Who is Dmitry Orlov? And, is the end nigh for Germany?

Orlov, a Russian-born author of books that have caused some to call him a “collapsitarian,” says it sure looks like it.

I haven’t read Mr. Orlov’s books, but societies do collapse and have throughout history. So why not now?

Funny, I’ve been thinking about the situation, not just in Germany (Austria, Sweden too), but here over the last few days while busy with other duties, and have coincidentally also had a couple of people (in completely different spheres of my life) talk about the need to be prepared.   Then along comes Fred tonight sending me this blog post at ClubOrlov by one Dmitry Orlov with more food for thought.
I’ve snipped just a couple of paragraphs from Orlov’s essay entitled, ‘An Exit Strategy for Traitors’ about the coming collapse of Germany (who among our readers thinks the idea is truly nuts, that Germany could collapse—-not many I presume—well, except for maybe those in the refugee industrial complex who lurk here):

I find myself in a nightmare unable to wake up. Most people feel helpless and unwilling to accept the sad truth: we have been betrayed by everyone (except perhaps the police and the military) we entrusted with our safety and our hopes for the future. Even though the end of the global economy in its current form seemed a given to me, this kind of treason and ill intent to bring it all down took me by surprise. Among the twenty or so people I talked to about this in confidence, absolutely everyone is convinced that this is heading toward civil war—and fast! The only question remaining is whether the Germans start it, or the “refugees,” or some other party. We are one major terror attack away from sheer chaos. I have heard from several people connected to European security circles that the illegal weapons market is completely sold out, with many dealers holding on to their weapons for their own personal use. This is a rumour, but since we have been forced to depend on hearsay for any real information right now, I tend to believe it.

By now the best outcome is a civil war within months, reversing this development. The worst outcome is complete disintegration of European nations within the next few years, rendering large parts of the continent ungovernable. The divorce between the government and the people is almost complete by now. No sane person believes the press or the politicians.

I daresay that many reading these words see the same happening right here in the US.
Read it all and be sure to see the comments where many dismiss Orlov (while Orlov goes about his personal business of warning and gathering in what he needs to survive just in case) as “the rumour-mongering of a far-right fantasist.”  But, tell me what is the downside of working to head off such a possibility right here in the US? It seems to me we should believe our eyes as we watch Europe floundering and do what we need to do here.  I don’t see a downside to being prepared, do you?

Catholic Charities begins resettling Syrian Muslims in Louisiana

Remember we learned that 97% of the Syrians entering the US so far are Sunni Muslims.  Heretofore, Louisiana has not been a top resettlement target (but the feds and Catholic Charities are always out scouting for new territory!).

Refugees migrating from Syria and Afghanistan have begun to arrive in the New Orleans area.

Catholic Charities, which is part of the Archdiocese of New Orleans has taken in two Syrian refugee families and is expecting many more.

There are approximately 180 cities in the country that are eligible to accept some 10,000 Syrian refugees. In Louisiana, those cities include Metairie, Baton Rouge and Lafayette.

The Syrian refugees are first flown to the United States, with the State Department paying the International Organization for Migration for the airfare.

Once the refugees arrive in the country, they receive assistance in settling and finding employment in the area.

It’s believed the FBI and the Joint Terrorism Task Force will run the incoming refugees through a Terrorist Screening Center.

Catholic Charities has targeted services for helping refugees, and has received a federal grant from the U.S. Department of State/Bureau of Population, Refugees and Migration to assist the newcomers.

The real story about refugee protest in Idaho! Bring it on SPLC!

Perhaps you saw this story featured on Drudge sometime in the last few days (I’ve been out of commission, so am just getting to it).
Well, here is the “real story” from Idaho, the one the Left and the mainstream media won’t be telling you.
And, the message from Idahoan Vicky Davis is don’t shrink from attacks by the Southern Poverty Law Center—welcome them!

After reading the Raw Story titled Militia Warns Against Refugee Invasion (linked from Drudge Report last night ) about the III% March against the Refugee Resettlement Program in Boise last Sunday, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that they pulled out their boilerplate story changed a few variables, took a quote out of context, emphasized it and published their smear piece.

They drew their slant from the story published on the Southern Poverty Law Center’s website: III Percenters Ride Wave of Islamophobia in Idaho to Lead Anti-Refugee Protests. Because the Raw Story website and the SPLC have painted the III% with a brush they don’t deserve, TVOI News is going to tell the REAL Raw Story – the story behind the story that you will never see in the mainstream media.

The name of the III% event was March against the Refugee Resettlement PROGRAM. Why are the III% marching against the program? Because the program is redistributing massive numbers of people from war torn areas like Syria where the people cannot be properly vetted as Michael Steinbach, Director of the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division testified to in a Congressional hearing last February. [Actually now the Director of the FBI, James Comey himself has testified in Congress that the Syrians cannot be properly vetted—ed]

First to correct the record, the III% of Idaho is not a militia. They support and exercise their 2nd Amendment right to carry firearms and most of the men are veterans. They know how to use their weapons and they are prepared to do so only when necessary. They are law abiding citizens that are more properly characterized as Minutemen, Minutewomen, Minutechildren and MinuteSenior Citizens who stand ready to defend our country and our way of life from all enemies both foreign and domestic. Brandon Curtiss, the President of the group is a former police officer. The III% is not anti-government, they are pro-good government and anti-corrupt government right in line with the thinking of the majority of Americans.

There is no need to dwell on the falsehoods of the Raw Story and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Their reputation precedes them. It’s becoming a badge of honor among the right to be targeted by the Southern Poverty Law Center. It means you’re over the target when they start firing at you. We’ve had enough of the communist CRAP (this is Idaho – we say it like it is) from this organization that was started by a pervert and a fraud so it doesn’t matter what they write. I’ve probably given them too much space already. What we need to do instead is to focus our attention on the counter-protestors at the III% March Against the Refugee Resettlement Program. These are the people who profess to “love the refugees”. They don’t give a damn about their fellow citizens even though they cloak themselves in religion.

Here is an idea!

Maybe we should do a whole awards program for those who have been targeted by the SPLC—maybe even hold an annual dinner with an award ceremony where we install the previous year’s targets of the SPLC into a hall of fame and give them plaques and such to hang on office or den walls!  It could become a major fundraiser!  What do you think?
