Just came across this ORR Year in Review report for FY2010. I don’t know when it came out, but I’m just seeing it. It’s small, glossy and a glowing account of the program, but I want to know where are the real reports, the ones with the cold hard numbers, the ones Congress has been waiting for. We are now overdue on two of the legally required Annual Reports to Congress—FY2008 and FY2009 are due! I think the ORR doesn’t want to let us know how bad it is for refugees (and cities and states) in light of the on-going economic recession.
