed to offer protection from PERSECUTION.
In either case legitimate “refugees” must prove that they fear persecution if returned home, according the 1951 Convention on refugees….
Article 1 of the Convention, as amended by the 1967 Protocol, defines a refugee as this:
“A person who owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of that country; or who, not having a nationality and being outside the country of his former habitual residence as a result of such events, is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to return to it..”
What has been happening is that the definition is being expanded (really by the Open Borders lobby and their media mouthpieces) beyond the idea of persecution to include anyone who is running from anything that makes them unhappy!
Bloomberg: Let all asylum-seekers go free before January 20th:
Now, back to the article that caught my eye a few days ago at Bloomberg (where else!): Obama being urged to let all asylum-seekers go free. But, remember! most of the tens of thousands of Unaccompanied Alien Children who entered the US illegally are already free to roam America!
Immigration advocates are asking the Obama administration to release thousands of detained Central American women and children who want asylum in the U.S., citing concerns that Donald Trump will deport them after his inauguration in January.
Representatives of groups including the Women’s Refugee Commission and the American Immigration Lawyers Association met with White House officials last week to discuss a host of immigration issues, including the fate of about 4,000 Central American detainees, some as young as two years old, who have fled violence in their home countries. They’re housed in jail-like facilities in Texas and Pennsylvania, some for more than a year, as they wait for the government to process their asylum pleas.
Immigration advocates want the president to either end the practice of detaining families altogether, as they’ve been requesting for years, or direct Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials to release families with a notice to appear before a judge on their own recognizance.
They are NOT refugees! But, see here below, that the media calls them that already. In order to be a refugee they must make an asylum claim and be granted asylum! In most states they are not eligible for welfare until the asylum claim has been approved.
The plight of the Central American refugees, who fled violence and gangs in their home countries, is one of several 11th-hour immigration conundrums Obama faces as he prepares for Trump to enter the White House. The Republican campaigned on promises to crack down on undocumented immigrants and to build a wall on the Mexican border, and immigration advocates fear a government that has struggled under Obama to humanely handle a crush of asylum-seekers at the southern border will turn markedly more hostile under his successor.

The vast majority of so-called ‘refugees’ invading Europe now are claiming asylum and are not legitimate refugees, and shouldn’t be referred to as ‘refugees’ until their claims have been approved.
That is the same thinking that got Europe into such deep trouble—the idea that one must welcome hordes of diversity in order to, what? still have enough people to buy cars or rent apartments, or require teachers—to fuel the economy. And, they pretty much say it in this article at a small town newspaper in Maine, to wipe our old white butts in nursing homes! But, it isn’t me saying this, it is an immigration lawyer whose livelihood depends on more immigration just as a used car salesman looking for refugees to sell to (not disparaging used car salesmen!) does, or a nursing home owner who is trying to get workers at the cheapest hourly wage he can get!
Here is the storyfrom Maine. ‘Lawyer, employer encourage hiring more refugees‘ which reports that refugees are now being spread out further from the normal resettlement sites in Maine (thanks to Catholic Charities).
“Why are we so old?” immigration attorney Jennifer Atkinson asked a small crowd gathered Nov. 16 for a talk about her work, hosted by the Camden Conference at Rockport Opera House.
“Look around…” she said. “We’re white. We’re so old because we’re so white.”
She put the area’s demographics bluntly, calling the Midcoast “a bastion of whiteness” within the oldest and whitest state in the country.

While some residents might be content with this, Atkinson said it doesn’t bode well for Maine’s economy or its future.
When you read these next lines consider this: I’m white and old enough to remember when the pressure on all of us college grads was to have ONLY two children or risk killing the planet. Guess who didn’t listen to that—the rest of the brown world didn’t listen! Heck we have 9/11 mastermind KSM telling interrogatorsthat they are going to take us over by outbreeding us!
Statistically speaking, there is a correlation between whiteness, oldness and slow population growth.

Who is taking care of the old white people in nursing homes?
I don’t have time to discuss the next section, but you should read it, here. It is about a nursing home owner who has figured out that he can hire refugee labor probably much cheaper than a Mainer. When making arguments about why they hire refugees they NEVER admit it is about the hourly wage. They could probably find Americans for this work if they paid a decent wage! But, that would mess up their bottomlines!
(Your tax dollars subsidize the family’s needs when wages are too low.)
LOL! Big business owners are always pretending they are doing God’s work by hiring refugees!
Having had some experience with nursing homes in recent years, any one of you considering finding one for your elderly family member, especially one with some form of dementia, make sure that all those caring for your loved one (no matter their skin color) SPEAK ENGLISH WELL. It is hard enough for the mentally impaired as it is, and they need to be able to communicate well with a nursing aid. Something as benign seeming as a urinary tract infection can kill if not detected in time.
Questions I want answered:
Why is that Leftwingers are always pushing for more population growth (to fuel the economy) when they must know that growth of that sort will necessarily bring some degradation of the environment—more cars, more roads, more houses, more school construction, less open space, etc? I don’t get it! If there is some Open Borders Leftwinger who would like to explain it to me and our readers, I would very much welcome a guest column.
And this too? Why all the yammering at whites to have only 2 kids, I don’t see any of you nagging the Arabs or the Africans to do the same thing.
